Session 9 - In this meditation, you will bring to mind a variety of people in your life. You will then be asked to wish them well, mentally repeating the phrase "may you be happy, may you be free from suffering, may all of your dreams come true." By doing so, you may generate compassionate feelings towards others, and positive feelings towards yourself. This practice is generally considered safe, but can elicit strong emotions for some.
