Deep breath,

Taking a moment to come back to the awareness of your body.

How are you sitting or lying down?

Are you comfortable?

Are you supporting a comfortable position so that you breathe deep into the abdomen?

All these questions are gentle questions to help you come back to a state of equilibrium,

To find your center rather than to be caught by the external noise that the mind so very often is distracted by.

As you breathe in and breathe out,

Be gentle,

Be open and receptive to kindness and love towards yourself but also towards all parts of your being.

So incredible the miracle of life when we look at how we are connected to everything,

Not just our thoughts but also our bodies,

The microbiome,

The structure within our bodies,

Connecting and communicating cells,

The neurons,

The microbes that live within us,

Communicating and coming back to a state of equilibrium.

That's the natural flow that you connect to when you let go of tension,

Let go of stress,

Let go of those goal-orientated needs and wants that pull you towards something but away from your center.

Coming back to your center is a conscious practice.

Consciously invite the attributes of healing and well-being,

Calmness into your practice,

Into your meditation,

Into your connection to your body.

As you breathe in,

Deep breath,

Open and receptive.

As you breathe out,

Let go of any tension that you may be aware of.

Take a moment to connect to the natural state of balance within.

Deep breath,

Bringing the awareness to the point within that feels supportive,

Feels calm,

Feels relaxed.

This point is not located in the physical dimension but is within your essence.

As you move inwards,

You're coming back to that which is permanent and real rather than that which is impermanent and the reflection of mind patterns or mind programs or constellations.

Moving within can be visualized as coming back to your center near the solar plexus but then as you go deeper into the space that I call the universe,

The cosmos,

Moving within and connecting to attributes that are the essence.

The attribute of creativity means that you're open and receptive to expansion.

So consciousness expands when you let go of those patterns,

Those systems that the mind is attached to.

If there is resistance,

If you get distracted,

If your mind wanders and gets caught in a thought or a feeling,

Then know that that resistance is built upon foundation that very often encompasses fears and I call them the fears called the shadows that hide within certain value systems that may have been inherited or may have been pulled into your persona and those value systems are very often within the subconscious and you don't need to hold on to those patterns.

They create imbalance as they surface up to a level of consciousness where you recognize them,

Then you recognize maybe your fear.

Now it's important to observe and allow for that process of expansion,

Transformation to continue.

So if fear comes up or a fear or a fear-based thought or a feeling distracts you,

Then don't attach,

Try to change anything.

Just know that you're moving inwards and coming back to the foundation that is your essence.

So one of the attributes of such a foundation is not struggling but going with the flow.

Same with your breath.

You're not breathing,

You're not pulling your breath into your body,

You're unlearning,

Letting go of the tension that is there so that the breath is natural.

This is essential when it comes to letting go of tension,

It's essential to just allow the breath to flow.

The cosmos breathes in the breath of life,

Your body is a part of the ecosystem that is the cosmos and knows how to breathe.

The same with the mind that is distracted.

Fears are a natural part of the process of transformation,

Deep with deep within your essential quality knows how to let them go.

So you don't need to force or tense up about whatever is coming up to the surface and engaging your mind or your emotions or your energy in a sort of tiring cycle of attachment to pain or to suffering or to just not feeling good.

You can let that go by doing nothing,

By just unlearning,

Letting go of that space within you that's holding on to that energy,

That's holding on to those thoughts or feelings.

Deep breath.

Remember whenever you face resistance,

That resistance is built upon a foundation that is connecting to your shadows.

So don't hide within such,

Don't hide your thoughts or feelings within such,

Just allow them to surface and then to disintegrate into the space of nothingness.

So a pattern just disappears because actually when you let things go,

Then you're supported in the flow.

That step is impressive.

Once you take that step,

You're saying to your subconscious,

There is a structure of light that expands into the darkness or the shadows that the mind is attached to and allows you to see that this is just a powerful process of transformation.

It is not the end result.

For each of us,

This experience will be different,

But in the end,

Hope and freedom are a part of what you come back to and I call this potential.

You connect to your potential rather than your fears.

It's very important to remember this if the mind is distracted.

Watch,

Observe and allow the universe,

The cosmos to transform your fears and make obvious your potential.

Deep breath as you breathe in,

Open and receptive as you breathe out,

Letting go,

Extending the out breath,

Letting go.

You may wish to repeat the mantra Shem on the out breath,

Shem.

As you repeat the sound,

May be good to create a sound that is audible in the beginning as you repeat the sound.

Know that certain frequencies are connecting to your potential and so there is an open expansive space that you're breathing out into.

You're letting go,

I don't need to hold on,

I can let go.

The mantra creates a beautiful flow that you can repeat many,

Many times in a non-audible way.

So what you are creating is a field of resonance that transforms the old structures.

The cosmos is your potential that you're connecting to.

The ego mind is what you're letting go of.

Deep breath as we continue the practice in stillness.

Take time to just reconnect to the flow of your breath.

Notice how it anchors your body in the chair or in the mat that you're sitting on or lying on.

Notice the stillness or the awareness that helps you to come back to stillness or the essence,

Your centre.

Notice how the mind begins to be more active as you come back to the awareness of your body,

The awareness of your environment.

Maybe the senses more in tune,

Able to pick up the information around you more clearly.

Notice the warmth in your body,

The energy flow through your body,

Every little cell more resilient,

Empowered by your connection to the cosmos,

Stretching in case you don't feel every little cell stretching with you,

Opening up to a wonderful day and experiences within your day that then become a conscious life practice rather than just a day that passes you by,

Stretching the toes,

Stretching the body.

When ready,

Gently opening the eyes,

Taking time maybe to write in your journal,

Drink,

Hydrate your body with the intention clear,

If forgotten,

Coming back to that intention so it's clear,

You were supported in your journey,

This is your life practice.

Every little situation that speaks to you,

To your mind or to your feelings is a learning,

Reminding yourself of this intention means that your day is meaningful and allows for this wonderful process of transformation to be full of joy and full of happiness.

Thank you and enjoy the rest of your day.
