Hello community,
I'm Tracey.
Today I'm going to be taking you through a guided practice that drops you into the power that is available to you through knowing and understanding your anatomy.
The plump,
Juicy,
Wisdom filled pieces that make you whole.
So in the depths of you lies the pure power that comes from the essence of your body and its pieces.
Today we're going to be celebrating your essence,
Your body and your beingness.
So I invite you to get yourself comfortable,
Cocoon yourself in.
This is an honouring of the feminine,
The gentle,
The rich.
Bringing your awareness to your breath,
That beautiful life force energy that is available to you.
Nice deep breath in,
Audible exhale,
In and out,
Dropping your awareness.
Down into your pelvic space,
Your pelvic bowl and this pelvic bowl is made up of four layers.
The first layer is the most dense,
We have the physical organs,
The bones,
Muscles,
Ligaments and nerves.
The second layer is our pleasure,
Anatomy.
The third we have our energetic anatomy and the fourth is our intuitive anatomy.
There's so much more to us than our anatomy.
We are beings connected to the whole.
We are sensitive and receptive to the whole and we play a vital part of the whole.
And us as women or those that identify as women,
We are emotional beings and it is through embracing or denying our feminine selves that our emotions come from.
Either sublime,
Undulating,
Ecstasy,
Melancholy,
To deep rage and everything in between.
Before I go any further I'd like to say that regardless of whether you still have these physical organs inside of your body or not,
You still have the essence of the blueprint of these organs.
So your physical organs inviting you as your awareness is down in your pelvic bowl,
I invite you to breathe into your pelvic bones.
Got your hip bones on left and right,
You have your pubic bone that sits at the front there.
And you have your sacrum that sits at the back between your hip bones,
Just breathing into your bones in your pelvis.
It's becoming aware,
Not changing anything,
It's being the observer,
Being witness to,
Bringing presence to your bones.
Breathing in now,
Bringing presence to your nerves.
There's a network of nerves that supply your pelvis.
Breathing into these nerves,
These nerves bring you sensation.
Bringing your awareness now,
Your presence to your ligaments.
These ligaments support and they connect one bone to another and they provide important stability for you.
Just bringing presence to the ligaments,
Expanding on the in-breath,
Relaxing as you exhale.
Bringing your awareness now shifting into your muscles of your pelvic space,
Your pelvic floor muscles like a sling and they keep everything in place.
Breathing into,
Bringing presence to these muscles,
Expanding,
Relaxing.
Moving now from your physical organs up to your mons pubis.
This is this area of your anatomy,
It cushions the pubic bone and can be covered with hair or not.
Breathing in to the mons pubis.
Moving now down to your labia.
Breathing into your inner labia,
The lips,
Bringing presence.
Moving now to your outer labia.
These parts of our anatomy they're all very different,
Us women are very different to each other in that way.
These parts of us are just as unique as our faces.
Breathing here,
Presence.
And the labia really brings us its wisdom of how are we at being vulnerable.
The labia is about our vulnerability and our ability to be vulnerable.
Moving now into the vaginal canal,
Still working with the physical organs.
Moving up into the cervix.
This is the opening to the womb to our uterus.
Feels like the top of a cherry.
It's the door within the doors to our sacred cave.
Just breathing into your cervix.
She sits at the end of your vaginal canal.
She's the gateway.
The cervix is the area that opens to birth life through.
Just bringing presence here to your cervix.
The cervix is about our ability to open to others,
To let others in,
Trust how open we are to love.
Bringing presence,
Bringing your breath.
It's a beautiful part of your anatomy.
And moving gently,
Bringing your awareness gently back out of your vaginal canal to your perineum.
It's a stretch of skin that sits between your vaginal opening and your anus.
And its function is to stretch.
It can be a very sensual area.
Just breathing into,
Bringing presence to your perineum.
Expanding,
Relaxing.
Moving now to the posterior portion,
Which is the opening to the vaginal canal.
Highly sensitive area.
Breathing presence.
Moving up now,
To the breasts.
Placing your hand on your breast.
One hand on each breast.
And our breasts have a direct connection to our uterus,
To our womb.
The breasts are this positive pole of energy.
This positive pole exists in the breasts and our heart.
And it is from here that we radiate,
We open,
We expand and express ourselves in the world.
The yoni is the negative pole.
This is where we receive our partner physically.
Where we welcome,
We sweetly receive,
Absorb and we relax from this space to receive.
So when we're working with Eros,
Sexual energy,
We need to include both positive and negative poles to have the optimal experience.
And the breasts,
When they're stimulated,
They release oxytocin.
And our breasts are part of our female power that is visible.
The rest of our sacredness is inside.
Breathing here,
Bringing presence.
We then move down to our pleasure anatomy.
And we'll begin with the smallest yet most potent supply of nerve endings in our anatomy.
Our pleasure anatomy.
And that is the clitoris.
So just breathing here,
Bringing all of your attention here.
And you may possibly,
If it feels right,
Place your hand over your vulva.
And just breathing here,
Breathing presence into your clitoris.
The main reason for this part of our anatomy is pleasure.
And again,
We all have a clitoris and they all come in different shapes and sizes.
And just moving down now,
Our labia.
Our labia are an extension of the nerve endings of the clitoris.
And the clitoris is about how open we are to receiving pleasure.
How open are we to receiving what we desire?
How open are we to receiving what we need?
We then have,
Moving in to the vaginal canal now,
We have our G-spot.
It's a corrugated cushion,
It's like sponge-like cushion that sits just behind the pubic bone.
You're breathing here,
Breathing presence into your G-spot.
And when pressure is applied to our G-spot,
It boosts the level of oxytocin and dopamine,
Which are the orgasmal hormones.
It's an important part of our ability to receive pleasure.
It's about our ability to be heard and how we are able to ask for our needs to be met.
Moving now through the vaginal canal back up to the cervix.
The cervix,
Yes,
It's physical anatomy,
But it's also a pleasure anatomy.
So acknowledging this part of you,
The cervix,
As part of your pleasure anatomy,
Just breathing presence,
Breathing that knowing into this part of you.
Moving now to the posterior fornix,
Which is the very far corner of the vaginal canal.
It's like on the sides of your cervix,
Around the back and sides of your cervix,
Just breathing presence here.
Simply bringing your breath here.
This is the deepest,
Darkest spot.
Everything that we don't want,
We push down here.
Breathing in.
Now moving from your posterior fornix back up to the back wall of the vaginal canal,
Where the A-spot is.
The opposite,
On the opposite side of the G-spot,
Not directly opposite,
It might be up a little more.
Just breathing here,
This back wall of the vagina,
Vaginal canal is where the A-spot lives and it's full of erectile tissue.
Just breathing in here.
This is about our ability to hold ourselves,
To stand in our power,
To give consent to ourselves.
Now easy is it for us to stand in our boundaries and say no or yes.
We then move to our,
The energy of this beautiful,
Sacred bowl that we keep.
Lots of different channels of energy,
Acupuncture channels that run through our body.
So breathing into the energy,
Becoming present to the energy of this space.
Know that by just dropping down into this space that you bring a sense of yourself to your day.
You bring a deeper understanding of the language of your body,
To hold,
To protect and to guide you.
This connection is where your greatest insights bloom.
And placing one hand on your pelvic space,
One hand on your heart,
Sharing a breath between these two sacred parts of you.
I'd like to thank you for your presence here and I invite you to anchor into the divine vessel that you occupy.
And share her whispers with your community,
Share her whispers with your family,
Share her whispers with the world and go and move to the beat of your soul.
