You you you Deep breath taking a moment to scan your body making sure that your body is comfortable and relaxed Feet to the ground Creating this sense of foundation Wonderful foundation that supports the energy communication within the cells of your body within the organs of your body but also the energy communication that moves through your nervous system through the spine the communication to the subtle aspects of manifestation around you Deep breath Imagine you're sitting in a beautiful place This beauty can be an aspect of nature that helps you to relax,

Feel nurtured or it can be a beautiful place,

A temple or sacred space With clarity and focus make sure that you understand this is a beautiful and sacred place Sacredness was very much an aspect of mystical tradition and was symbolized by drawing a circle So you can imagine this temple to be a beautiful circle,

A circle of light You can imagine you're drawing a circle around your body and know that you are nurtured and supported deep within this beautiful foundation that you're creating This foundation invites your awareness back to a heartfelt state of presence To just understand what this means sometimes it's helpful to place the palms of your hands upon this heart area just a state of gratitude opening up knowing that you're supported on every level physical,

Emotional,

Mental,

Energetic,

Every level you're being supported Once you are at the center of this beautiful circle then you're expanding the space around you Through vibration and frequency this can be done in many different ways but a beautiful easy way to practice the transformation of old frequencies into an alignment that connects you to this nurtured state of being,

This beautiful temple,

This beautiful place in nature,

This beautiful circle that you have created as a sacred expression of your heart as you allow process to deepen,

You visualize this and breathe through your heart Deep breath and heartfelt breath and know that you are being supported,

Gifted with a beautiful sense of lightness and you can create this sense of lightness through sound very powerful way to transform frequencies you can visualize sense your heart connecting to your breath and the beautiful sound of Shen moving through you you're humming you're repeating this sacred sound deep within Shen There is sacred power in the frequency that you're creating in the sound Shen Fill the circle your holy space with this power that is love in essence Shen No separation just the unity of being through the sacredness of sound Shen You're creating a temple that is the frequency of love that empowers you with the frequency of love that helps the mind to remember that you are part of the flow this beautiful flow so as you create this intention as you create this space trust your heart your heart is guiding you even if the mind the inner saboteur within the mind still likes to create a little bit of noise here and there keep coming back to the breath and the frequency of sound that you're creating deep within there is another mantra this is very much the mantra that helps many to connect to this heartfelt sacred space that you are connected to now very often it's known as a prayer an intentional meditation full of movement the movement of breath the movement of this beautiful deep and profound awareness that brings us back to the center of the circle I am Inanna I am unconditional love Inanna Rachma Inanna Rachma You can move with the breath the breath is movement in itself the beautiful element here that connects us to the heavenly dimensions in profound and most meaningful way love is the material manifestation of this connection unconditional love is the deep spiritual love that we can bring back into our lives as we sit in deep meditation we can move with the breath so on one side moving the body say to the right Inanna then Inanna moving your body in whichever way feels good isn't a specific good way it's your body feeling good opening up to this unconditional love through the movement through the breath allows for the flow to empower your whole being to empower your meditation your meditation moving deeper to a state of sacredness to repeat this heartfelt prayer you are connecting to the heart of consciousness in all and everything deep breath Inanna I am Inanna I am we are in essence sacred affirming I am you're affirming sometimes the invisible qualities deep within that take time to manifest as the attributes of love that we recognize here on this earthly dimension the feeling of love the experience of love but love is the power that helps us to open up to the I am I am more than the mundane I'm more than those silly thoughts that are there in the background those belief systems whatever they are I am feel lost and repeating Inanna I am I am unconditional love deep breath let us continue in stillness you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you deep breath as you breathe in and breathe out allow your body to relax be nurtured by the spiritual energy you create through your focus through your practice through opening up the gift of love and stillness and inner peace in your practice may wish to continue in deep stillness for a few more moments then when ready gently coming back taking a moment to write in your journal it was good to give yourself some time at least a few minutes as you come back taking time to connect to your environment looking around preparing slowly for the rest of your day which is of course a type of spiritual practice is life practice when you bring this attitude from deep within your meditation of being centered inviting the sacred into your practice then everything changes sometimes few steps are required sometimes the changes are invisible to the mind but everything changes transformation is what we're moving through thank you you you you you you you
