But the most important that most of us forget when we wake up is to remember that this whole life is just beyond,

Really beyond making a living,

Raising kids,

Getting education,

Driving to work,

Fulfilling obligations,

Taking care of other people,

Etc,

Etc.

That this life is really all about our soul journey.

It is a journey of this energy that we are,

This intuitive,

Wise presence that is lurking through human experience every single day.

And we can live our life in two different ways.

One way would be just going through life,

Ticking the boxes,

Fulfilling to-do lists,

Achieving,

Achieving,

Going,

Going.

One way,

Kind of more from parts of us that are managers.

Or we can live our life from a perspective,

I am experiencing this human form,

I'm experiencing this living experience as human on earth.

And my soul here,

That necessarily only needs to care about daily responsibilities,

But also to make sure that my soul grows.

My soul is embodied expression of my true self,

Of my essence,

Of my light,

Of my gifts.

So this is very important to remember.

And a lot of us do not wake up with this memory,

I am a soul in a human form.

And sometimes we live a life,

Really just running through things.

And at some point,

This is where usually I get people sitting with me on the retreats,

Is at some point,

We need to stop.

We really need to take a break,

We need to pause and sense and feel,

Where am I running?

Is my soul still with me,

Or parts and pieces of my soul have been left somewhere behind,

Or been left forgotten in some past experiences,

Or disconnected from me?

Due to a certain traumatic experiences,

Many of us feel the need at some point in life to just pause,

Reflect,

And sense check,

How is my connection to my soul?

How is my soul doing?

How many of us really go through days with this question,

How does my soul feel?

So today,

As a step one of our Soul Revival series,

That beautifully leads to a retreat that I'm hosting in Bali,

It's a seven-day Soul Revival boutique transformational process.

The first step is connecting to the soul.

You may go ahead,

Turn off all the notifications,

You may go ahead and remove any disturbances,

Anything that can distract you,

So that your space is completely protected and preserved.

And we will begin in just a couple seconds.

I just want to give you a pause,

So you can settle,

So you can ground and take a few deep breaths.

If you're comfortable,

You may close your eyes.

And this is a beautiful moment as you close your eyes,

To really start noticing your breath,

Blowing in and out through your body.

And as you're noticing your breath,

You might also begin to notice your presence,

This alive presence,

This alive being that is you.

Inhale,

Exhale,

Notice your presence.

And I'm sure that at this point,

You might start having some thoughts passing by.

It may be a manager type of thoughts,

Just arranging,

Planning,

Scheduling,

Trying not to forget something.

And if that's the case,

I invite you to let all parts of you that make sure your life works,

You survive.

Things happen.

All your inner managers,

Let them know it is safe to pause.

And they do not need to run and make sure right now.

It is safe to slow down.

Breathe.

It is safe to slow down,

Managing life,

Going from one thing to another,

An open space just for a little bit,

To move slowly from the energy of the mind and the level of mind thinking into the subtle,

More subtle vibration and experience of yourself as a living,

Breathing being,

Energy being.

So as you're managing parts,

Softening in your system,

Recognizing it is safe to pause just for a little bit.

Notice if there is more spacious awareness opening to experience oneself beyond thought,

To experience oneself as a vibration,

Subtle presence.

And notice if you can experience yourself through subtle vibration at some part of your body,

Or maybe it is a bit more challenging to feel your own presence in some other part of the body.

Stay with your long breaths.

Notice if you are accessing your energy below your waist,

All the way down your legs and your feet,

If you're accessing your energy above your waist,

Around your heart,

Arms,

Throat,

And your head.

And this is not a mental exercise.

Avoid going into thinking,

Analyzing,

And welcome presence,

Observing your own state of being right now as a living essence in the body,

As a spirit in a human form.

Experiencing life through this physical body.

And I invite just one part of you to be curious,

Simply curious.

What is the state of my soul?

As suddenly you're tapping into the state of your soul,

Notice,

How does it feel to you?

Is there a sense of lightness?

Is there any sense of tranquility?

Weights,

Like energetic weight?

And note that for yourself.

How does my soul feel?

Light or weighted?

Maybe you can be curious about what is the color of my energy?

If my soul could express itself through color,

What would be the color?

What is the frequency of my soul?

You may imagine a spectrum from low frequency,

Sad,

Grieving,

Or depressed to high frequency.

Grateful,

In love,

Radiant,

Joyful.

And just notice,

Where are you in the spectrum from lowest to highest frequency?

And note that for yourself.

Stay connected to your breath.

You're tapping into this being that you are,

That is dressed in this human form,

Human body.

