Wonderful talk Tony. You are one of my favourite insight timer ‘teachers’. Your energy is felt because of its authenticity.

Evolution is upon us always. I love to listen to these insights, very enlightening message. A bit on the rambling side, can be repetitive. Its sometimes hard to keep up and to hear his soft spoken voice as well if ur not wearing headphones.
