So we will begin now and rather than try to do anything just come back to this wonderful state of stillness.

When you are still you are open and receptive to the natural flow of energies that exists here on this beautiful planet that we share with everyone and exists everywhere within the universe,

Within the infinity of this space.

We haven't even begun to understand.

But when you sit in stillness you are a receptor,

You are an aspect of the universe that channels this energy through the physical body or through your energy body or through your mind or through your feelings in a way that is such a gift for every human being.

That potential of being open and receptive and channeling this wonderful healing energy through your body or through your mind or through your feelings or through your character or personality,

That creates such a great feeling deep inside.

It's a feeling that is sacred.

It's a feeling that we forget when we are caught up in the mundaneness of everyday type situations.

The sacredness of life,

The sacredness within this dimension of our existence helps us to remember something that for most people has been forgotten.

This is why mystics and poets like Rumi speak about the process of remembrance.

This process of remembrance happens when you begin to let go.

When you begin to let go of control,

When your ego begins to let go of needing to always be in charge,

Controlling whatever it is that the mind wants to control through thoughts,

Through feelings,

Through ideas,

Through perspectives,

Through habits,

Through whatever that the mind falls into when in a state of just busy,

Busy with the mundaneness,

Busy with the stress of living.

When we let that go and come back to stillness,

This sacred dimension that is deep within our hearts begins to become more obvious.

Remembrance is different.

Every human being is unique,

So every person remembers this sacred depth within themselves in a very different way.

Hence why communication is very important,

But stillness is even more important.

So whenever the mind is trying to make sense of the experience,

If you feel good,

If you're sitting in meditation now,

The next 15-20 minutes we will be still,

If sitting in meditation now sort of brings up thoughts and brings up ideas and brings up all sorts of things,

Remember that's the purification.

Purification means letting it go,

Not holding on to your thoughts or your feelings.

So you acknowledge that is part of the process,

That is the purification.

But in the end,

It's about letting that go.

So the cleanse,

The purification,

This space that you're creating within yourself,

Within the stillness that you find yourself enjoying,

That you find yourself exploring,

That you find yourself celebrating,

It's not something to control or hold on to.

It's an expansive space that connects you or aligns you to the infinity that is everywhere,

Infinity in space,

Infinity and abundance that is in space.

And when you receive this or channel this through you,

Then every aspect of your being,

Whether it be the cells in your physical body,

The emotions within your emotional body or the thoughts within your mind begin to transform as you transcend to this sacred space of remembrance.

And it's such a beautiful experience.

It's a wonder why we don't nurture or cultivate this possibility within us,

This potential within us,

More than we cultivate,

Say,

The energy that we put into our thinking or the energy that we put into our stressful thinking or the energy that we put into our negative feelings.

There is so very little that is required to create the stillness within,

But we forget.

And in ignorance and forgetfulness,

The mind sort of prioritizes the stress,

The anxiety,

The busyness of the mundane world.

And we forget.

And once forgotten,

It's just another dimension of existence that we don't really believe to be real.

The practice of sitting still,

The practice of coming back to this stillness deep within your heart,

The practice in itself is the remembrance.

So without further ado,

Let go,

Sit or lie down,

Find a comfortable position to completely let go of those thoughts and those feelings and those stresses and those anxieties that so many of us in the modern world get caught up within.

Let that go.

Just relax into stillness.

I will be still also connecting to you,

Energetically connecting to you.

And as we create this stillness,

Not just for ourselves,

Not just for our minds or our feelings,

But as we collectively create this stillness,

Notice the expansion,

Notice the transcendence,

Notice how you are open and receptive to the sacred light within.

Deep breath.

As you breathe in,

Deep breath,

Relaxing as you breathe out,

Relaxing,

Coming back to stillness.

Then end in peace.

Thank you Tony. This was desperately needed today. It helped me to release a lot of tears built up over many months. The quietness really helped me to achieve that and knowing you were doing this helped to connect and allowed my release. I will do this again and again. I believe it is a good way of healing for me. Thank you once again and hoping you are safe and well. ✨✨✨

Thanks, Tony for the reminder. Your intro was warm and heartfelt. When I closed my eyes it was dark and now the sky has lightened. A wonderful way to begin my day. Many thanks.
