This is episode 178,

11 Powerful Reminders for When You're Feeling Burned Out.

My name is Tudor Alexander and this is the Dance of Life podcast.

Every week,

My goal is to inspire you to take action towards what you love,

Live a transformed life,

And enjoy the journey there.

Are you ready?

Let's go!

What is up,

Everybody?

Thank you so much for joining me today,

Another episode of the Dance of Life podcast.

Langston Hughes once said,

Hold fast to dreams,

For if dreams die,

Life is a broken winged bird that cannot fly.

A little bit of a morbid quote for you,

But you know it's a great,

I love Langston Hughes,

Such a great author and poet,

But I love that quote because it's a simple and poetic reminder of persevering with our dreams,

Even during times of stress and despair.

That's really the most important.

You know,

We are creatures of future,

Of planning,

Of hopes and dreams,

Of innovation,

Of looking at what's next.

To dream is to be fundamentally human.

And today we're talking about 11 powerful reminders that you can hold fast to alongside your dreams when you're feeling burned out.

In my own life,

I've gone through burnout many times,

Being a busy entrepreneur,

An athlete,

You know,

Learning to manage my emotions.

You know,

We all have different things that we work on.

And burnout is a serious problem.

Today it's getting more and more serious because we live in the technological age.

We live in the age of stress and stress in the chronic sense of in our minds.

You know,

We were constantly bombarded with mental stress through the technology that we use,

Through the obligations that we have,

Through all the different decision fatigues that we run into.

And it's not all mindset,

You know,

Certainly like you learned in recently in episode 175 and some of the other stuff that we've talked about with health.

And that's going to be an ongoing thing.

We're going to look at health as a,

As a central part to avoiding burnout,

To making sure you recover because there is a physical part for sure.

But having a good mindset and reminding yourself often also helps a lot alongside the actions that you take with your own health plan and,

And prevention.

So in this episode,

That's what we're going to do.

We're going to jump into 11 powerful mental tools,

Mental reminders that I,

I use on a regular basis.

You know,

I'm no stranger to burnout,

Like I said,

And I have to constantly remind myself of how to stay focused,

Of how to get perspective.

You know,

That's why you have resources like this podcast,

Like coaching,

Like friends,

You know,

Inspirational quotes,

Whatever,

You know,

All these things are tools to ultimately do one thing to give you perspective.

So in this case,

I'm,

I'm hoping to give you 11 powerful perspectives that you can take into your life.

If you're feeling burned out,

If you know anybody that's feeling burned out,

Share this episode with them because burnout is very real.

And a lot of times we don't communicate and we think we are fine.

We got it until it's too late and we're just exhausted.

So don't wait till that point.

Start using these reminders,

Start taking care of yourself.

Go listen to one episode 175 on some simple health hacks that you can do.

Take action guys.

You know,

It's the 20 ways to change your life free report that I have on my website right now.

You can download that too.

It's a free report.

There's a lot of health related stuff in there that you can take action on.

You know,

There's a lot of resources to you and burnout and resignation and fatigue and underperformance.

That's not what life is about.

That is not the default of life,

Even though it feels that way.

Sometimes don't let it bury you,

Stay on top of yourself,

Stay in health,

Prevent all these things from overwhelming you.

So hopefully today we'll give you some powerful tools in that fight.

I'm super excited to share it with you.

And if there's something that you want specifically to hear about or to learn more about,

Hit me up.

I'm always down to co-create with you.

So here we go.

Let's jump into the 11 powerful reminders that you can use when you're feeling burned out.

All right.

So we have a pretty good bullet by bullet list here.

I'm just going to go straight through,

Feel free to take notes.

This is going to be,

You know,

Just action item.

So number one is pretty much that just keep taking action.

A lot of this stuff is simple,

But you know,

It's in the,

It's in the simplicity that lies the power and also in being consistent and doing it over and over and over again.

So the first one is keep taking action.

You know,

As long as you keep taking a different action on the same topic,

You're bound to succeed.

And a lot of the stuff in life,

Especially when you're feeling burned out,

There's,

There's a,

There's a trial and error that we have to go through to reach our dreams,

To reach success,

To,

To penetrate through that barrier of achievement.

There's just a lot of times you just have to throw a bunch of spaghetti at the wall and see what sticks,

Especially if you're doing something for the first time,

If you're in new territory,

If you've never done anything before,

There's a lot of trial and error.

