Open Awareness: Transform The Atmosphere

We often look within to find the answers to our problems but we also do need to look at our external situations and create a connection to them by transforming how we perceive them. A beautiful meditation allows us to become very discerning about where our energy goes and allows us to understand this moment as it really is, learn to speak from the mind’s wisdom and receive a gift from the Universe.

More of a talk than a meditation, but it was extremely easy to listen to in a lighter stage of meditative presence. Sometimes a talk, some explanation, is more beneficial than another typical guided meditation, where the practice is powerful and helpful, but the purpose or reason behind it is not always clear.

I'm one of those people who, since early childhood, has gotten in trouble for asking "why?" and "how?" too often (according to others; I dispute the "too often" part). 😊 I have learned to let go of that when it is helpful to do so, but a large part of me continues to be intensely curious. A talk/meditation such as this ticks all those boxes and helps me fill in the gaps.

It may not be for everyone, but I thoroughly enjoyed this offering, and I came away from it with both my heart and my intellect smiling and at peace. Thank you. Bookmarked and downloaded. I see the light in you. 🤲❤️🤲
