In this track, I help you to find ways to make any situation authentic to your personal growth and develop the art of feeling grateful, naturally and without effort. One of the keys is to build a daily structure to maintain a positive mindset.

Hello and welcome.
Your meditation today is designed specifically for you to power up your inner positivity.
If we shine this up on the inside,
Then it is naturally reflected in your outer world.
We'll start by taking three big breaths together.
Big breath in and exhale slowly.
Big breath in and exhale slowly,
Letting go of the outside world.
Big breath in and exhale slowly,
Letting go of wherever you were before you came to this meditation today.
Completely relaxed,
So nice to be here now.
I want you now to imagine yourself in your lounge room and notice everything that is there.
See the shape,
The colour,
The texture,
The function.
Just doing that in your lounge room,
Going from thing to thing and observing it,
Defining it.
And as you do this,
Be aware of how you know what is there.
Do you see it?
Are you a visual person?
Are you getting images?
And if you are getting images,
Are they clear and sharp or are they a little bit fuzzy?
Perhaps you are a verbal person,
Maybe you are talking about what is there,
Maybe you are having a conversation with yourself about the brown couch in the corner,
The blinds on the window,
Etc.
Or perhaps you just have a knowingness about what is in your lounge room as you go from thing to thing.
Maybe you have a combination of these different ways of knowing about what is in your lounge room.
Enjoy that process now of noticing each thing in your lounge room and at the same time acknowledging how you know what is there.
Visual,
Verbal,
Just a little bit.
Acknowledging how you know what is there.
Visual,
Verbal,
Just knowing or a combination of everything.
And now I'd like you if you have a backyard to go outside to your yard or if you don't have a yard then imagine you are outside some place that you are familiar with.
It might be a field or a beach or a waterhole,
Perhaps a park or a walking track that you like.
So going outside now to your yard or your place in nature and once again going from thing to thing,
Noticing everything about it.
Colour,
Size,
Weight,
Texture,
Function,
Anything at all.
And as you do this acknowledge also how you know about it.
Are you seeing it?
Is the picture clear or fuzzy?
Perhaps you just know.
Perhaps you just know.
Are you having a conversation,
A verbal conversation about everything in your yard or your outdoor place?
Whatever it is for you just take the time now to go from thing to thing in your outdoor place or your yard,
Noticing all about it,
Noticing also what your personal process is when you define each thing.
So so and right in the middle of your yard or park or wherever you are,
Right in the middle of it you realize there is a cloud of mist starting to form.
It's right there in the middle of your yard or wherever you are and as it forms it gets thicker and thicker and even thicker so that you can't actually really see anything beyond the mist.
And now you are fully aware of the beautiful cloud of mist in front of you as it gently swirls around.
And this is actually a very special sort of mist.
This is a cloud of healing energy and as you watch it swirling around you may actually begin to feel soothing sensations within you.
Just take some time now to feel the healing energy of this beautiful mist,
This cloud of healing energy.
And as you look into the mist you feel yourself gradually being drawn into it,
Very gently and lovingly being drawn into the mist.
So imagine now you are moving forward and entering into the mist so that you can feel the healing mist swirling and flowing all around you.
You can sense and feel the powerful,
Gentle,
Healing strength of the beautiful mist that is all around you.
Allow it also to pass through your skin and into your physical body,
Filling you with deeply relaxing healing and love.
Just allow yourself to relax into this experience of being healed by the gentle yet powerful healing mist.
You are inside the radiant cloud of healing energy.
So in a moment I'm going to ask you to imagine that you are actually moving forward and coming out of the mist on the other side and when you do this you are going to be aware of something there that you have never really been aware of before.
You are going to be aware of a path going off through a few beautiful,
Gently sloping hills and going all the way to an exquisite beach.
So as you come out of the mist you will be aware of a path going off through a few beautiful,
Gently sloping hills and going all the way to an exquisite beach.
And you might have a visual impression of this path,
It might be clear and sharp or it might fade in and fade out.
Perhaps you will be having a verbal conversation with yourself about the path being there or perhaps you will just have a knowingness.
Whatever the case is for you I want you to just accept that the path is there meandering off through a few gently sloping hills and going all the way to an exquisite beach.
So proceed forward now going through the mist and into the other side and being aware of the path.
And as you come out the other side you see the path and you feel like walking along it.