And as long as you keep taking action,

Mindful action,

Purposeful action,

Where people get burned out is they take an action on,

Let's say a particular area of this issue.

It doesn't work.

And so they take action on a different area.

Well,

You can't hope to get anywhere.

If you're doing that,

You're just going to waste a lot of time and resources.

But if you look at the same area and you flip it around and say,

Okay,

Let me take a different action.

But you know,

On the same area,

The same focus,

This is how you will magnify your power and avoid burnout and become effective life.

I always say it's like a blender.

It keeps moving.

You know,

It's,

It's moving around,

Moving around.

And when you,

Let's say you have vegetables in there,

Like spinach,

It's going to be green.

Unless you put some other color food in there,

It's going to stay green.

And you know,

Your goal is to change the color,

Put some,

Put some banana in there,

Put some strawberry,

Put some blueberries in there and see how it changes.

If you keep putting green in the blender and you're surprised that you get green out,

Then you know,

Don't be surprised.

You're doing the same thing without being mindful about the result.

So rather than trying to fix five problems at once,

Right,

Take one action in each,

You know,

Five,

Sorry,

Take five actions on each single problem,

Rather than taking one action in five different problems.

This is what you want to get very clear on.

When you reach failure,

When you,

When you hit a wall,

Don't abandon ship,

Do a U-turn and take action in a different way.

This is how you waste your time and your resources.

It's okay to be a perfectionist,

But do one thing at a time.

The problem why you get burned out.

I can relate to this because I'm a perfectionist too,

But perfection is,

There's nothing wrong with being a perfectionist.

It means you really get it done.

You're being thorough.

The problem is when you allow your perfectionism to constantly derail you and take action in five different areas,

Because this isn't working,

Then you,

Then you spend more energy going over here and then going over there.

You're wasting a lot of energy rather than just staying on one thing and staying focused.

So keep taking action and take different actions,

But on the same topic,

It's better to do five different actions on one problem than to do,

You know,

One action on five problems,

Whole different story.

Number two,

Water fills its container fully.

Embrace your current position or situation.

You know,

When you put water in a cup,

If you put it in a bowl,

If you put it in a cube,

Whatever you put it in,

It fills that container.

It's receptive.

Only humans,

Right?

Human beings,

We change our shape in response to the container we're put in.

The problem is once the container changes,

Our shape doesn't follow suit.

So if you're in a very limiting situation,

Let's say somebody bullied you or you had,

You failed at something,

You had a very toxic work environment,

Whatever it is,

Toxic relationship,

That's a particular container.

It's a room quote unquote in your life.

So when that room changes,

You're still stuck in that room,

Even though maybe you have a great relationship right now,

Even though maybe you have a great job,

You're still stuck in the belief that I'm not that good enough or you know,

The bullying that you were doing,

You know,

The bullying that you were,

You know,

Maybe when you were a kid,

You're still in that shape.

So look at the shape that you're in and look at the container that you're in.

Is there a mismatch?

Because nine out of 10 times whenever you're suffering,

It's because there's a mismatch between the shape that you're in and the container that you are also filling at the current time.

So remember,

Be receptive to the situation,

See what can move,

What can change,

What do you need to let go of?

What do you need to accept?

What do you need to forgive?

Water is a very great example of,

Of those things in a visual form,

In a physical form.

It's very malleable.

It forgives,

It moves,

It's consistent.

It reshapes itself.

It's very interesting substance to observe.

You just knew that.

So remember to fill your container fully.

When you are in a room,

In a situation in your life,

Embrace it fully.

Fill that shape.

If it's a constraining room,

That's okay.

Don't bitch about whether it being constraining or not,

But fill it fully because the room will change.

The container will change.

And when it does expand,

Go with it,

Grow,

Step up,

Show up.

If it,

If it shrinks,

Then allow yourself to reshape,

To condense,

To,

To restructure yourself to that situation.

This is how you avoid burnout by constantly having resistance to not accepting what's around you.

Right?

Number three,

Be thankful for what you do have.

You have possibility.

You always have possibility.

You just have to find it.

This was a huge reminder for me.

I was recently at an event and,

You know,

I've been dealing with some health concerns.

They're nothing super serious,

But definitely not fun either.

Let's put it that way.

And,

You know,

You tend to spin your own wheels.

And I went to the bathroom and there was an elderly gentleman in front of me going into the door and his wife was there basically like cheering him on like,

Okay,

Honey,

Like just eight more steps.

