So we begin with the transmission.

It's wonderful to always to be open and receptive.

Part of the transmission,

The energy transmission is the energetic work that happens on many different levels,

Many dimensions.

The dimensions that Einstein spoke about,

Which are very difficult to quantify in words.

And so as a scientist,

He spoke about these dimensions in a very wonderfully simple way,

I find at least,

That explains that sometimes what we perceive or what we think to be reality isn't really the big picture.

Isn't the big picture,

Might be the big picture for that perspective,

The mind thinking perspective or the mundane perspective that the mind is used to referring to.

But there are many,

Many other levels of consciousness or awareness that sometimes remain silent or do not communicate to us in that way where we can understand,

At least through an experience,

A real experience.

One thing is to understand through a real experience and another is to understand through just reading a little book or just thinking a little thought.

So as from the real experience,

It's difficult to understand that we can be receptive to many dimensions of transmission.

This is part of meditation and it's part of the work,

The celebration and that happens when your mind is so in tune with its multi-dimensional structure that it can go beyond its very own limitations.

So it takes a little bit of courage,

It takes a little bit of perception and openness to go beyond one's thoughts.

If we think the world is black and it's not,

Then it takes a little bit of courage to see it in a rainbow color or to see it in a different color.

And even though all our senses become fixated on one color,

Say black,

And we then realize the world from that perspective,

It doesn't have to be the reality that we're attached to,

It doesn't have to be the reality that we function from within,

It doesn't have to be the reality that we understand as reality.

And this is what's so wonderful about science today,

It's being challenged on so many different levels to create new paradigms that allow for an understanding of the world that hasn't been ever part of science,

At least,

Maybe part of the mystical experiences of some meditators or some saints or some masters in the past,

But not at all part of the scientific understanding of reality.

So if we know that that is happening around us,

Meaning that our whole culture and our whole world is being challenged to look at things differently,

It seems a little bit,

Seems a little bit,

I don't know what the right word is,

A little bit slow or constricting or painful or just not at all joyful,

And not a joyful way to not go along with that movement of new inner discoveries and new outer discoveries that is gathering very,

Very fast momentum in the world at the moment.

We're being challenged on all levels to adapt to a new paradigm,

So if we just want to stick with the old one,

At least in the way that we think or the way that we perceive the world,

No,

No,

No,

I don't want this new paradigm,

It's too complicated for me,

I just want to know what I know and I just want to hold on to what I'm holding on to and believe what I believe and see what I see and that's it.

If that is part of our perception and we allow it to be part of our perception and experience,

Then we need to question what it is that creates an addictive behavior towards such holding on to such a perspective,

Holding on to such a perspective is a type of addiction.

So we need to question what am I addicted to that keeps me from seeing the world in the new way that the world is being looked at through science and through just creative thinkers and people who,

Like you and everyone around,

Who are investigating reality from a new perspective,

What is the addictive force that doesn't allow for such to happen?

So if we begin to question not the world or people or situations,

That's so easy,

But if we begin to question ourselves and our motivations,

Then we can challenge our perception to see that there are more options than the mind is fixated upon,

Which is of course what creates suffering in the first place.

So if we open up to the options that are within our reach,

Within our reach as we meditate or within our reach as we think about one thing or another or perceive one thing or another,

Then perhaps those options become more real than just something that you've read in a book or something that someone has told you and sounds interesting.

Perhaps when you challenge yourself in this way internally,

Then those options become almost more visible to a level of consciousness that now tunes into these other options.

See,

When you're free,

You can tune into the various options that are presented that you haven't been able to see,

But perhaps now you begin to sort of see a little glimpse in the background,

Oh yes,

That's another way of doing things,

Oh yes,

I do see that the colors are slightly different than what my mind was telling me the colors look like,

Oh I didn't see that perspective or didn't see that way of looking at the world,

I just didn't hear it or I didn't sense it or I didn't feel it or I didn't experience it,

But now as you question then you don't have to focus on what you haven't got or what your mind can't see.

You can begin to really put a lot of that energy instead of saying oh I can't or I won't or I don't or I'm not sure how or whatever,

All the justifications that addiction creates as to why addiction is important,

One can begin to put a little bit,

Even if say you put 2% of the energy into such,

Not even the effort,

Just 2% of the energy that sustains the old paradigm,

Just to open up to the possibility of a new paradigm.

