We all have significant emotional events in our past that have shaped who we have become and the choices we make. Some of our defining moments can be positive and influence our choices in ways that empower us. Others are going to be negative to us and limit our potential in life. However, the meaning we give these events is entirely up to us. This exercise will help you identify the underlying defining moments that created your beliefs and shape them into more empowering beliefs through a simple journalling and visualization exercise. It's helpful but not essential to have a pen and paper ready before listening to this session.