You'll be okay.

Like go to the urinal,

You know,

And I'm sitting there and waiting for this guy to basically enter the bathroom.

And I,

Holy smokes,

You know,

I'm sitting here complaining and obsessing and worrying over my own health problems,

Which are trivial compared to what this,

This guy,

Like his journey is literally,

Can he get to the urinal and take a leak?

And that's a,

That's a big deal because what you need to remind yourself when you're feeling burned out,

There's always somebody that has it worse off than you always,

Always somebody that sees your life right now,

Burned out,

Tired,

Fatigued,

Poor,

Whatever is your stamp that you've put on your life.

There's guaranteed at least one person in the world that sees your current situation as an absolute win for them always.

And when you frame it that way,

That's very empowering because it doesn't,

You know,

Your problems are your problems are going to be there and you have to take action on them.

Absolutely.

But a large part of the suffering that we have with our problems is lack of perspective.

So remember there's always somebody that has a crappier day than you that sees your life right now,

Not in general,

Right now in your shittiest moment that sees it as a win.

So number four kind of goes with this.

Everyone has problems.

You got to decide what you will do with yours.

You know,

Peace isn't about when you get rid of X.

It's about dealing,

You know,

There's,

I think there's a quote,

It's like,

It's like learning to dance in the rain,

Right?

Peace is not,

I've totally butchered it,

So I'm not going to try,

But learn to dance in the rain.

Learn to dance in the rain.

Peace is not when you get rid of an obstacle or,

You know,

A someday life.

It's when you can dance in the rain,

When you can handle the movements in your life and continue,

You know,

Action is healing.

There's a healing component to action.

And where we often suffer is that we want something,

But we don't take action on it.

So we live in this constant incongruence between what we want and what's existing.

And there's this misalignment,

Which creates resistance and suffering and longing and overwhelm and all this stuff.

So when you're feeling burned out and a lot of times,

You know,

In my own experience,

What was led to burnout is,

Oh,

You know,

I'm chasing that someday life.

Like,

Oh,

When I do this,

Then I'll finally be able to relax.

When I get this amount of money,

I'll finally be able to take it easy.

When XYZ,

There's always going to be an XYZ and chasing that XYZ,

You're going to get burned out pretty straightforward.

You're going to get burned out.

So where the wisdom is,

Is constantly reminding yourself that it's not about,

You know,

Your life isn't going to get happier when you get the goal.

Goals are important.

Don't get me wrong.

I'm very goal driven person,

But they're not everything.

Life is in the movement between the goals and you have to constantly check in,

Especially when you're feeling burned out.

How are you moving between those steps?

Are you letting the chasing of the goal become so important to you that it's burning all your energy?

Are you forgetting to enjoy the present moment?

Are you forgetting to enjoy the transitions?

Number five,

Nature never hurries.

This is a quote by Lao Tzu from the Tao,

Nature never hurries,

But everything gets accomplished.

However,

I'm going to modify it.

Nature never hurries,

But it also doesn't wait.

You know,

What that means to me is everything happens at exactly the right time.

Timing is everything in nature.

And if you look at how plants develop,

How the sun,

You know,

Goes around the galaxy and the earth goes around the sun,

I mean,

It's just everything is so profoundly timed,

So specifically timed that it's absolutely an amazing clockwork.

So nature never hurries because everything is exactly in sequence,

But it also doesn't wait either.

That's the other side of that coin,

Meaning don't wait,

Don't delay,

Focus.

You know,

Patience is not sitting there doing nothing and kind of having faith in some sense or hope,

Let's put it that way.

Patience is just shifting your actions in a different area.

It's staying focused.

It's staying,

You know,

Eyes on the prize.

A lot of times when you get burned out,

It's very easy to lose focus because we get distracted by all the negative chatter in our mind.

We get thinking about,

Oh my God,

You know,

I'm never going to do this or I can't do this.

I'm not capable.

Why did I do this?

I should quit all that negative thinking.

And you start to delay,

You start to doubt yourself,

You start to hesitate.

So remember that everything is in the right timing and as long as you're focused on why you're doing what you're doing on that big picture,

Reconnect to your original reason and stay patient through.

Don't,

Don't get sidetracked by the squirrel crossing the road,

Stay on the road and stay focused.

And that's going to help you manage that burnout because again,

Burnout really happens from that fatigue that our mind is constantly talking.

You need to silence the mind and get back to focus because you waste a lot of energy when you talk to yourself constantly,

Especially in a negative way.

