And Just make sure that you are in a comfortable position and somewhere where you won't be disturbed by the technologies of today.

I say that every time just because sometimes it's so easy to forget those mobile phones and leave them turned on or to have things in the background that sometimes interrupt the transmission.

So just making sure that you're comfortable and receptive to the transmission.

And it's so very important to create space and very often we think space means that we need to give specific time to ourselves or to certain activities,

The space to perhaps go on a holiday or the space to have some time off to relax or the space to do this or that or whatever it is that the mind thinks or is preoccupied with in that moment.

We think giving space to such means that we're actually creating this receptivity within ourselves to be more open and in touch with truly what's going on.

But actually the space I'm speaking about is totally different.

It has nothing to do with mental concepts going on a holiday or having time to do those things that you haven't had time to do.

All that is just an aspect of the mundane which may be important or may not be important but space meaning to create enough spaciousness and lightness within our thinking and our perception of the world requires no time because in the end time in this moment is infinite.

So if you believe that you need time to do this or time to do that or to take care of certain things then it clearly indicates that that time that you may see as necessary to give to some aspect of your thoughts or some aspect of your life clearly indicates that that time is linear in nature so it has a beginning and an end and perhaps is also caught up within the dualism of this and that,

Good and bad or important or not important and such thinking is really based in the structure of the mind so it is a perception and those perceptions depend on so many factors one can never understand if they're relevant or not because in the end those factors may be subconscious or those factors may be just belief systems that we don't even know that we have so we may be chasing sort of empty concept simply because it seems very full of energy and the energy that we are chasing is perhaps the energy that we don't even realize is useful and the energy may be the energy of our subconscious thoughts or the energy that we have held on as an addictive belief system and so it's not really that we're chasing energy as such we're somehow chasing an empty concept so spaciousness is not empty of energy so to somehow come back to the realization that this moment is infinite and spacious and doesn't actually require such dualistic thinking or dualistic conceptualization doesn't mean that what you chase is something surreal or with no definition or with no structure or with no movement or essence it simply means that one has to let go of certain things to be able to understand things from a deeper perspective so if we have those concepts that we chase constantly in this mundane world meaning that we want to give ourselves enough nurture or enough space to be able to understand a concept one has to challenge such want or desire and investigate if that is truly bringing you closer to this infinite moment where you are this infinite moment where spaciousness perhaps has a structure or an essence that cannot be understood in such limited terms needs to be somehow connected to a state of consciousness that is transcendent or beyond such belief systems or beyond such conceptualizations so it is a sort of dilemma really because somehow there is this quality of knowingness that is driving us forward to somewhere and perhaps as we sort of seek this essential quality of freedom somewhere we are driven by the mundane forces but in the end the dualism or the misunderstanding can mean that we forget the driving force that is actually essential to seeking freedom and get caught in the mundane meaning that we think that getting there the challenge of getting there is actually the journey and we forget that the journey is not in getting there but is actually in being here and so actually if we turn things upside down then this need to fulfill our connection to spaciousness that is what is dropped and the spaciousness of this moment helps us to transcend into the infinity of possibilities that exist within this moment so then there is no pushing or challenging ourselves on this mundane level where we feel driven all the time usually by the essential quality of the thoughts that are pulling us into themselves so the thought says oh this is important and then all of a sudden we are falling into that structure and become part of that structure and the driving force becomes that structure and so then we lose the perspective of why the thought arose in the first place perhaps the thought arose because we were understanding some subtle aspect of infinity some subtle aspect of what it means to be free and then the mind jumped in there and okay this is what freedom means you need to do this and then you fall into that thought and all of a sudden that thought takes over and creates a structure around the essential quality where you are transcending towards this infinite moment of freedom and pulls you back into this sort of dualistic realm where you're judging of this is not freedom that is freedom even though you don't really know what freedom is somehow you've conceptualized it within that structure of thinking that is freedom and then struggle struggle struggle try to get there try to get there and all of a sudden you realize when you're there well doesn't feel like freedom lets me let before you even think about anything else let me you're already thinking oh that's what freedom is I just missed it by a few points it's just a little bit beyond what I was thinking but it's this I know and oh all of a sudden you're that structure and before you know it that structure takes over and that is your driving force taking you towards infinity but is it taking you towards infinity or is it taking you back into the mundaneness of that thought structure which pulls the whole spiritual quest back down to the mundane and we know that that the infinity of this beautiful precious moment can only be understood when we raise our thinking as mystics have spoken about before up to the heavens or up to that spacious realm that is beyond the mundane for example Jesus spoke you need to move up higher to the higher dimension of the heavenly realms so that you can taste what freedom truly means I know he used different words but basically that was the essential message that he was putting across move beyond move beyond the ego self and reach out for that which is more divine that divine quality and that is what mystics our chemists of the past have spoken about that level of transcendence needs to come here back down to the mundane so rather than finding the thought in the mundane