You you you you Hello,

I hope you can hear me wonderful day to continue with the spiritual practice and Wonderful day to give yourself a few moments to just come back to this wonderful present moment Making sure that any distractions in the background any TVs if you have TVs on Technologies mobile phones computer All those things that take up so much of our everyday life today and Just turned off so that you can really be present to the meditation It's wonderful to understand that Sometimes we need to be a little bit more disciplined meaning that It's not like the school discipline.

That's perhaps the word discipline Brings up for some people but the discipline where we address our senses from a perspective of heartfelt consciousness because our of course our physical senses and sense of taste and the sense of smell and the sense of hearing the sense of touch all those physical senses create Wonderful images and these images are pictures we have of reality whether they be pictures that we keep hidden in the subconscious or pictures that Just keep repeating themselves,

And then we believe what we're experiencing is to be is reality and is future of our experience It's important to be aware that physical senses Only see things in a way that we're comfortable with so very often Tastes and the sounds that we're aware of are of course very powerful and are present in our experience,

But there is so much more subtlety out there that Unless you're a Musician or unless you are an artist it's difficult for for the physical senses to make to structure That reality that physical reality in such a way where it makes sense to our perception so Sometimes there are sounds out there that we forget to hear the sounds that communicate to our consciousness from a level of Experience that is not common the sounds of nature the beautiful sounds of nature are so very often Not heard because the noise of industry and the noise of Mind the busy mind can create all sorts of noise Doesn't allow for our senses to be so sensitive And so receptive that we're able to actually understand what is going on around us,

So we only hear or experience or sense that which Is common and that which has been sometimes taught as common and normal so it is normal to listen to the very noisy sounds of industry because we've been taught to be careful crossing a road because there might be a car Coming so we always have to make sure if we hear a noisy car that we're out there aware and focused on what's going on the silent melody of Stream that creates sense of well-being well.

We only have time to do that sometimes We don't even have the time to do that to go out there in nature and listen and just Listen to what is going on or look at what's going on so discipline doesn't mean that you have to negate anything it just means that you actually invite Those senses to again discover something that is has been hidden for most people or is probably hidden in your experience right now,

So it's Fine-tuning the senses so that you can get in touch with the melody of life rather than the worry stress That very often creates a focus in our minds which then creates This perspective where we need to resolve the problem because that is what we're focusing on We're focusing on all the situations that aren't Flowing in a direction that allows us to be free and enjoy the moment for what it is so if we use discipline to come back to Being more perceptive of the situations around us doesn't mean that you'll be overwhelmed by those situations Some people say oh my life is so stressful I don't really need to focus on the stress because already that is so much part of my experience I need to get away from the stress.

So why would I focus?

More on what is going on in my life?

And that of course is understandable Focus isn't about coming back to just one aspect of reality the perception that you're having but actually training the super What I call the super mind the consciousness that's within the mind that goes far beyond just experience that you're having the more subtle experience the more profound level of experience that Remains hidden that is what the discipline is needed.

This is why discipline is needed to Allow oneself to go deeper into this perspective so this means allowing the brain And the structure of the brain to connect to a new paradigm rather than the old paradigm that perhaps is normal and for the brain to feel comfortable within may not be normal for you,

But the brain may think okay,

I've heard this noise I recognize this noise why I see this picture.

I recognize this picture.

I Sense this quality within me.

So I recognize this quality and that is reality What about pushing see this is what discipline means pushing oneself to move away from?

That focused attention that is so very much playing in the background and its reference is this comfortable situation I know this situation and exploring the unknown so reaching out And you can do this in a tangible way reaching out to the senses so that you're sensing More than just what is being experienced.

So if you're listening to a sound what about listening to all qualities within that sound just like a musician listening to the many tones and the many notes within the wonderful melody of Sound that you're hearing and maybe you're only focused on the very specific Very specific I'm used to these sounds so they're what's reality type Sound in the background and but what about listening to the subtleties?