It is a warm sunny day,
A beautiful day with a gentle breeze blowing.
You feel at ease and take a few deep breaths as you step onto your path,
Feeling the grass under your feet.
Walking forward along the meandering path,
Passing through the gently sloping hills,
Gradually getting closer to the beach,
Feeling happier and more excited as you get closer to the water.
So so so after a while you come to the beach and walk around looking at everything there.
Once again you may be experiencing this in a visual way or verbal or perhaps just a knowing.
So enjoy exploring your beach as little or as much as you like.
If it happens that you are not a beach person and don't really like it at all,
Just observe and then go back into the gently sloping hills and explore that area.
So in a while I will be asking you to sit down and look out to the horizon.
In the meantime you may want to walk along the beach,
Wander around in nature,
Climb a tree,
Go for a swim,
It's up to you.
Do and be whatever you feel like.
Explore the beach or the soft hills in a way that feels right to you.
So so so Now it is time to sit down and look out to the horizon.
Find yourself a comfortable spot now.
You may be sitting cross-legged on the sand,
Looking out to the ocean.
You may be sitting on the grass leaning up against a tree and looking out to the skyline.
Maybe you're in the tree.
Whatever it is for you,
Arrange yourself now in your imagination so that you can move into the next part of the meditation.
Imagining yourself now sitting and looking out to the horizon,
Out to sea or out to the skyline.
Out to the skyline.
As you start to get comfortable in this position,
You become aware of a rainbow in the distance.
Breathing,
Relaxing,
Seeing and sensing this rainbow coming closer to you.
Closer and closer until in fact you are sitting right underneath it.
Still looking out to the horizon,
Still looking out to the horizon,
Feeling protected and loved by this rainbow.
Enjoying the sparkling colours of the rainbow,
Flowing down its energy to you.
As you experience this deep relaxation and healing from the rainbow,
You also start to notice that your heart chakra,
Which is in the middle of your chest,
Is expanding and warming up.
It feels a little bit tingly.
This is a very pleasant sensation for you,
Just feeling or imagining the feeling now.
Feeling now.
And then after a while,
You realise there is a rainbow in your heart chakra,
Which is in the middle of your chest,
Only it is kind of like a ball of rainbow light rather than an arch shape.
Hmm,
Just enjoying this feeling of rainbow healing in your heart chakra.
Feeling it,
Perhaps seeing it,
Perhaps having a conversation about it being there,
Perhaps just knowing it is there,
Combination of all three,
Just enjoying this vibrant ball of rainbow light in your heart chakra,
In the middle of your chest.
After a while,
Your rainbow ball of energy that is in your heart chakra,
In the middle of your chest,
Starts to shoot out rainbow light and it goes up through the top of your head,
Through your crown chakra.
The stream of rainbow light then goes all around the outside of your body and meets at the bottom and comes up into you again through your base or root chakra,
Which is at the base of your spine.
It then flows up to your heart chakra where it started and continues this flow,
Going up and out and around you and in the base of your spine and up to your heart again,
Just allowing this flow to happen.
So so so so continuing to feel,
Sense,
Visualize,
Know,
Verbalize this rainbow light energy within your heart coming up through the top of your head,
Out through your crown,
Going all around you,
Down the bottom and meeting and then coming up through your spine,
Back to your heart chakra.
The rainbow is also above you,
Shining rainbow energy down upon you.
So continuing to feel and be this as I start with some affirmations for you,
Just allow them to sink into your being while you concentrate on the rainbow energy.
More and more when I come across challenging situations in life,
I ask myself a few questions,
Things like what is one good thing about this situation and what can I learn from this situation and also what is one small step I can take today to start solving this situation?
So I am now creating a positive environment to live and work in.
More than that,
I am letting in the information that supports me.
I am choosing to spend more time reading positive and constructive blogs and books,
Watching motivating movies,
Listening to inspirational songs,
Listening to webinars,
Audiobooks,
Nothing like that as long as they are created by optimistic people.
And even better,
I am choosing to spend time with people who lift me up.
I understand that a simple and quick way to live is to be a positive person.
A quick way to boost the positive energy within me is to develop the art of feeling grateful.
I often find myself asking,
What can I be grateful for in my life today?
Who are three people that I can be grateful to have in my life and why?
What are three things I can be grateful for about myself today?
What are three things I can be grateful for in my life today?
Managing my physical health and wellbeing is my secret trick to maintaining a positive mindset.
