You you you you Just making sure that the space around you is quiet and still.
Are there any distractions like technologies or gadgets that may distract you from your meditation,
From your spiritual practice just making sure these things are turned off.
It's wonderful to understand that the mind is so very complex.
The other day in meditation I was just observing the mind just out of curiosity to see how the mind works and when you have a sense of detachment from the workings of the mind becomes very interesting to observe the mind,
It becomes almost like a game because then the mind functions a little bit separately from the awareness that is happening in the background.
Very often when we sit in meditation the awareness is attached to the thoughts that we are having.
So our thoughts highlight to us oh,
It feels like this or this thought means that we begin to think about something that is similar to whatever it is that we are thinking prior to that prior to the experience that we have a moment after.
So if we are thinking about happy thoughts then usually we remember happy experiences and so the mind is very much in control of our experience and it is very interesting if we are detached from an experience,
If we sit in meditation and just become so very receptive to the very complex aspect of our experience that the mind isn't the only information that we are attached to.
We listen or we become we are more present to other channels of information than the mind.
And I was sitting there observing the mind and how it functions and how the thoughts that happen in the background which are very useful and we need the thoughts it is not that we need to stop thinking but it is just very interesting to observe how those thoughts lead to the energy that we are focused upon lead to certain experiences so that the experiences are energized by the energy that we are putting into our thoughts.
So if we are I was sitting actually on a bus it was very interesting to sit on the bus and meditate and then I was looking at opened my eyes and was looking around me just to try to remember a thought that was very important and I saw something that I had never really observed before and that was a sign that has always been there and I have gone past this sign many times and I wondered was I aware of this sign before or did I become aware of the sign that I could see right now on the bus when I was on the bus I could see right there and then I could see this sign and was that sign appearing in that moment because my energy was caught in that thought of remembrance of something that related to the experience of that of observing that sign that was actually speaking about something that I was thinking about.
So I was wondering in that moment if all our experiences are determined by our thoughts because our thoughts if that's the information channel that we are most attached to or if that's the only information channel that we are aware of do those thoughts then create a structure which defines our reality and so that which we observe around us then is defined by those thoughts.
It was very interesting.
It was a sort of experience that one can't explain but revealed a lot about how things function not only in everyday life but also in meditation and how important it is to open up to other channels so to be aware of where thoughts come from and how they're energized by which thoughts they become energized and by which focus or the energy focus that you have in that moment by how these are how these experiences are energized by such aspects but also how interesting it is to be aware of other channels that are happening in that moment.
So it's very difficult to explain but I think if you sit in meditation you will experience for yourself that there are many interesting channels of communication that are happening and most of those channels are invisible to our awareness or invisible to our experience simply because our minds are controlling the experience to such an extent that there doesn't seem to be any other experience and that was an interesting experience sitting on the bus and just noticing that sometimes there is much more around and we're aware of much more than the mind allows us to see in that moment.
So as you breathe in and breathe out allow yourself the experience of just observing the mind from a detached perspective.
Just as you observe the thoughts and the flow of thoughts bring awareness to the mind awareness to more than just the energy that is happening in the mind.
Be aware of the background the canvas that is the background of your mind.
So the space,
The structure that is the background of your mind.
It's very subtle.
If you try too hard if you try to understand the experience of awareness from just the mind thinking too hard or focusing too hard on trying to understand this background space then the mind is trying to understand the background space then the mind is activated and we have the thoughts creating the structure by which we see reality.
Just observe in stillness,
In quietness just observe how awareness creates a background of energy that is much more than just the mental concepts or the language of this part of the brain,
The left hemisphere which creates a logic or a flow of logic that is interesting but there is much more than just that.
The canvas or the background is the totality of awareness that is made possible when we detach ourselves from being caught by this thought or that thought.
And it's very interesting when you do this just notice how your body and how the emotional body and the nervous system and the different senses that you have even the intuitive senses that you have just notice how they communicate to you not just through the mind but how they communicate to you on a level that is there and can be recognised when the mind just becomes more still.
So the body has its own system of communication the emotional body has its own its own system of communication the nervous system within the body has its own system of communication just notice as you let go of the thoughts as you let go of how the mind usually attaches itself to the thread of thinking that is happening in the background just notice how this flow of information creates an energy within the space within the canvas that allows you to see things or to reflect upon things that are totally different from the mind.
