Integrate your attention, breathing, and imagination into a powerful tool for evoking and expanding conscious light within your body and mind. You'll be guided to awaken light in regions of your body, circulate it between the head and pelvis, and expand it as it fills your entire being. Welcome.

Thank you for creating the time to connect with your breath and the light within yourself.

The next few minutes are your opportunity to continue cultivating,

Expanding,

And circulating this light.

Take a moment to make any final postural adjustments to ensure you're sitting upright with ease,

And then soften another 10%.

Breathing gently,

Naturally,

Through your nose,

Begin to imagine light like a body of water bathing your brain.

Shimmering,

Reflective in its pulsing stillness.

Each inhale,

A little more watery light dawns and expands through the infinite space of the mind.

Each exhale,

The light saturates every living cell in your brain.

The light within your brain,

Your mind,

Expands.

Exhaling,

Every living cell saturated with conscious light.

Continuing to breathe gently,

Shift your attention to the basin of your pelvis and lower abdomen.

Imagine a lake of twinkling light here.

It's drifting currents and subtle expansions and compressions responding to your breathing.

Nourishing every cell within your pelvis and lower abdomen with every exhalation.

Now imagine both pools of light at the same time,

One within your skull and the other within your pelvis and lower belly.

At the top of your inhale,

Watery light swells over the edge of the third eye,

And exhaling,

It cascades downward like a waterfall into the pelvic pool of light.

Inhaling,

This roaring meeting sends vaporous clouds of watery light upward.

Plumes of light drifting skullward with rainbow diffractions to complete the circuit.

Each exhale,

The light rushes effortlessly downward between brain and pelvic basin.

Every inhale,

The misting light floats upward from pelvic basin to brain.

Exhaling light down the spine.

Inhaling light up the spine.

Halfway through your next inhalation,

Slightly tuck your tailbone and draw your pelvic diaphragm and lower abdomen in and up to press the light up your spine into your brain.

Pause,

Full of breath.

Tuck chin toward chest and turn your attention to radiant light expanding within your brain.

Now,

Gently release the breath and the muscular engagements.

Breathe naturally and then repeat this energetic breath retention two more times.

Inhale light from your pelvic diaphragm up your spine into the middle of your brain.

Draw your pelvic diaphragm and lower abdomen slightly up to help suck the light up the straw of your spine into the brain.

Retain the breath,

Full,

Chin drawn down.

Attention lovingly receiving the ocean of light and release.

Repeat the breath retention one more time at your own pace and return to gentle breathing,

Sitting silently,

Relaxed.

Blessed by this light you're cultivating,

A spark full of creative potential.

What did you notice from your practice today?

Every time is an opportunity to learn something a little bit different,

A little bit more.

Blessings for your day ahead.