I am exercising regularly,
Eating healthy food and giving myself enough sleep each night.
I am paying attention to the environment in which I eat,
Sleep and exercise.
What are three things I can be grateful for in my various ways?
I am formulating now the perfect way to start my day,
Finding and implementing ways to set an optimistic tone from the minute I wake up.
I may even have a three-step process that I follow.
It might include things like 15 minutes meditation upon waking,
Doing some simple exercises,
Doing stretches,
Maybe even having a dance,
Having fun to my favourite music and eating a healthy breakfast.
I really enjoy supporting my positivity mindset in these ways.
I really enjoy waking up and getting my optimism happening.
I love it.
When I hit roadblocks in life,
I ask myself,
What is one small step I can take to move out?
Or what is something holistic and kind I can do for myself to feel better?
And I do that or a smaller version of that or an even smaller version.
It depends what I am capable of,
But I always do something or feel something,
No matter how small to move forward towards a positive outcome.
This is a natural habit for me now.
More and more I find that I have a positive attitude in life.
In fact,
People are starting to comment on it and ask me for tips.
I know that when I am at a low point in life,
I am not able to get up.
This is an opportunity to change how I do things in life,
How I choose to feel and how I look after myself.
Because I know that there is one thing that never changes and that is that I am here in my body and in my life and I can define and improve if necessary how I respond to situations and care for myself,
How I talk to myself.
It is all in my hands.
It is all in my mindset.
Because it is always me here in this body,
In this life.
And I here and now choose to love me here in this body,
In this life.
And I here and now choose to implement positive life habits for me here in this body,
In this life now.
I am here in this body,
In this life now.
I can see the optimal version of myself in my life now and am enjoying this process of meditating and visualising various aspects of my life the way I desire them to be.
I am now taking a little bit of time to visualise my life in its perfect form for me.

I am deeply relaxed and enjoy the sense of optimism and positivity I am currently experiencing.
I feel good.
In fact I wouldn't be in the least bit surprised if my life got a whole lot better from now on.
I love feeling this rainbow energy and seeing this rainbow energy in my heart chakra and the flow of it coming up out of the top of me,
Around me and back up through the bottom of my spine to my heart chakra.
I am also aware of the rainbow that is above me as I am meditating.
I am now taking a little bit of time to visualize my life in its perfect form for me.
And I am now seeing myself in all sorts of situations in my life with this rainbow energy flowing from my heart chakra up around back into my heart rainbow above me.
Just enjoying the feeling.
I am now seeing myself in all sorts of situations in my life with this rainbow energy flowing from my heart chakra up around back into my heart.
And as you enjoy this feeling know that as time goes by you will find that your natural positivity becomes stronger and stronger and more and more vibrant.
And it will happen naturally and be in a way that is very beneficial for you and everyone that you care about and come across in life.
Just feeling the rainbow energy.

In a moment you are going to return and when you return you will have a perfect memory of feeling relaxed at peace and positive.
I am going to count from one to ten and as I count slowly you will awaken from your meditation state slowly you will return to a full conscious awareness of being in your body in the present time.
One,
Two,
Three,
Coming back into your physical body,
Four,
Five,
Feel yourself in your body awakening now,
Six,
Seven,
Eight,
Nine,
Almost completely awake and back in your body and ten,
Feeling yourself completely here now back in your body taking some time to be with yourself and observe whatever is happening for you after this meditation.
Slowly moving into integration pose,
Crossing your ankles one over the other,
Folding your hands on your heart chakra in the middle of your chest and taking three deep breaths to start with,
Big breath in and exhale slowly listening to feeling the pulse of your heart,
Big breath in and exhale slowly listening to feeling the pulse of your heart,
Big breath in and exhale slowly listening to feeling the pulse of your heart,
Staying in this position now for about five minutes or more,
Breathing normally now,
Floating away,
Every now and then breathing into your heart chakra in the middle of your chest,
Allowing your energetic body to integrate into your physical body through your heart chakra,
Whatever is happening for you just give yourself this time to integrate and allow it to happen,
Mostly you'll be feeling bliss but if you're going through a rebalancing perhaps there'll be uncomfortable emotions or feelings or thoughts or memories,
Keep breathing into your heart chakra and allow your own intelligence within you to release and balance as you integrate.
So so so so so so so thank you for listening to me today,
