This daily chakra balancing meditation is a gentle yet powerful practice designed to support energetic alignment, nervous system regulation, and embodied presence. Through slow, intentional breath and awareness, you’ll be guided through the seven primary chakras - from root to crown -inviting a sense of grounding, clarity, and inner connection. This practice is not about forcing energy to move, but about listening to the body, softening tension, and allowing balance to naturally restore itself. Perfect for daily use, this meditation supports emotional regulation, stress relief, and reconnection to your inner rhythm. Return to it whenever you feel scattered, overstimulated, or in need of grounding and clarity. Come as you are. Let this be a moment to arrive fully in your body and remember your natural state of balance.

Welcome to our chakra balancing meditation.

Take a few moments to find a comfortable seat or lie down anywhere that allows your body to relax.

Finding comfort in your choice,

Close your eyes and take a deep breath in through your nose and exhale out through your mouth.

Let's do one more,

Big breath in,

Big breath out.

Let yourself arrive fully in this moment.

With each inhale,

Invite in nourishment and balance.

With each exhale,

Release any tension or stagnation you're carrying today.

This may take a few moments,

I know you're doing a lot,

But our intention for the next few moments is to find balance using the chakra system to come back home.

Be gentle and trust this time is valuable.

Bring your awareness to the base of your spine.

Your root chakra,

Or muladhara,

Lives here.

As you breathe,

Visualize a deep red light at the base of your spine,

Grounding you into the earth,

Deeper and deeper.

Feel the stability beneath you and silently affirm,

I am safe,

I am supported,

I am deeply grounded.

Breathe into this space,

In through your nose,

All the way to the base of your spine,

And exhale,

Let it go.

One more,

Big breath in,

Long breath out.

Shift your awareness to your lower abdomen,

Your sacral space,

Or svadhisthana,

A warm orange light begins to glow,

Igniting your space of creativity and emotional freedom.

Feel the pleasure vibrating and circulating through this space.

As you breathe,

Silently affirm,

I allow myself to feel,

To create,

And to express with ease.

And on your next breath,

Breathing into your sacral chakra,

In through your nose,

All the way to your space of creation,

And exhale out your mouth,

Releasing any stagnancy.

One more,

Inhale into your low belly,

And exhale,

Let it go.

Moving up to your solar plexus chakra,

Your manipura,

The center of your belly,

See a bright yellow light radiating from your core.

Feel your inner power and confidence expanding.

Allow the belly to take up some space,

And silently affirm,

I am strong,

I am worthy,

And I trust myself.

Big breath into your belly,

Open mouth,

Exhale,

Let it go.

One more,

Inhale in through your nose,

Expand your belly.

Open mouth,

Exhale.

Bring your awareness to the center of your chest.

If it feels right,

You can even gently rest your fingertips on your heart,

Your anahata,

And breathe into your heart space as a soft green light spreads,

Filling your heart with love and compassion,

Fueling this beautiful relationship with yourself.

Silently affirm,

I give and receive love freely,

My heart is open.

Big inhale into your heart center,

And exhale,

Let it go.

One more,

Just for you,

Inhale,

And exhale.

Now shift your awareness to your throat,

Your vishuddha.

Feel your breath traveling through your throat,

And your nose,

And your mouth.

And as you breathe,

A luminous blue light swirls,

Clearing your voice in your center of truth.

Couple quiet more moments here to breathe,

In through your nose,

Out through your nose or your mouth.

Silently affirm,

I speak with clarity,

Honesty,

And authenticity.

I trust my voice.

Breathe into your throat chakra,

And use your exhale to soften.

If it feels right,

Let's add a sound on this one,

Inhale in through your nose,

And maybe a sigh out.

And moving to the space between your eyebrows,

Your third eye chakra,

Or your ajna,

Carrying a deep indigo light,

Shining and awakening your intuition.

Relax the backs of your eyes,

Soften your gaze,

And silently affirm,

I see clearly.

I trust my inner wisdom.

Breathe into your third eye chakra,

Inhaling in through the nose,

And exhale out the nose.

One more inhale in,

And exhale out the nose.

Finally,

Bring your awareness to the top of your head,

Your crown chakra,

Or sahasrara.

Here,

A radiant violet,

Ultraviolet light connects you to universal energy,

Pure conscious awareness and divine wisdom.

If you've landed in this meditation practice with a busy mind,

Know you are not alone.

As you breathe into your crown chakra,

Imagine opening a window and allowing the thoughts and even the feelings to gently release.

Breathe,

And silently affirm,

I am connected.

I am light.

I am whole.

Now,

Visualize all these lights blending into a radiant rainbow of energy,

Flowing effortlessly through you,

Touching each center and creating balance and harmony.

Take a deep breath in,

And an exhale out,

Feeling more balanced,

Clear,

And aligned.

Stay in this space as long as you need.

When you're ready,

Gently wiggle your fingers,

Wiggle your toes,

Bringing your awareness back to your body.

Feel the earth rise to meet you as you slowly open your eyes,

Carrying this harmony with you through your day.

You are balanced,

You are whole,

And you are exactly where you need to be.