Number six,

A seed starts at the bottom underground and buried.

I think I saw a quote,

Something like they buried us,

But they didn't realize we were seeds.

It's something very cute.

It's like some flowers sprouting,

But very,

Very cool little inspirational quote because it's like,

Okay,

Life is going to bury you.

People will bury you.

People will abuse you.

People,

There's going to be toxic people in your life,

But you're a seed and seeds start at the bottom.

They start underground.

They start in the darkness without anything visible.

You know,

Don't be surprised at humble beginnings.

We always look for the obvious to measure ourselves constantly and how am I not improving?

Why are my downloads?

Not this.

Why are my likes?

Thank God,

You know,

Instagram's gotten rid of those likes,

But you know,

We're constantly measuring to see to see where we stack up.

And the problem with that is that most of the time we're looking for only obvious things.

And when you're looking only for obvious things,

You completely ignore the things that are happening that are not so obvious.

So you have to learn to pay attention and listen and measure your progress in less obvious ways,

In the more subtle,

In the more meaningful ways,

More qualitative ways,

Because that's going to help you avoid burnout,

Constantly obsessing over numbers and outcomes.

And what's not happening is what leads to burnout.

It's a huge,

Huge problem,

Especially with entrepreneurs and running your business.

You have to constantly measure your metrics and you know,

See what's what's going in,

What's going out.

And that's important,

But that's not always the full picture.

You got to look at other things and remind yourself that seeds start underground.

That's very,

Very important.

Look at nature for all the answers.

There's so much wisdom.

I spend time outside all the time.

And it's one of my main habits that I constantly encourage people to do because you can just literally observe for like five,

10 minutes,

20 minutes,

30 minutes,

Go around for a walk,

Go for a bike ride,

And you can learn so much.

Again,

Nature has all the answers.

Number seven,

The body is an incredibly complicated tool.

It's something you've been given.

It can create reality.

It can shape the world around you.

You've got to take care of it.

There's no user's manual for this.

Why not?

Well,

Because whatever intelligent being designed this whole game that we're in wanted you to figure it out for yourself.

If I,

You know,

Let's say I created the universe and I gave you this giant 10,

000 page book,

As soon as you were born and it was your life's homework to constantly study this book,

That would be a terrible existence.

So even if it had all the answers about how to live a great life and what you need to do specifically for your body and all this stuff,

That would be terrible because somebody else handed it down to you and you would have to commit to reading this the way they wrote it and it's somebody else's thing.

But instead it was left a mystery for you to figure it out.

Burnout is a sign that something is out of balance in your life.

Either you went too much forward or you didn't do enough.

You missed out on something.

You're not respecting your body.

You're not respecting your mindset.

There's something out of balance that led to your current burnout.

And remember that most of the time we don't treat our bodies with the respect that we need to,

To live a high performance life.

And they go hand in hand.

You have to,

Your body is a Ferrari.

It's a well oiled machine that deserves the best kind of fuel.

So when you're feeling burned out,

It's time,

It's a great opportunity to look and see what can you do with your health?

What can you do to prevent this in the future?

What are some habits that you can tweak to have a better care of that awesome Ferrari?

You know,

My goal,

Like I said in the this year's to share more of these tips and tricks and the hacks with you to empower your health.

So we're going to be doing a lot more of that,

But just start listening,

Start listening to your body and see what is it telling you?

A lot of times our minds override the body.

You know,

You,

You,

You push through because you have to,

You gotta get it done.

And your mind is just saying,

No,

I'm going to,

I'm going to push.

And that's one thing that I learned is that the mind,

It's like your body is a servant and your mind is the master.

And how you manage that relationship is so important because if the master is constantly yelling at the servant,

Hey,

Go do this.

Now we need to go do it right now.

We need to go do it right now.

You know,

It's constantly yelling.

Then you're going to put that servant in a very high stress state.

It's going to underperform.

It's going to be afraid.

It's going to be worried.

It's going to be afraid that you're going to hit it.

All this kind of stuff.

Well,

It's the same with your body.

Your body does everything that you want it to.

At least if you're relatively healthy and no crazy diseases,

But you know,

It can only do that for so long.

If you're yelling at it,

If everything has sense of urgency,

Urgency is important.

You need urgency to get anything done.

But at the same time,

It can't just be a hundred percent urgency.

