Notice the state of your mind right now.
No judgment,
No criticism,
Just observation,
Just awareness.
It's important to do this for a few minutes.
Sometimes our initial observation of the mind is one that comes from within the mind rather than from the neutral aspect of observing one's experience.
Deep breath,
Just notice the state of your mind through awareness,
Just notice the state of your mind as it is right now.
Deep breath.
As you do this,
Connect to this meditational awareness that you're creating,
Just observing,
You're breathing in and breathing out and observing the energies as they flow through you,
Through your mind,
Through your feelings,
Through your body.
This is where discernment comes into the picture.
Discernment is not judgment.
Discernment is just making sure that your focus is really focused.
So each inhalation,
Breathe in the sense of clarity,
The sense of discernment.
I am now going to move deeper.
You create this mantra within yourself.
I'm going to move deeper into my meditational space.
The superficial layer is the mind busy with its thoughts.
Now you're going to drop into deep awareness.
Now you're going to drop into deep,
Deep awareness.
With every breath,
With each inhalation,
You're breathing in this deep awareness into your body.
So you're aware with all your senses,
You're aware with all those mundane senses,
The sense of smell,
The sense of touch,
The smell.
All the senses are very receptive.
And also the subtle,
The subtle senses are very receptive.
So awareness is enhanced.
You're very aware,
You're very open,
You're very receptive.
As you breathe in,
You're breathing in this awareness into your body,
To the nervous system,
Into every cell of your body.
This awareness helps you to expand and become so very connected to the energies,
Especially the subtle energies around you.
Deep breath.
It's very,
Very normal if you become very sensitive and aware that you now allow for this process that I call purification.
So you're allowing for the deeper energies that are not as obvious to the mind to come up to the surface.
And sometimes then we become aware of the script,
The way that the mind functions,
The habits that the mind likes to fall into,
The ways that we think about other people,
The ways that we think about ourselves.
Again,
It's important that you don't connect to those things,
But rather just observe them from a state of presence.
You can just imagine,
Even if it's still there,
You can just imagine that you're letting go of this energy.
You're transforming the energy through your focus to clarity,
Calm,
Peace and joy.
So you're breathing in awareness,
You're breathing in this deep awareness,
Connection,
Openness,
Receptivity,
And you're breathing out whatever comes up through the process of purification.
You're breathing out whatever it is that doesn't help you to focus.
The agitation,
The darkness,
The depression all disappears as you breathe out.
On each exhalation,
Breathe out.
And know now that as you do this,
You're purifying the space,
The space around you,
The atmosphere around you.
So it is very important to invite the positive qualities into this atmosphere as well as into your mind and allow them to continue to fill the space and to continue to purify the space.
Now you can imagine those qualities,
But they mustn't be imagined from the conceptual mind,
I want,
And then the desires and wants fill the space rather than the purification and connection to the sacred.
When you clear the space like you're doing,
When you let go through the out-breath,
When you let go of negativity,
Agitation,
Darkness,
Anger,
Frustration,
Stress,
There is an empty space that now you can fill with the sacred gifts that are constantly being transmitted to you in this openness that you're creating within yourself.
So continue to breathe in and breathe out and to bring those subtle positive qualities into the atmosphere and into your mind.
Compassion,
Love,
Light,
Being open and receptive to those gifts.
And because you're in a state of presence,
You're in alignment with those gifts and you can actually bring those gifts into the space,
To the physical space that is around you.
And also you can bring this into manifestation within.
So the cells of your body,
The structure of your body also is open and receptive to this gift.
So it's almost as if you're just being nurtured,
Being embraced by these sacred gifts that you're now channeling into the space and manifesting within your life.
Deep breath and continue to do this for a few moments in stillness.
There is no need to think or try to do anything through effort.
Just know that this is what is happening.
This is what is happening as you let go into stillness.
Deep breath.
And you may wish to continue for a few more moments,
Just embracing the stillness,
Open and receptive to the gifts and allowing for this beautiful sacred gift,
Those beautiful sacred gifts that you're open and receptive to manifest here in this beautiful space in your world,
In your life,
In a very tangible and obvious way.