It's an interesting experience when you let go of the thoughts you relax enough so that there isn't so much energy that's being put into thinking and you open up to the space that is around the thoughts that is beyond the thoughts that's within this space which allows for this wonderful incarnation yourself this wonderful incarnation that is you to manifest and explore manifestation in different ways and even though it's very difficult because we're so attached to the flow of thoughts and the way that we're thinking and what we're thinking about and how we think about this or how we feel about that just notice the space that's creating communication within itself perhaps it helps to just allow yourself to imagine this space and this space is beyond just the space that's around you here in the physical sense you can imagine this space in its infinite beauty beyond yourself so this space is everywhere and your awareness can be everywhere all at the same time and you can imagine the space of communication happening beyond this physical realm that is yourself and you can expand into the space around you and if this is difficult to do you can imagine yourself doing this just like when I was sitting on the bus and all of a sudden I could see things around me that are always communicating and I could see things around me always communicating always there because in that moment I was able to step outside of the normal mundane flow of sense information that happens and so very easy to see things from a very different perspective and to see new things so imagination can help you to connect to this level of awareness where you go beyond the self beyond the senses that are attached to the self the level of communication deepens and becomes more profound very interesting to do this because it becomes a game,
A playful interesting game that you are able to enjoy so there is no pushing or trying to force yourself to become more aware the enjoyment of being aware of the space that is beyond the self perhaps the space that's in the room that you're meditating in or perhaps the space that is around the house that you are sitting in or around the office that you are sitting in just the space can extend that space of awareness beyond yourself into infinity perhaps beyond this physical realm of the earth just around the earth you can sense through this canvas of information that is being created through the various aspects of your manifestation this canvas becomes colored by or a structure appears upon the canvas whereby the energy of communication that's happening around you becomes more obvious because your awareness moves beyond the self to this expansive space that is all around you it's very subtle but very powerful the experience is very subtle when you relax from being very connected to the thoughts of your mind and the universal thoughts of healing and inspirational communication that is happening beyond just the mundane thoughts begin to touch your heart in a way that is very gentle and very soft yet profound and meaningful as you breathe in and breathe out and let go of the mundane just notice how the space around you in its beautiful stillness contains a wisdom or a vibration of wisdom that connects you to the vibration of wisdom that is in all aspects of life so beyond yourself life is in communication,
The trees the plants the space the clouds the planets everything is in communication and there is a level of communication that we are not usually aware of that is happening right now as we utilize our imagination to extend beyond the self or as we naturally expand to a level of awareness that's more profound,
More deep more connected to all life and this wonderful communication allows you to see things about yourself that create a movement within consciousness that is an evolution that is a quantum leap into a profound state of awareness that is so much more conscious than just being aware of your thoughts just being aware of what you are thinking in this moment and it is possible today as we transform ourselves to such to such an extent as transformation happens so very deeply to allow a flow of information that is in the past was too powerful,
Too too intense too too expansive to fit into the information of the brain now you are able to do this through a level of consciousness that is evolving for all humanity this evolution of consciousness is not just based on yourself it's based on all human beings being able to step outside of the little aspect of themselves,
What I call the little self the tiny little self that is preoccupied with one's own needs and one owns one's desires or one's likes likes and dislikes and expand into a space that is more selfless or it's a bigger space than just the self that we normally relate to,
It's the space of love it's a space of compassion that becomes obvious as we connect to the vibration of communication that's happening beyond the ego and the mind and we allow the canvas of life to portray its beauty to us in many wonderful ways so it's almost as if we now can begin to see things or experience things that have always been there but now we recognize that they are right they are communicating to us reaching out so there is no need for us to reach out and force ourselves to become more free of the ego the ego naturally relaxes into a space of awareness so the ego becomes an aspect of yourself that helps you in your mind,
In your creative mind to transcend beyond just basic needs that humanity has very much focused upon for so many many thousands millions of years so you become aware of this space during today a very auspicious day in all things that you are doing whatever you are doing,
Whether you are sitting on a bus or preparing a meal sitting in meditation working on a computer or just doing the little practical things that need to be done everyday practical things that need your attention give yourself the space to observe beyond the very basic needs and desires of that moment give yourself the space to observe what is happening observe what is happening beyond your thoughts so be more connected to your body be more connected to your breath be more connected to the energy that's around you your sense of touch,
Your sense of hearing your sense of taste,
Your sense of smell can be can create a bridge which allows you to explore the subtle channels of information that come through to you and create a new picture within your experience that allows you to see things from a new perspective.
Sometimes this simply means understanding that you are here your feet on the ground touching the ground,
That your body is here and that you recognize your body and that you are in touch with the communication that is happening in your body not just your mind,
In your body so you are in touch with the energy that is flowing through your body and that allows you to move deeper and be more in touch with the communication that is happening within the organs of your body,
Within the cells of your body this allows you to move deeper and to be in touch with the earth and the communication that is happening between your body and the earth and this allows you to move deeper and you can creatively begin to connect to all aspects of life just create a sense of oneness that allows for bliss to recognize that you are more than just the thoughts that are creating stress or anxiety in this moment that there is a level of experience that is miraculous that is happening right now in this moment that the mind cannot recognize if it is busy with itself but as you step outside of the flow of thinking you can still be aware of the thoughts but at the same time your awareness now can extend to the space,
The canvas that allows for deeper and more profound communication to be part of your experience in this moment breathing in deeply letting go of the mundane as you let go of the mundane coming back to the profoundness of being present to your complete being in this moment to your body to your breath to the energy around your body to the space around you to the space that is infinite all around connecting so that your experience is expansive rather than contractive,
Your experience of manifestation expands into the beauty and the space that creates all life deep breath as you connect to this vibration in your practice today in your meditation practice today and also in your everyday life remember the vibration of the mantra the vibration of the mantra,
Who?
Every time you get too caught in a thought or too caught in a feeling or too caught in a little in the little perspective of life,

Beautiful meditation. Exactly what I needed today because I was asking the Universal I Am to help me "see" the signs around me that display infinite abundance, love, peace and joy, not just with these physical eyes of finite ability, but with the infinite capacity of my heart & soul! ššā¤ļøšššš Thank you Tony!