Of course,

I'm not a musician So I don't know all the words to describe the various tones that are there in the background that we We don't hear but there our hearing range,

Of course Can only hear certain certain Vibrations and beyond those vibrations We believe we can't hear anything.

But actually the eardrum constantly Vibrates when there is sound and it's just we don't recognize the sounds that are around we recognize the ones that genetically and Through our biology.

We've been taught Are the ones that we can hear?

What about if we listen to the subtlety and just the energy of vibration,

Even if it doesn't make sense So when walking in nature rather than just listening to the sounds What about listening to the vibration of the space?

And so interesting because then sound doesn't just get translated in the way that the mind understands as noise But sound can be an experience that you feel in your body sound can be an experience that translates into a creative mode of understanding reality that then connects you to the experience and connects you to this moment rather than just Just fitting into a label.

That is a thought that is built from certain perceptions that we're used to or have been taught socialized to believe to be the most real How about if we explore this is what discipline means we explore the many other dimensions that exist Within not just hearing but all the senses touch Very often we touch things and we don't even really feel What we're touching.

It's just oh,

Yeah,

That's a plate.

Oh That's a cup.

We don't we're not really present to the experience.

So we have no idea.

We're just translating our senses Into a language that we're comfortable with into a language that makes sense because we've perhaps experienced lifting a plate I don't know a hundred thousand times or more.

And so we recognize without effort.

We recognize what's going on Oh that touch I recognize that What about being totally present and?

Experiencing things as if you're experiencing them for the first time.

So whatever you're touching you touch From a new perspective see that's what discipline means that you're allowing your brain To go beyond the normal firing and wiring Of neurons that keeps us existing and rather invite a newness into your life where the senses begin to explore the Dimension the creative dimension of living that is more connected to this present moment So this means we need to let go of the old that which we know And begin to be open to the new And that is what meditation is all about.

It's exploring the new.

This is what I mean by discipline letting go of those learnings that Seem very important and saying okay.

I know this but what about Pushing myself to Experience the world in a different way and sometimes that's where the discipline is needed sometimes We need to push ourselves because we get very comfortable in whatever situation Just keeps going and we're comfortable because we've survived To to the point where we say okay.

Why I've survived and everything is okay.

Why would I need to change well The idea of change is not just to change to learn something Different from what you're experiencing But the idea of change is to push yourself to experience the qualities of joy happiness and bliss from a perspective That perhaps it's very different from the one that you are looking at the world through at this moment through those senses Well,

The world is like this black and white the world is just as I see it is it or is what you're seeing just the perspective of the world and how interesting if unless you're perfect and joyous and blissful and happy and everything is doesn't need changing and then I question if that's really real and That you question that yourself within yourself.

Am I really happy with that pretending type attitude,

You know,

I'm happy because of Anyway just push yourself to explore the many dimensions of What it means to be present to more than just what you're experiencing now so if you're not if you're stressed or if some of your your experiences are not just That aren't happy or are caught up in the mundane aspect of the world where you're worried about this or thinking about that How about bringing yourself to this moment by exploring the senses from a new perspective and exploring the connection you have with the world to see if the quality of happiness joy and bliss begins to change when you change the way that your senses observe and participate within this wonderful experience called life as we begin to focus our energy into the unknown spaces of experience and we begin to learn that experience is a continuous flow of energy and as long as we move with that energy as long as we reach out for Reach out in the way when we look at things and listen to things and touch things and taste things and experience our picture of reality from Much larger perspective and that which we know then we realize that we're learning and we're learning not only to push ourselves beyond the comfort zone that sometimes limits our experience to a very depressing one because Our comfort zone if we sit on the sofa and forget to walk and explore all that's around us Then we need something like a TV to turn on So that we're entertained because it's not natural for human beings to sit on the sofa.

It's more natural to get to walk to explore to Look around and see what's going on Why would you just sit and do nothing and just say okay.

I'm okay as it is.

Why would I want to change?