You got to balance that urgency with relaxation,

With forgiveness,

With acceptance,

With not pushing yourself,

With taking time off.

It is the dance.

You know,

This is the dance of life.

That's why I named this podcast when I named it,

Because it's always about two things that are dancing together to create what we're trying to create in this case,

Urgency and relaxation,

Pushing it and taking it easy.

It's never one or the other.

If you live your life by only one of those,

You're going to end up in some sort of imbalance and problem.

So the key is you got to find a way to integrate and make both of those dance in your life.

That's the dance of life right there.

All right.

Number eight,

You're wiring your brain constantly.

So practice when you're not doing well,

Like when you're burned out,

Because it's going to strengthen you for the future.

You know,

Burnout sucks.

I know what it's like.

I've,

Like I said,

I've been in that phase many times in my life and it's frustrating,

But it's also a great opportunity to practice everything you know,

From discipline to eating better to your gratitude practice,

All these things are opportunities to practice because guess what?

When things are going great,

It's easy to be grateful.

It's easy to be generous,

To be happy,

To be creative,

All that stuff,

To be,

You know,

Have a little more energy to be disciplined,

Whatever.

It's easy.

So you're not actually practicing that stuff when life is easy.

The time to practice it wins when life is hard and that's going to give you your true measure of resilience and discipline is the key for that.

See it as a practice that is especially valuable when you know,

The going gets rough,

The rough,

The tough get going.

Number nine,

Don't feel it.

Sense it.

What does that mean?

Well,

When you're burned out,

It's time to slow down.

It's time to get more mindful.

It's time to use your senses more.

You know,

When we have energy and we're hyped up and we are not burned out,

We use the mind very easily.

The mind is all energy.

It's all electricity.

But when you're burned out,

It's time to tune into the body.

It's time to get back in the physical plane.

It's time to go slow.

If you try to push through it with your mind,

You're only going to burn through those resources,

You know,

Those limited resources that you have,

You can burn through them faster and faster.

So tune into your senses right now.

Use this time,

The shadow phase of your life,

And it's not going to be forever.

As you'll soon see,

That's going to be our final point.

It's not going to be forever,

But tune and use the opportunity to get more mindful,

To tune into your senses,

To practice awareness and listening to the body and going slower.

Such a valuable skill to avoid burnout and to prevent in the future.

A lot of the times we don't listen to our body.

We don't utilize our senses.

We over sensitize ourselves.

We over stimulate ourselves with all the different things through food and distractions and everything.

And that leads to burnout.

You know,

There's people doing dopamine fasts in Silicon Valley because of all the constant dopamine to get from everything.

So your body gets desensitized in my book,

The gratitude map,

The gratitude map.

Com totally going to shamelessly promote this,

But a lot of stuff in there that's going to help you with this,

That didn't that books free book,

Free course,

Check it out.

But in there,

One of the main obstacles that leads to burnout and fatigue and not being able to be grateful and all this stuff is desensitization.

Now,

What does that mean?

That means getting desensitized because you're overstimulated.

You're overstimulated from the food that you eat,

From your Facebook notifications,

From your job,

From all the decisions you got to make.

It's too much.

So your nerves physiologically get overstimulated.

Your nervous system,

Your fight or flight response is too active.

So that leads to burnout.

So the natural response to that is to tune back in the body,

Go slow,

Activate that rest and digest system through mindfulness,

Meditation,

Long walks on the beach,

Whatever it is,

Find a way to slow yourself down on a regular basis so you can prevent getting desensitized.

Number 10,

You always have support in some way.

Find it.

This has been a huge reminder in my life that I have to constantly remind myself because it's so easy with the mind to separate yourself,

To separate yourself and your problems,

To be alone,

To see that you're totally disconnected.

And it's not true.

You know,

We are always connected to someone,

Always connected to something,

A community,

A church,

A group of friends,

A single friend,

A parent.

There's always somebody in your life,

Always,

That you can tap into,

That you can talk to,

That you can reach out to.

All it takes is allowing yourself to open up a little bit.

So what's stopping you from asking for help?

That's really the question.

What's that limiting belief?

If you recall some of those other episodes,

We talked about the virtuous cycle and knowledge and action,

All this stuff,

Knowledge leads to action,

Right?

So if you know that you need help,

Naturally you go seek help.

But the problem is that there's an obstacle there in between those two.

The obstacle is a limiting belief.

And that limiting belief is,

I'm going to look stupid or I don't need help or I'll tough it out or whatever else.