and conceptualizing from the structure of the mundane dualistic realm trying to find freedom somehow you need to transcend above the mundane and bring that transcendent quality into the mundaneness of everyday life so you bring the heavens down to earth and this means that the heavenly qualities that allow for a space of transcendence within the mundaneness of what you're doing begin to speak to you the truth of what it means to be here in this moment and if you don't understand it doesn't really matter because the experience or the spiritual practice of being here in this moment is basically a possibility all the time so every moment of your your existence before you even breathe in the split second that you become conscious of manifestation there is a moment of choice and that moment of choice is am i going to be here present to or before you even think the thought has already thought you out and you have fallen into that thought and the choice becomes oh i'm into my thinking now because that other space that spaciousness was just not energetic enough for my mind so i my choice is my mind i choose my thoughts as the definition of reality rather than that more transcendent quality which i know made me feel happy i know made me feel free but i just wanted to understand it a little bit better and of course so the choice is made to fall into thinking and see thoughts are so structured in themselves they're so structured in this realm of materialism that they immediately begin to communicate to that structure which is more mundane so you miss out you forget the quality of transcendence and you come back and remember all the things that exist here in the mundane all the problems so your mind says there is a lot of stuff here there's a lot of situations i need to think about here no time to be free oh maybe and then you begin to think about your needs the holiday the space to nurture this or that but what is being created in your mind is that mundaneness of activity and that mundaneness of activity is what you can never take a break from i cannot sort of go on a holiday and think okay well i'm free now the challenge is to sit there for 10 15 seconds and just be yourself that's a holiday you manage 15 seconds of not getting caught in another thought whether it be a conscious thought oh i'm aware of this thought or subconscious thought i'm not happy even though i think i'm still i'm a bit bored that's a subconscious thought by the way try challenge and investigate in a practical way to be still for 15 seconds this means that the instant you dissolve into this transcendent experience your experience is no longer defined by your perception or by your thinking or by your belief systems so the result is a moment just oh i don't know why i'm happy but i just feel better i don't know why i feel so much lighter but i just feel better i feel good you only realize that you feel good when you come back and your mind says oh before i didn't feel so good but now i feel better so i feel better so i feel better so i feel better so the mind just in 15 seconds already turns positive because the experience is so freeing when you bring the heavenly realms to this level of mundaneness then the light the essential quality of spaciousness the light of transcendence allows your thinking to transcend into lightness so your thoughts become lighter your emotional reactions to your thinking or to your perceptions become lighter and you feel emotionally happier more free now can you imagine what an interesting holiday that would be 15 seconds of bliss everyone would be choosing that a week away from the mundane doesn't mean that you're a week away from the mundane it just means that you have a week to think about more different things different things that always relate to the mundane it's very rare that even if we have a week that we challenge ourselves enough to say internally to say to ourselves communicate to ourselves 15 seconds where i just am myself 15 seconds where i don't need to fall into that pattern i don't need to fall into that manipulation i don't need to fall into that worry stress thinking mode i'm so used to that i don't know any other way to be drop the baggage let go let go and even if it doesn't make sense let go a little bit more of that which doesn't make sense 15 seconds that is the challenge that you can set yourself as a spiritual exercise for today just 15 seconds in between the stresses of the mundane world and say to yourself okay now this is me being myself not me being my thoughts me being my feelings me being my belief systems conclusions whatever it is that the mind creates as an interesting energy structure just me being myself even if i don't know what that means just me letting go of all those other things that are not truly myself so i let them go and wait and see what happens that is a true holiday that is a true holiday from just the mundaneness of everyday addictive thinking everyday addictive addictive thinking everyday addictive playing out of dramas so just remember when you do this your thoughts turn and become more positive turn from the negative bias aspect of the brain and become more positive so even if nothing changes it will subtly transform your experience of today from a negative worrying about problems worrying about your thoughts worrying about those thoughts that are thinking that thoughts or whatever it is to just without knowing feeling a little bit lighter feeling a little bit happier and the wonderful thing is when that energy of happiness or lightness or lightness is communicated in your thoughts in your feelings in your body the manifestation begins to align itself to the lightness which is going on inside of you so the inside changes transforms simply because you're more happy more joyous more blissful and the outside begins to mirror that inner change so as you breathe in and breathe out today don't just add another thing to your list simply know that this practice is so very easy it's so very interesting it's so very it gives you so very much that a few times today at least a few times today you'll give yourself 15 seconds what's 15 seconds in 24 hours 15 seconds to just come back to being as you breathe in and breathe out allow the sound the vibration this essential quality of expansion the beginning the essential quality of creativity to vibrate in all aspects of your being in your thinking in your feeling in the energy of your body the way that your body is structured allow the vibration to connect to all those dimensions of manifestation deep breath

I'm so happy Tony is here making sense of things I didn't pay attn to before. Sometimes, I need to listen more than once to get focused. It's no wonder ppl have such a hard time taking a break from the mundane that the challenge was only 15 seconds. I'm sure that's just a nicer way to get busier ppl to start, and then hopefully progress to more than 15. It's soooo needed.