That's the discipline that's required to question the perspective that you are now Focusing your energy within and to say is this what I want or shall I listen more carefully or shall I Look more carefully or should I smell more carefully and then it's so interesting because as soon as you put that intention out There in the world of experience I'm more aware as soon as your intention is to bring the state of awareness into your experience So you're aware not just from the picture that you've already Experienced a thousand times and you've touched that whatever door a hundred times So,

You know,

What about if you open the handle very slowly and you breathe in and you just take time to explore your experience from a new perspective You will trigger the neurons in the brain You'll trigger them to explore your experience from a new perspective which means that your thoughts and your feelings and the energy that's flowing through your body and the reality that you're creating in your mind will Need to change because the neurons are firing and wiring from it In a way that they've never done before so from a perspective that's new so you will adapt to this newness Not only in the way that you experience Opening the door,

But because you pushed yourself to learn things from a new perspective Then you stand up and you say I'm no longer sitting in this comfortable place It's exciting to be out there and learn things in this way where I'm exploring and I'm in awe about Learning rather than oh,

I know this and it's not exciting.

I'll just turn on another program Whatever it is that you want to watch which usually and the TV That's playing out the continuous programs that you're watching is your own karma So,

You know you turn on whatever is most powerful wherever there is most energy so very often We're pulled back into the mundane simply because we're sitting because we're not moving our consciousness and awareness to explore that creative dimension of life that is around us we are just Introverting into a space where we're exploring our problems.

This is what many people do and Sitting in meditation.

They believe that meditation is about focusing on oneself Well,

I have this problem.

Why do I feel this way?

Why do I think that way or why am I doing this or why and it becomes listening to the why question?

Which is in your mind creating all sorts of noise either in your feelings bringing you to a point of Distress or in your mind as just noise that continues asking the same question,

But forget the why the solution isn't in looking at why the solution is in extending your perception so that You're aware that the solution is right in front of you so that you're listening sensing touching smelling The atmosphere that is around you in such a way where you're exploring Pushing yourself to explore the space from a new perspective and that allows for the subtle senses that most of us don't comprehend because we're just sitting there and not utilizing these subtle senses to begin to explore the multi-dimensionality of experience so then opening a door is no longer just Opening the door and you open the door and that's symbolic the Subtle senses understand that symbolic you're opening a door to an aspect of yourself that you can joyously explore But if you never open the door in this way If you just open the door as if you're going to another place And you're constantly moving from one karmic energy field to another without actually exploring Being being present to the gift that's right in front of you And it it's a choice,

But it's not a choice that we make consciously it's a choice that is made for us and that choice is made for us when we Aren't disciplined enough to push our senses to look into the experience around into the experience of being from a new perspective so today Teach yourself through this discipline to be more aware of the senses and to really Understand your connection to the senses to bring mindfulness into that which you are doing whatever it is Whatever you're touching whatever you're smelling whatever you're tasting whatever you're Hearing whatever is there in the background create an intention to Bring more awareness into the situation so that the structure of the mind doesn't just create a picture about whatever it is that you're Experiencing but rather that you explore the picture from a perspective that is so very new that perhaps Just with a little bit of practice perhaps what you touch is much more than That which has been programmed into your mind as reality.

Maybe you touch perspective of reality That's more colorful but all at once slowly more colorful more exciting more Joyous more blissful So as you breathe in and breathe out don't try to find happiness in being more aware because that's what some people do They say okay,

I'm doing this what Tony just spoke about and listening to all that's around I'm touching my Cup from a new perspective,

But I don't get anywhere We're not trying to get anywhere We're just changing the way that the mind fires and wires the neurons so we're trying to explore Reality from the new perspective.

We're not trying to create a new perspective So just be patient you sit and Explore your senses from a state of awareness just be patient and enjoy The fact that you're learning things from this new perspective As you breathe in and breathe out how wonderful it is just to breathe In a way that allows you to explore the space that is around you from this Breath of consciousness this breath where you're breathing in not just Air,

But you're breathing in the energy of life.