That limiting belief is the core of what's led you to burn out right now.

So you have to look at that and find what is that limiting belief stopping you from seeking help,

Whether it's to take better care of yourself,

To talk to somebody on a regular basis,

To spend more time on yourself rather than spending on the business,

Whatever it is,

You got to find what that limiting belief is because that's the source of your burnout.

Number 11 and the final point is something I learned in a Ted talk.

A long time ago I saw this little Ted talk and it's a Korean tech talk and it relates to a parable of the Chinese farmer.

It's a Zen parable.

And number 11 is basically now is opposite of next.

What does that mean?

That's basically the universal law of change.

If you don't know the parable of the Chinese farmer,

I'd highly recommend looking it up on YouTube.

It's by Alan Watts does a great reading of it.

It's an old Zen story.

It's really cool,

But it's basically just a law of change.

I'm not going to spoil it for you.

Go check it out.

It's a great,

Great video parable of the Chinese farmer,

But it's a great parable because it teaches you not to get attached to the meaning that you place on the current situation.

So it's a great place on the current situation.

We all have a shadow phase when life is down and things are slow and there's a lot of resistance and opposition and nothing seems to work.

And we all have a light phase,

A sun phase where things are growing like crazy.

You can literally not do anything and it's just moving super fast.

So knowing that those cycles happen through your life and knowing how to accommodate for each one and align yourself with it.

Again,

Remember that water filling the container is kind of the same idea.

If you're in a shadow phase,

A great opportunity to learn,

To buckle down,

To build your foundation,

To work on your discipline,

To do the things that are the nitty gritty,

The down and dirty,

The day to day.

That's the time to strengthen.

And when things are easy and aligned and strong and prosperous,

That's the time to go full out and invest yourself and take risks and be courageous.

And keep in mind this whole time to never get too attached to either one because now is opposite of next.

It's always changing.

And regardless of where you are,

There is only one guaranteed thing.

And that's that it will change and it will go to the opposite.

If you're in a sun phase,

It's going to go to a shadow phase.

And if you're in a shadow phase,

Cheer up because things will move up.

Keep learning,

Keep taking action,

Just like number one and don't quit.

I know the feeling of being burned out.

I hope that these 11 useful,

Powerful reminders have helped to anchor you.

And my heart goes out to you.

I know what it's like.

I've been burned out many times,

Kind of recovering from it right now myself actually.

Just remember to continually remind yourself.

You could take one of these reminders,

Take one of them and repeat them to yourself.

Journal from them and use it.

Post it on your wall.

Repeat it to yourself.

Write it down in your phone.

Make it your screen background.

Whatever.

Use it over and over again.

Use these reminders constantly to bring yourself back to center when you're feeling burned out because burnout is unfortunately part of life these days.

So hope you've enjoyed it.

Those are the 11 powerful reminders for when you're feeling burned out.

And that wraps it up for today's episode,

Guys.

Remember that last point that wherever you are,

One thing is for certain and that is change.

I know how you feel.

Like I said,

I've been there so many times.

It's never easy,

But stay strong.

Keep taking action.

Remember that you're supported.

You know,

My goal was to arm you with some powerful tools,

Mental tools in this episode that have helped me personally.

I come back to all of these reminders on a regular basis to help you through that shadow phase,

To help you work through the difficult,

Challenging part of your life because burnout is very real and it's a very real part of our life.

It's unavoidable.

Continue to work on your health.

Continue to work on your gratitude practice,

On your ability to make good decisions,

Train yourself to be mindful,

To be patient,

To all these simple,

Classical things,

Quote unquote.

They're not so simple because they take a practice,

But continue taking mindful action.

I hope you guys have enjoyed this episode.

If you have found value in it,

Share it with one person that is feeling burned out in your life today.

You never know the difference you're going to make for them.

Let me know what you got out of it at Tudor Alexander official.

And let's remember today's quote from Langston Hughes.

Hold fast to dreams for if dreams die,

Life is a broken winged bird that cannot fly.

There are many people out there living life without a dream,

Just going through the motions.

We have such a precious time here on this planet to be able to create what we want out of it,

To use life and to get back on the saddle,

Even though we have upset and failure and resistance,

But that's what makes life so fulfilling is that when you finally get there,

The road that you walked with its curves and challenges and sharp rocks,

That's what made the whole journey worthwhile.

So thank you so much for listening guys.

I hope you have an amazing rest of your day.
