Yet we come back,
We as conscious human beings come back to the essential nature of what it means to be alive.
This is such a wonderful thing for the mind to be able to relax and let go of the stresses and the anxieties that sometimes are created by our attachments and needs and desires and the many attachments to those needs and desires and the many worries and thoughts and feelings that we have about such as we relax and let go.
So very simple for the mind to enjoy just the wonderful aspects of life that we don't notice.
If it's difficult for you in this moment to notice the simplicity of what it means to be joyous and present and alive here in this moment,
Then do pay attention to the senses,
So the sense of breath as you breathe in and breathe out.
You make sure that the breath is a full breath,
Vibrant breath,
A connected breath,
Breath that is receptive to the many subtle qualities within the breath,
Breath where you relax any constrictions,
Any tightness in the body,
Relaxing the diaphragm,
Making sure the structure of the body is open so that the breath is full and complete.
Just being aware of the sense of smell allows you to explore the very many aspects not just of breathing but just of all the wonderful things that are connected to smell,
Memories and feelings and wonderful experiences that created,
That have created or are creating this level of consciousness where being present to the sensation of smell connects you to many levels of communication,
Many layers and levels of communication that become obvious as you bring back a state of presence to this sense of breathing,
This sense of smell.
And you may wish to do the same with the other senses and explore what it means to be present,
What it means to be present to all senses,
Not in an attached way or not in a forceful way but simply by being present to the many qualities,
The many levels,
The many layers of the aspect of sense allows the information that is being transmitted or the communication that is happening within the mind,
Within the brain to begin to change,
To a beginning of not just change beginning of an awareness that allows for subtle changes to happen that you may recognise as your awareness grows,
As the awareness becomes more grounded within the senses,
Becomes more obvious to you what these changes are all about,
What these subtle changes are communicating through the many layers of information that you now have access to,
Not just the mental conceptual aspect of information but the many other layers that become,
That reveal themselves to you,
That become more clear to you as you breathe in and breathe out and come back here to this wonderful state of presence.
Just being aware of everything,
Even the space around you,
Not just the senses but the space that perhaps the subtle senses are connected to,
Perhaps there is a communication within the space that you become aware of,
So not just of yourself awareness extends beyond the self but awareness that fills the space of consciousness,
So we're basically allowing meditation to bring awareness and consciousness into a state of deep,
Deep connection,
Deep,
Deep internet connection,
Whereby we are not separating ourselves into fragments but coming back to a state of oneness,
State of connection,
State where deep communication due to this profound connection happens naturally.
Deep breath,
Let go.
Deep breath,
Let go.
Whatever thoughts come up to the surface,
Whatever feelings come up to the surface,
Simply let go into this new state of consciousness,
Embrace consciousness from within this intimate connection,
Intimate realization that consciousness and awareness function as one.
There is no need to be caught in or within the thoughts,
There is no need to be caught or within those emotional realms,
You can simply allow the communication to happen from this new space of consciousness,
Awareness,
Embrace reality from within this communication of love,

Letting go of the bits and pieces that create a state of separation or anxiety or stress within,

This state of oneness,

That which is beyond even the physical reality that you're comfortable with,
That which is beyond all that the mind knows,
That which is beyond this dualistic perspective of the world,
That essential quality within you recognizes itself as awareness and consciousness come back into a deep and profound connection,
Connection whereby every breath,
Every movement within thinking body,
Within the feeling body,
Within the nervous system body,
Within the physical body,
Within all the bodies of manifestation,
Every breath,
Every move is a quantum leap back home to recognition.
