Welcome to the four questions internal alignment process.

My name is Trina Brunk and I will be your guide.

In this process of gentle self-inquiry,

I'll be inviting you to ask yourself four specific questions and then to pause and relax and notice your internal responses to each question.

Each question has been specifically intended to support you in coming into a greater degree of coherence on all levels.

And so now before we begin,

I want you to set aside any preconceived ideas about what you'll encounter or what it means.

What you most want to pay attention to is the way whatever response or seeming no response feels to you because it's not really supposed to be about finding meaning,

Although you might,

But you might not and that's just fine.

It's about freeing up your attention and energy so that you can be more fully present and available to whatever is happening in any given moment.

And now when you're ready,

Go ahead and allow yourself to become aware of your breath and begin to let yourself relax,

Allowing what easily lets go to let go and allowing what's holding to be exactly the way that it is.

Just let it rest in your acceptance.

As you become aware of the way that your body is resting on your chair or whatever it is that you're sitting or lying on,

Noticing the way that gravity holds you in constant connection with the earth.

And you might allow yourself to really rest in that awareness for a moment.

The way that the earth gives you a focused place to be here and now.

Being fully here and now.

Feeling the breath as it moves in and out.

Noticing what you can notice with your senses.

Understanding your gaze and taking in what you can see with the eyes while looking straight ahead.

See if you can bring your soft attention out to the periphery and notice the edges.

Resting in that full soft awareness.

Feeling the surface of the skin.

Smell what you can smell.

Noticing any sounds that are close to you.

The sound of my voice.

Any other sounds that are in close range.

And then notice the furthest and faintest sound that you can.

Having your attention to soften and expand and include everything within the fullness of this awareness.

Good.

And so now in this gentle expanded space,

Ask yourself the first question.

Where is my point of power?

Just allowing yourself to lean into whatever arises.

Doesn't matter if it makes any sense.

Just let go of having it mean something and simply stay with it.

Allowing yourself to be fully with whatever it is for as long as it feels interesting.

The second question is,

Where can I put my attention where it will do the most good?

And again,

Just allowing yourself to lean into whatever arises.

It doesn't matter if it makes any sense.

Let go of having it mean something and simply stay with it.

Allowing yourself to fully be with whatever it is for as long as it feels interesting.

The third question is,

What are my resources?

What are my resources?

And again,

Just allowing yourself to notice and to lean into whatever arises.

And again,

It doesn't matter if it makes any sense.

Just let go of having it have to mean something and simply stay with it.

Allowing yourself to be fully with whatever it is for as long as it feels interesting or active.

And the fourth question,

What am I currently unconscious of that if I knew it would make all the difference?

And again,

Just noticing whatever arises first.

It doesn't matter if it makes any sense.

Let go of having it mean something and simply stay with it.

Allowing yourself to fully be with whatever it is for as long as it feels interesting.

And so give yourself a chance now to really take in how you're feeling.

Understanding what's different now from when you began this process.

And if you really love the way that you're feeling,

You might even ask your unconscious mind to memorize this way of being.

To bring this as a resource to any past experiences when you could have used this state.

And also invite your unconscious,

If it feels good,

To carry it to any moments ahead where it might be useful,

Knowing that you can now call on this balanced,

Aligned,

Coherent organization of your energies as a resource anytime you need it in the future.

And if it feels good and you have the time,

Feel free to repeat the process or take some notes to help anchor any useful insights.

Anything you want to remember from your experience or any actions that you want to take immediately or later on.

This concludes the four questions internal alignment process.
