You you you As you prepare for the transmission just spending a few moments relaxing the body,

Relaxing the energy of your breath so that as you breathe,

Not only are you breathing more deeply into your abdomen but you're also breathing in a much more conscious way there is no need to struggle,

There is no need to worry,

There is no need to stress as you consciously bring the breath down deeper into the body so you can sense your feet connected to the ground,

So that you can sense the energy grounding your whole body into a state of deep,

Deep relaxation and connection through the healing that is within the earth but also around you,

In the space around you as you breathe in and breathe out,

Consciously connecting to the flow of breath as it helps you to relax as it helps you to connect,

As it helps you as the flow of breathing helps you to just be in touch with this sense of wellbeing that is all one has to do in meditation,

Just to come back to the natural state of equilibrium there is no need to struggle,

All you have to do is just connect to that part of yourself that helps you to be more conscious as you connect to the breath,

This becomes the way of coming back to this moment,

Coming back to the here and now as you breathe in,

Just make sure that you are breathing deep down into your body,

Connecting to the abdomen as you breathe in and breathe out,

You are breathing in using the core muscles in your body,

The abdominal muscles in your body deep breath,

Extend the out breath and relax into this moment continue to do this,

Relaxing into this moment,

Deep full out breath extending the duration of the out breath and connecting to the present moment,

Deep breath and now you are breathing deep into the body,

You are breathing deep into the body,
