You you you We continue with the spiritual practice of reminding our thoughts our minds our emotional bodies to come back to stillness a stillness that is a gateway to higher knowledge the higher knowing that is really very much part of the stillness So if you're busy with thoughts or busy with feelings or busy with different external situations focus the energy focus your thoughts focus your feelings and Invite them to come back to the focus of stillness This will help us to move elevate to a higher state of knowledge And to begin to trust this wisdom inside of us And it is the stillness that can guide you can guide your soul your essence to a very beautiful place this is the place that many people term as love or a sense of oneness a sense of connectedness sense of being part of something much greater than oneself or the ego self So rather than Force yourself to do anything.

There's no need to Force yourself to be quiet so There is no purpose in trying to still the mind Simply change your focus so that your attitude is one of stillness connected to the deep truth within Just let go and surrender into the natural flow that is moving through you That natural flows very deeply connected to stillness Breathing in deep breath into the abdomen Breathing out Extend and prolong the out breath So that you truly let go into the flow the flow of life that's moving through us your breath But also the stillness deep within your heart Closing your eyes Relaxing and letting go of yesterday or the last few minutes and just relaxing into a deep state of stillness,

Which is very naturally connected to the flow of this moment Be aware of the senses be aware of the breath relaxing your body Be aware of the senses as you enjoy and celebrate this deep relaxation You you Deep breath Know when you focus your energy in this way that you're asking the Wonderful oneness that is love you're asking love to again Remind you to come back to a deeper and more profound part of yourself from this More deep or profound part of yourself Know that you shall be given the wisdom to elevate beyond the negatives of the ego Know that you will find a profound inner strength profound inner wisdom that will help you elevate Elevate to this wonderful space of love Because love is the state of expansion that you are now experiencing as you let go of all the distractions of all those aspects of the ego that Sometimes create very confusing type of a very confusing scenario type of thinking that's very confusing Deep breath You you Remember as you create this intention you're asking and you will be given the gifts you will be presented with the gifts that help you to elevate Come back to your inner strength and your inner wisdom Trust this natural flow without effort without doing anything just relaxing into the stillness Let us do this together Just being still for a few moments Sensing what it's like to just be part of this natural flow You You You Deep breath Relaxing on the out breath letting go No effort just enjoying the space of stillness Deep within you come back home to your inner wisdom your inner strength Know that you're elevating beyond the struggles beyond the negativities And within the stillness Inner wisdom begins to communicate to you on a very subtle level Hence the importance of being still Deep breath open and receptive still And know that you will be gifted with many many gems So continue trusting the stillness within Eyes closed Deep breath as you breathe out extend and prolong the out breath letting go Deep breath Deep breath As you breathe out letting go relaxing Drifting into the deep stillness stillness is not an absence of activity It's just a deep state of relaxation where you are very connected Very in touch with the flow You You You Breathing in open and receptive Breathing out prolonging the out breath Letting go of all tension letting go and trusting the state of being Your beautiful state of being that is now gently connected to the space deep within your heart Trusting this deep part of yourself In the stillness just notice the communications Not only is your body relaxed not only is your mind more still But just notice that there are subtle communications happening in the background Perhaps Your body as it relaxes your body just feels more connected to the space the universe the cosmos Perhaps your mind feels very relaxed feels still sensations of stillness and relaxation Very powerfully communicated to you in different ways and perhaps This becomes more clear over the next few hours over the next few days Intuition Stillness within The subtle senses deep within communicate to you in a way that is sometimes a little bit Too subtle to understand So let go of the mind trying to grasp the experience trying to make sense of the experience Just trust the flow Allow this flow to continue in the stillness But also in your daily activities today throughout your day Just be sure to remind yourself to come back to this stillness To still the body To still the mind To still the emotional body To just feel the connection Feel the communication that's happening through the flow the flow of your breath The flow that allows you to connect to stillness on a very profound level As you breathe in and breathe out let go As you breathe in open up and be receptive Deep breath You You Deep breath You may wish to continue in stillness for a few more moments integrating the experience of coming back to very deep and profound part of yourself that you now begin to open up to and recognize not only on your beautiful spiritual journey,
