You you oh oh oh oh three song I hope you can hear me.

We continue today with the daily satsang Just making sure you're prepared for the transmission.

Finding a comfortable space,

Making sure your spine is upright,

Chest relaxed and open to the breath.

Making sure as you let go of the mundane that the flow of breath not only relaxes your body but allows you to come back to this present moment.

So just allowing this flow of breathing as you breathe in through your nostrils,

As you breathe down into your abdomen,

As you breathe deeply and let go of tension and stress,

Just allowing this flow of breath to bring you back here to this moment.

Aware of your body,

Aware of this beautiful vehicle,

This beautiful body that allows for all and everything awareness and the experience of awareness to be present within the breath,

To be present within the body,

To be present within the space.

Space that's inside,

Outside,

Everywhere.

Space where manifestation,

The creative flow of life is made more visible,

Made more present in your communication.

So the breath allows you to be aware of yourself,

The senses,

To be aware of the awareness that is part of the senses,

The awareness of touch,

The awareness of smell,

Taste,

The awareness of just listening,

The awareness of perception.

And as you allow the flow of breath,

A life force to align itself to all these beautiful senses that are manifested within this space here.

And the senses expand into all and everything.

So the sense of smell becomes more acute,

Becomes more connected to the various levels of experience.

Very often we don't even realize the information that's being transmitted as we breathe in and sense the smell of a tree or become aware of the smell of nature or the morning or the crisp air as you walk out into the space of nature,

The ecology of life.

There are so many other subtle signals that our senses can perceive,

Not just the sense of smell,

The sense of sight,

The sense of taste,

The sense of hearing,

The sense of touch,

Expand,

Become more present in this physical beautiful body that is you,

The sacred vehicle that allows for such information,

Communication to become part of awareness so that you expand into the depth of being.

So you begin to honor this beautiful experience from just simply being here,

Present.

So the breath is so much more than just breathing into the body,

The breath is the gateway that connects you,

The bridge that takes you back home to the space of awareness.

So as you breathe in and breathe out,

Every step,

Every move,

Every connection,

Every realization,

Every little insight that comes to you through your senses allows you to bridge the gap,

Allows you to take that quantum leap back here to this moment where you,

That which is supremely aware,

You the real that's within,

The space of awareness,

The real that understands,

That comprehends,

That connects,

Takes a quantum leap into simply being,

Celebrating this beautiful space through actualization.

So you are yourself,

You're not your thoughts,

You are yourself,

You're not your emotions,

You are yourself,

You're not that which sometimes is there in the background creating stress,

Anxiety,

You are that which is aware.

So as you breathe in and breathe out and celebrate this creative potential,

This space of awareness,

Then you're not only celebrating this present moment but you're celebrating all that is within this present moment without judgment,

Without conceptual thoughts that take you away from this present moment,

That take you away into the future,

That take you away into the past.

You're simply celebrating this moment as it is without judgment.

And if there is no judgment,

If there is no this is good or this is bad,

There is no judgment in the background,

Whether that judgment be subconscious or whether that judgment be just the habits that are playing out in your thoughts or your feelings,

If there is no judgment then the space of compassion,

The space of heartfelt connection to life,

To all life just as it is,

Allows you to appreciate the more subtle qualities,

The more invisible qualities that are part of manifestation,

That are part of your potential,

Even if invisible to the mind,

Even if invisible to your feelings or your thoughts.

And as you celebrate you raise the energy,

You allow for the energy to spiral upwards,

You allow for the energy to move beyond this picture that the mind has frozen in time and you allow yourself to move with the momentum that is spiraling upwards,

The momentum that is creating this sense of lightness,

This uplifting experience whereby transcendence is a deeper connection to the present moment,

A letting go of judgment,

A letting go of the mind's constant game,

This game that the mind loves to play is known as dualism.

So you're always thinking from one reference,

From a space that is known but as you let go of that known space,

Whatever it may be,

If you let go of certain ideas and certain pictures that you have in your mind that are creating stress and there is no space for the stress,

There is no reference for the stress,

If you let go of the known habits and the known judgments that the mind is so used to falling into,

Then there is no space for dualism,

Then there is a letting go of dualism and a coming back home to the oneness that is the essence of consciousness,

That is the aware aspect of yourself.

And it doesn't mean that that which is in the space disappears,

It doesn't mean that you somehow negate that which is happening in your mind or outside of yourself or within your emotions,

It's just now in this present moment that reference is just another aspect of experience,

It is not the central theme of your experience.

And as you know this,

As the mind understands this,

Comprehends this from a very core aspect of itself,

Then it doesn't continuously push to be in control,

Doesn't continuously push to make you think or feel in certain ways,

Doesn't manipulate,

Doesn't take control in the same way,

Then you are simply observing from this space of awareness,

This present moment,

You're observing all and everything,

You're observing the future,

You're observing the past,

You're observing the way the mind sees the future and the way the mind sees the past.

And such an awareness,

An observation that creates awareness allows you for,

Allows you to be more detached,

Allows for a detached attitude.

And as you breathe in and breathe out and let go,

Let go of this known picture that the mind is comfortable with,

It can begin to explore the unknown,

The spaces that allow for creativity,

The spaces that allow for imagination,

The spaces that create a sense of awe,

A sense of newness,

This sense of newness,

This sense of unknown perspective within experience allows for a certain excitement,

For a certain sense of wow,

There is so much more than what I think,

There is so much more than what I feel,

There is so much to experience,

I don't need to create any more limitations within my thoughts,

I don't need to hold on to a certain perspective,

A certain attitude,

A certain way of doing things.

So detachment creates the space where you can identify those needs that are repeating or creating repetitive behaviour within yourself.

You see things just as they really are rather than as you react to them or as you think them or as you hope them to be or as you dream them away to be,

Just as they are.

The wonderful thing is as you begin to recognise from a detached space,

From consciousness,

As you begin to recognise all and everything just as things are and the quality of your communication to all and everything is totally different.

So the state of presence doesn't mean that there is no communication,

There is no sense of connection to the world,

There is more connection,

There is more communication but from heartfelt space,

From the real that is you,

Not from your thoughts but from you.

So as you celebrate this,

You are celebrating your communication,

You are celebrating your connection to the world and that depth creates meaningful communication,

Meaningful and sense of deep,

Deep purpose,

Meaningful,

Wow,

Life gives more than it takes,

Wow life is more beautiful than I thought,

Wow life is much more than the simplistic thoughts that were in the background of my mind that were creating my stress or anxiety,

There is so many more things out there in the world or inside of you that allow for this sense of learning,

Acknowledging of wisdom.

As you breathe in and breathe out,

Even though the wisdom may be unknown,

As you come back to the state of presence,

Just connecting to the simplicity of breathing in and breathing out,

Everything changes,

Wisdom is embraced from within your experience.

As you let go of needs and desires,

There is space for the wisdom to manifest in your life.

As you let go of the needs and desires,

There is space for you to acknowledge the manifestation that is within wisdom.

So the unknown becomes understood,

Aligned to,

Becomes part of this wonderful experience that happens in the heart.

Breathing in and breathing out,

Let go of the jumble,

The chaos,

The overwhelming,

Sometimes confusing thoughts that prevent the heart from being present,

Let go through your breath,

Let go of those thoughts and those chaotic ideas and come back to the space that is here,

Your heart.

Breathing in,

Breathing out,

Just being in stillness.