It will seem like a lot of work but just it will be 2% of the energy and you'll look and because you're using a little bit of energy now to open up to your potential or to your inner freedom then manifestation happens without effort.

It's often said in science that the experiment is created by the creator and the creator is you.

So the experiment of perception which is an experiment,

It's an ongoing experiment,

Is your creation.

So you're actually the manifesto of the reality that you perceive,

May not be the totality of reality but you are the creator on some level,

Your perception is your perception.

If 2% of that energy that goes into creating that perception just is saved for a meditative type of awareness whereby you're just present and aware not in a passive way but rather in an active way so you're engaging with reality in a very different way.

You're interacting and communicating to reality in a very different way,

Not in the way that you know or the way that the mind has got used to over the years or the millions or billions,

Trillions of thoughts that you've had which revolve around the same theme but just in a new way.

Experiment with this right now.

It's nothing like experience.

So as you breathe in and breathe out just experiment with 2% of the energy that is usually lost into very self-destructive thoughts,

Very negative thinking patterns or emotional patterns whether you're conscious of them or whether they're subconscious or whether they're just so part of your structure that you don't even realize that they're there.

Just 2%,

Pull that away from just the normal activity of thinking,

Normal activity of feeling.

Just be present to your breath,

To your senses and expand that presence,

That state of presence so that you look deeper into the possibilities even if your mind says no it's not.

Just 2% saying okay what if,

What if,

What is not is.

What if it's possible?

What if it's not like what I think?

What if it's not like what I feel?

How would I then experience reality?

What would I do if things were just very different from the way that my mind is telling me or the way that my feelings are telling me or the body is telling me or supposedly reality is telling me,

Perception is telling me.

What if I just see myself in a different situation?

If this is difficult and it is difficult for most people because addiction is totally totally encompassing of every aspect,

Every little cell within you.

So to stand outside of addiction,

The addiction of manipulation and the addiction of negative thinking isn't easy.

So if you find this to be a challenge,

It's quite normal.

There is no need to judge or give yourself a hard time about the challenge.

Simply imagine,

See imagination is a wonderful thing.

Simply imagine now that you are totally different.

Imagine your body different.

Imagine the nervous system different.

Every cell in your body different.

Say you're happy.

Okay you may not feel happy,

You may not experience the world as a happy place to be in,

You may not want to think about happiness because there are too many problems that your mind wants to think about or is occupied with or needs to correct or resolve,

Whatever.

But just 2% of that energy can go towards I am a happy person.

So you breathe in,

In that way,

I'm happy.

What is it like?

The body says no,

I don't really want to do this,

You know,

This is not real.

Pretend.

The word pretend isn't the perfect one but just pretend you're a different person and a happy person.

If it's difficult to see yourself as a happy person,

Pretend you're another person.

Pretend you're some sort of comedian and you're just a clown and you're just happy chappy,

You know,

You're just there smiling.

It's important that you see and experience happiness even if it is just a pretence for just a little moment.

So as you breathe in and breathe out,

What does it feel like to be this happy person?

If the mind comes in and says I can't feel anything then you know that you haven't really used that 2% of energy to come back to another perception of reality.

You are free to choose whichever perception you like,

At least in the way that you are meditating.

So you can be a happy Buddha,

Could be sitting there under a beautiful tree.

If you want to be a happy Buddha or you could just be a happy person sitting under a tree and everything is perfect.

Everything is wonderful and you're just happy because the world is the best place to be.

Everything is perfect,

Every cell in your body is happy and perfect.

Every little thought inside of your mind is a happy and a perfect thought and there is nothing to worry about.

You're just happy.

Now do this just for a few moments as you breathe in and breathe out.

Put this into practice as we go deeper,

As we allow the Who meditation to take us a little bit deeper and simply as you chant and as you listen to the vibration of the Who meditation,

Simply imagine this wonderful sense of happiness not just in your mind but within your body,

Within the cells of your body,

Within the nervous system of your body,

Within the world,

Within your perceptions,

Within the way that you hear,

Smell,

Taste,

Touch things,

Play a little bit with happiness.

As you breathe in and breathe out we continue with the Who meditation.