But really,

You are not the body and not the mind.

And so,

This very gentle approach to start noticing how is my soul doing?

Is it light or weighted?

Is it closer to low or high?

Vibration.

What is the color of my energy today?

What I'm emanating?

And maybe this color even means something,

Means a particular emotion or a particular feeling.

So,

Give yourself permission to go even deeper and relax completely into your own being.

Embody your soul on every level.

And here is a very important question.

Does it feel to you like you are completely and fully connected to the totality of your soul?

Is 100% of your soul is in the body?

And if it's less than 100,

See if you can get curious where is 100% of your soul is in the body.

Other fractions of my soul.

If it's not fully here with me in this body,

Where did I forget parts and pieces of my soul?

And again,

This is not a rational exercise.

You may just start feeling drawn to certain places or even people.

We do leave our soul energy in moments in time when something was very overwhelming or very underwhelming.

And just let yourself sense and feel where could I leave in the past some of my soul energy?

And breathe.

And if you have a sense,

I left a little bit of my soul when I moved from this house to that house or when I left my home and went on to studying somewhere or when I broke up with that person,

Know that it doesn't have to stay this way.

And the good news is that if you will notice where some of your soul has been left,

You will be able to welcome it back and call it back.

So,

This was just a brief connection and a brief assessment.

And when we start having intention to do soul healing work,

To do soul revival work,

The first step is to ground.

And that means anchor and connect our soul energy to the earth.

So,

Take a deep breath.

And wherever you're sitting right now,

Whether that's in your garden,

On the first floor,

On the 10th floor,

On the 30th floor,

I want you to visualize and create for yourself something that we call a grounding cord.

And your grounding cord is a way to bring your soul energy to the present moment.

That's the first step in the healing process,

To bring your soul energy into the present moment.

And to do that,

We ground the soul energy into the earth.

So,

As you're staying in this experience of you are the vibration,

Living,

Breathing,

Being in this body,

Visualize a beautiful,

Strong grounding cord.

It can be made of any material.

It can have any shape and any form.

It can have any size and any color.

All you need to do is to visualize this grounding cord as an extension of your soul energy.

Lengthening out of your body and extending itself all the way down like the roots of the tree and going grounding you into the earth,

Grounding you into the present moment.

So,

This is the place and the space where it all begins.

Your healing journey begins here.

When you ground your soul energy to the earth,

You bring your soul energy to this present moment.

So,

I invite you to spend a few more moments sensing and feeling this extension of your energy,

Extension of your soul,

Rooting you all the way deeply into the earth.

So,

I invite you to take a few more deep breaths.

Plugging your soul,

Plugging your spirit vibration into the earth's energy,

Literally the planet.

Take a few more deep breaths and let it all land on you.

And what you can do as the next step is to use this grounding cord as a way to clear out and release any weight that might have been accumulated in your energy,

Accumulated in your soul,

Any weight,

Weight of past experiences,

Weight of responsibilities,

Any weight.

You may just breathe and allow what your soul has been carrying,

The weight your soul has been carrying to slowly start descending and releasing through this grounding cord of yours.

Like a pipe,

Like a tube,

Like a cord extension.

And all that weight that you don't want to carry in your soul,

Let it slowly start flowing out and be released into the earth.

Breathe.

Yeah.

Drop some of that weight.

Let it go.

Let it go through the grounding cord.

Let it flow into the earth.

Let it go.

And stay grounded.

Stay rooted.

Stay in the complete experience.

This is my soul having a human experience.

And I'm bringing my soul to the present moment.

And I'm assessing where am I today?

How is my soul doing today?

If it feels really,

Really good to keep releasing any weight from your energy body,

Your soul into the earth,

You can continue this process even after we close the session for today.

We can just let any weight flow out of your soul and be released into the earth for a second.

And now you may slowly start coming back to your physical form,

Sensing and feeling your physical body.

And very gently and slowly making your way back.

And if it feels good,

Very gently open your eyes again.

But opening your eyes doesn't mean you're leaving the experience.

You do not have to immediately jump into identifying yourself with the mind or with the body.

You can stay in the vibration of your soul.

So those insights that you've received today,

Any weight that soul is carrying,

The color,

The low or the high vibration,

Or any energy of the soul missing,

Lost or forgotten in the past,

These are huge insights for you to take next steps.

And as we had time today for just one step that actually works as a healing step,

And that is creating rounding cord,

Anchoring the soul on the earth and using grounding cord to release unnecessary weight,

Weight we don't want to carry.

So congratulations on doing the assessment and doing your first step towards healing.
