Welcome,

Wonderful soul.

This is Sarah.

Thank you for choosing me to be your guide today,

To remove tensions,

Past stories,

Stress,

Doubt,

So that you can welcome self-love and self-compassion.

I'm grateful and honored to inspire you to witness the love that flows within you and around you.

Find a comfortable position,

Seated or lying down.

Wherever you are is the right place for you.

This is a safe place,

A magical moment to recharge your batteries.

Feed your soul and empty your heart of all concerns so that you can let come the positive,

The beautiful,

And the love in your life.

It has always been there.

It is just clouded by your thoughts,

Old stories,

Past loyalties,

Or duties.

Breathe in,

Fully through your nose,

Feel your lungs.

Reach your belly,

The bottom of your feet.

Breathe out through your mouth,

Deep sigh.

Breathe in,

Welcome the new fresh energy.

Feed yourselves bones,

Muscles,

Organs with that fresh new air.

And breathe out,

Remove all the tensions,

The old,

The unnecessary,

And feel more relaxed.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

Breathe in,

Letting the fresh air feed yourselves from the top of your head to the bottom of your feet.

And breathe out and let go of what burdens you.

Breathe in,

Long,

Deep,

Fresh air,

Bringing new possibilities and opportunities.

And breathe out,

Letting go of all the tension,

Tightness,

And constrictions.

Breathe in healing light.

Follow its journey through your whole body from top to bottom.

And breathe out long,

Slow exhale,

Carrying all the aches,

Tension,

And discomfort.

Again,

Long,

Breathe in,

Welcome the new,

The healing light,

The abundance.

Hold it,

Appreciate it,

Smile at it.

Then slowly and deeply breathe out,

Feeling more relaxed,

Fresh,

Healthy,

Supported,

And open.

Continue at your own rhythm,

Feeling abundance and well-being.

And now you can just let yourself be breathed.

Trust your body.

It knows what to do.

It is always present,

Carrying you through life,

Knowing exactly what needs to be done whenever it is relaxed.

It is the stress,

The pressure,

And doubt that let the body deviate from its innate wisdom.

Let's be grateful for this vessel that helps you appreciate life,

Enjoy its pleasure,

And carrying your dreams.

Take the time to be grateful for your feet and how they support you,

Help you move in every direction,

Go fast or slow at will,

Be rooted and grounded,

And have a sense of stability and balance.

Thank you,

God,

For the love of your life.

Be grateful for your legs,

For bringing movement into your life,

To stand tall or bend when needed,

To support you and be the pillar that keeps you balanced between Earth and above.

I see you and I love you.

Thank you,

My genitals,

For providing pleasure and contributing to my well-being.

Thank you,

My hips,

For helping me think upright and seated.

I see you and I love you.

Move up to your back,

Thanking it for its structure,

Protection,

Security,

And capacity to stand tall.

I see you and I love you.

Take the time to recognize how your belly and all your internal organs helps you breathe,

Assimilate,

Digest,

And evacuate.

It brings in the good in life,

And it let go from everything you don't need.

Thank them for their continuous work,

Day and night,

That contributes to your health.

I see you and I love you.

Connect to your heart,

Your core,

Your center of love,

Compassion,

And forgiveness.

Be grateful for the steady rhythm of life.

It beats through your veins at any moment.

Feel the space and warmth that emanates from it when you give it space.

I thank you and I love you.

Be grateful for your neck and throat,

For holding your head and letting you say your truth.

Speak up and tune into the universal rhythm.

I thank you and I love you.

Thank you my mouth,

Nose,

Cheeks,

Eyes,

Brows,

And skull for helping me sense life,

See it,

Chew it,

Eat it,

And create the life that I envision.

Thank you.

I love you.

Breathe in all the goodness that happens within you at each moment of your life,

And breathe out the reminiscent tensions.

Take a few moments to appreciate the feeling of being whole,

Wonderful,

Loved,

And relaxed.

When we are relaxed,

We can cope with whatever life throws at us,

Our body,

Heart,

And mind know what to do.

When we contract in front of adversity,

We tend to lose that capacity.

So let's explore the contraction that self-doubt,

Self-limitation,

Old stories,

Past experiences create in your body.

Think of a situation that annoys you,

A relationship that demands too much of you,

A lack of recognition at work or at home,

The stress of doing too much,

The belief that you are not enough,

Stupid,

Not fitting,

Not seen.

Observe in your body where the tension forms.

Is it in your shoulders,

Your chest,

Your back,

Your belly,

Your heart,

Or somewhere else?

Let it come to you.

There is no performance.

If nothing comes,

Trust that your body knows where it is,

Even if your conscious isn't aware.

You sense the tension.

It starts to take form.

You feel it.

Where is it located?

What is it trying to tell you?

The location in your body means something.

It is trying to help you.

What is its message?

Is it to slow down,

To stop looking sideways,

That you carry too much?

What is it?

Breathe into it.

Observe it.

How big is it?

What is the texture,

Temperature?

Is it cold,

Hot?

Is it acute?

If it is too much,

Look at it as if it was on the screen.

Let it take shape.

Is it a spear,

A thorn,

A weight,

A void,

A choking blanket?

Let it be what it needs to be.

As you observe the tension taking shape,

Imagine it slowly moving out of your body,

Either by its own will or because you remove it with your mind's eye,

And you put it in front of you on the ground,

Back to Mother Earth.

How does it feel without that tension?

What is possible now that wasn't before?

What do you notice that you couldn't before?

Breathe into that fresh sensation.

Appreciate the feeling.

The new possibility is love taking form,

A higher version of yourself finding its way.

So let's set an intention.

Maybe you want to feel more relaxed,

To slow down,

To take the time to connect with your loved one,

To create,

To speak up.

I leave you some time to visualize that intention,

To sense the positive impact it has in your body and your environment.

What new possibilities and opportunities emerge from it?

Where are you?

What do you do?

See,

Feel,

See,

And how the environment responds positively to you.

Now that you have your intention rooted in your heart,

Breathe in and let the warm,

Positive sensations fill you in.

Breathe out and surrender it to the universe.

It knows what to do.

It will support you.

You have planted a seed.

Imagine that seed in your heart.

At any time during the day,

You can close your eyes and connect to it,

Letting it grow and glow.

Breathe through it,

And the positive intention and sensation will flow through you,

Supporting you.

Breathe in.

A smile can lift your face.

Breathe out,

A feeling of fulfillment and peace fills you.

Stay a moment with that joy.

Slowly,

At your own pace,

Start to connect to your body,

To where you sit alive,

The air in the room,

The noises surrounding you.

Wiggle your toes,

Open your eyes,

Feeling refreshed and at peace.

I thank you,

Wonderful soul.

I love you.

Make it a great day.
