Allow yourself to be creative and let the questions wash over you.
Take a few deep breaths,
Feeling the rise and fall of the belly,
Welcoming yourself more fully to this present moment as you relax and settle into where you are.
As I ask each question,
Notice which questions hold special value for you at this time.
If a question doesn't resonate at this time,
You can just let it pass as a seed that will sprout another time,
Perhaps.
Begin by checking in with where you are in this moment,
Arriving fully where you are and welcoming everything that's alive for you as an aspect of your experience.
Reflecting back on the last day or so,
What have you been prioritizing?
What has been important to you?
What are some of the most important things you're trying to create in your life right now?
What you're creating now is likely related to something you've also created in the past.
Acknowledge yourself and notice any time in the past where you've created something similar.
What tends to make life more wonderful for you?
What tends to make life more challenging for you?
What's one small,
Actionable step you can take towards embracing the challenge and learning from it and doing something that would make life more wonderful?
What's a personal quality or skill that you've been developing that you want to develop more?
What's an easy way that you can express more of your creativity that would already be harmonized with other things you're doing?
What is a book or an article that you can read through today or in the coming days to enhance skill or something else that you want to create more of in your life?
What are some ways you can expand your self-care?
And what are some simple things you can do to make that happen?
Form a memory into your mind and heart of a time where you were resilient,
Where something challenging arose and you met it with grace and skill.
Is there anything or anyone that you're longing to forgive where it's no longer useful to play through anything in your mind,
But to create a more healing relationship with this memory through empowered forgiveness?
What is seeking forgiveness in your life?

Are there any natural mysteries happening around you right now?
Are there new species that are visiting or leaving?
Are there transformations happening?
Think of some questions that may arise around the natural mysteries around you at this time.
What's one thing you've been meaning to do for a while,
But you keep putting off?
What can you do that you've wanted to do for a little while?
How can you take one more step towards it?
How can you increase the sensory quality of your surroundings?
Is it lighting a candle,
Diffusing essential oils,
Playing some music,
Opening the windows or the shades?
How can you enhance your space with some sensory stimulant that nourishes you?
Is there any longing to move your body in some way,
To dance,
To stretch,
To do yoga,
To lift weights or run,
Or maybe just take a walk?
How can you meet your body's need for movement and expression today?
Is there some random act of kindness you can do for someone that is either going through a hard time right now or perhaps is just ripe for a wonderful surprise?
Is there someone that needs to hear that you love them or care for them?
Is there anyone you've been a little hard on lately?
Perhaps in your thoughts or out loud.
How can you create more ease and care and authenticity in this relationship?
Is there some way you're longing to be seen or appreciated?
Give yourself the gift of this appreciation now by complimenting yourself,
Acknowledging yourself and celebrating yourself in exactly the way you want to be celebrated by others,
Beginning to cultivate more trust that those that can see it will see it and those that can't will see other things.
And either way,
Our awareness is increased.
Is there any way you've been looping in a thought or a behavior that you know doesn't serve you?
What's one simple way you can interrupt this pattern or do something different?
Is there anyone you'd like to hang out with?
Or is there some event you'd like to go to or some place you'd like to explore?
Are there any foods your body has been longing for or messages your body has been sending you about what foods it wants more of and what foods it's having a hard time with?
What's one simple way you can listen to your body more and honor its wisdom and messages?
What's a healthy snack you can look forward to?
Are there any new recipes you've been meaning to try or experiment with?
Is there some ritual you have around tea or coffee that's wanting more appreciation,
More joy,
More attentiveness,
More community?
What's one simple thing you can do to improve the quality of your environment,
Its cleanliness and organization?
Is there anything you've been meaning to get rid of for a while?
Is there any way to recycle this or repurpose it or transfer it to another owner?
Perhaps you can even make money by selling it.
What's one simple way you can honor your body's rhythms for rest and productivity throughout the day?
Is there something you've wanted to make or create with your hands in some way?
Are there any sacred stories,
Myths,
Literature,
Poetry or art that you've been wanting to explore?
Is there any place that you've wanted to go to,
Any experience you've wanted to have?
Is there any person or pet you're wanting to increase your quality time with?
What could that look like?
Is there any way you can increase the quality of information you put into your mind?
Or is there any way you want to change your relationship with social media or media consumption of any kind?
What's one simple way you can change your relationship with information or media that you've been meaning to?
Now we're going to zoom out.
Think a little bit more about the last weeks or months before you.
Seeing the bigger picture of what you've been creating,
The bigger picture of what you're moving towards,
What you're integrating,
How you're growing.
Interact now with your sense of purpose as it's unfolding and making itself known to you in this moment.
Let your intuition guide you now to focus on a few of the most important things that arose.
Imagine imagining the day ahead,
Implementing these things,
Doing them easily,
Joyfully,
With a sense of openness to adventure,
Experimentation,
Trying new things,
Exploring.
Let your attention come back to the breath as you feel the air coming in and out,
And the rise and fall of the stomach and chest.
Trust that the work you've done here by bringing your conscious attention to these things that matter to you,
Affirming your connection with them,
Is like nourishing the seeds you've already laid down and planting new seeds.
You will notice those conditions that are aligned with these intentions.
With your sense of purpose as it unfolds and grows and changes,
And those harmonious relationships and aligned companions and connections will become clearer to you,
And your desire will lead you to them.
You will increasingly find words that resonate with these things and others.
You will use words to align more and more with your deeper purpose,
To align more with your values,
To heal,
To forgive,
To grow,
And to create.