You're breathing in the newness that the atmosphere from a space where You're not just breathing in the smells that your mind recognizes or the Oxygen that's needed for survival,

But you're breathing in the subtle nutrients that that are around in space As you breathe in and breathe out just explore this for a few moments so wonderful when you breathe with consciousness Deep breath So wonderful to breathe in in this way To breathe in in this way Most of us just breathe in and breathe out and carry on without even appreciating This beautiful sense of Experience and just breathing in a way where Like in the morning if you get up You stretch your body You breathe in and you just say what a wonderful day.

I'm breathing in nature If you live near nature,

You can just imagine I'm breathing in nature See air from the seal from the trees around you just even the pot plant that's in in your house in your apartment I'm just breathing in this connecting Connecting to your breath from a new perspective How wonderful to be able to do this and to remind yourself that's where the discipline becomes an important task To put into practice to remind yourself to do these little things so as you step out of bed My feet are on the ground.

I really feel Grounded,

Embodied in my body as I wake up,

You know,

You bring yourself back to a communication level with your body and with the earth and with aspects around you that helps you to Connect and ground to the senses from a new perspective not just the automated one or you perhaps Go to the kitchen and you drink a glass of water or Whatever you drink in the morning You truly are present to the sensation of drinking You're not just drinking because you have to get quickly to the next thing.

You're truly present.

It doesn't take time.

It just takes consciousness so this would be an interesting thing to put into practice today and it is the intention of this series of Energy transmissions to come back to the melody of life this unique melody of life to Tune into the music of life that allows us to again come back and Enjoy what is going on and be happy with the experience that we're having rather than Seeking for another one to be present to this experience rather than looking for the next one out there Somewhere and hoping that it will be a better experience as you let go of the pictures of the belief systems that the mind has inbuilt within your subconscious and has inbuilt within even the structure of your brain as you begin to challenge the old structures and the new you invite the new to come back and align the energy with The potential that's in your DNA structure Rather than just that which has been taught over thousands and thousands of years.

So you begin to evolve into a super conscious human being because you're Touching the potential even if it's not manifest yet you're touching the potential that is your genetic expression and allowing for that genetic expression to understand that the new reference your awareness your presence To the senses but also to all and everything else the subtle vibrations of life that practice that you're putting into motion allows for the genetic expression of your DNA structure to again discover its potential and the potential as we know of every aspect of life is infinite and as soon as you say that there is no possibility or there is no Possibility of change and you know that what you're facing is your own limitation Not the limitation of reality And so if even if it seems very real even if the structure around you the situation around you is very very real And it seems impossible to get out of the pain or the suffering or the challenges that that structure is creating It is possible when we approach the situation from a very different perspective Not the perspective that seems most obvious to fall into but a new potential that is within All life and you are part of life So as you breathe in and breathe out,

You're not separate you're breathing in that potential And as you bring awareness to the breath as you bring awareness to your experience Even something as mundane and physical as breathing you are setting in motion the subtle Movements of energy that then begin to bring awareness Into the experience of living that is far beyond just a mundane everyday Living that we're used to now we begin to explore life from this new perspective And anything is possible so beyond discipline beyond Pushing yourself to be aware of the situations as they happen.

There is also the quality of trust To trust that everything is possible not to limit that trust but through negative belief systems or Negative perceptions that then say no that's impossible and we need to sabotage Your practice so to trust and to apply discipline so that you are present to all and everything that is around you from a new Perspective is the intention of today.

So may your practice Today flow in this way so that you are like a magnet magnetizing your experience towards consciousness rather than just being repetitive in your actions As you breathe in and breathe out Remember this starting with your breath We're just repeating the breath and being aware of Your body as you breathe in and breathe out and letting go of the old letting go of the tension letting go of the stresses the Worry or whatever that the mind is focused upon just coming back here to this present moment Thank you You You You
