Do Hello,
I hope you can hear me.
We continue today with the daily satsang,
The daily transmission.
Just making sure that the space around you is still and quiet and that you are able to relax without being disturbed,
Making sure that any gadgets,
Technological gadgets turned off so that they don't disturb you,
Your mobile phone or any other such thing.
And just making sure that you're ready for the transmission.
The transmission is energetic in nature.
This means that beyond the words there is an energetic transmission happening.
And sometimes it's very difficult to comprehend or allow for the information within this energetic transmission to touch one's awareness or one's understanding of what this experience truly means.
If our attention or our focus is very much caught by certain thoughts or a flow of thinking,
Then the energy that is more subtle,
That is more difficult to touch in a concrete sort of way,
Doesn't communicate on such a profound level as to make sense in the moment of experience,
To make sense and make sense in such a way that we understand the energy of communication within the transmission.
So it's always important to make sure that there is stillness around.
If there are too many things going on inside of you or around you,
Then the transmission doesn't touch this heartfelt space of awareness that then allows for a flow of communication that is part of the transmission.
We have so many thoughts.
Everyone,
Everyone has thoughts.
It's part of how the mind functions,
How the brain is structured to function in such a way that thinking happens.
Even in your sleep thinking happens,
Even when in deep meditation there is a level of thinking that still happens in the background.
So it's important that we not fight our own thoughts,
Not struggle with our own thoughts,
Not try to negate them or try to make them flow in a better way or in a certain way that we believe is better.
It's important to make sure that we understand that such an experience is universal.
Thinking is just part of what it means to be a human being manifested here in this dimension of existence.
If we understand this and truly just relax about our thoughts and relax in such a way that our attention isn't limited by that flow of thinking,
Then there is a subtle space in the relaxation process,
In the experience of letting go that allows for the mind to understand itself,
Allows for the thought to reflect upon that thought and see what it means,
See the communication behind what that thought means.
So if for example you are sitting in meditation or just relaxing somewhere or doing something and there is a thought in the background that is happening but you're not really paying much attention to it,
Then all of a sudden because you are relaxing and there aren't distractions that thought becomes obvious or you connect to that thought and that thought say is a thought that creates a negative flow within your mind because the thought is focused on a limitation,
Say I'm not good enough or I don't feel good enough or I just don't know if I'm good enough,
I don't see that I'm good enough,
I don't see the tangible aspects of being worthy or feeling good enough.
So you capture that flow in your meditation.
Already you have quantum leaped beyond what every,
Most people,
Almost everyone here on this earth,
Is able to connect to.
You've quantum leaped into a space where you're conscious of your thinking and the process that's behind your thinking.
So that quantum leap into a state of consciousness or more conscious awareness already means that you are in alignment to the energy transmission that is happening because that is the first step and the most important step that you can take when listening to the energy transmission that's happening beyond that thought and that is to recognize the thought for what it is.
The problem,
Once we take that quantum leap,
The problem,
It's not really a problem but it usually is a problem because we don't go beyond the recognition of that thought energy,
The energy behind that thought or the energy bubble that's within that thought.
We don't go beyond,
We just stay with that and because we stay attached to that feeling or that thought,
Then another thought comes up which is equal in its limitation to that thought that you're focused upon or that you're aware of.
So that quantum leap is only just part of the step that you need to take.
If you don't take the next step then actually the step that,
That quantum leap that happens is a quantum leap in reverse.
This is why meditation can be so challenging for some or even working within this energy bubble of transmission can be challenging because many are able to take the step to recognize what is going on but not many allow for that recognition to become conscious or a heartfelt state of compassionate action meaning that from there,
From recognizing what that thought is,
Okay I don't feel that I'm good enough,
I don't feel that what I'm doing is special or I don't feel or see or understand how I can be special enough because I've always thought that I'm not special.
From that state of consciousness when you recognize the thought for what it is,
What is your next step?
This is where meditation can be very profound or it can be very challenging in the sense that if you don't ask yourself that question then the reactive process of just going with the flow of that which you're focused on which is usually for most human beings a negative creates the next thought,
Creates the next experience,
Creates the next manifestation within the energy space that you are expanding into the energy space of thought,
Feeling,
Body,
Language,
Nervous system,
Communicating to the space,
Ah I don't feel I'm good enough,
I don't think I'm good enough,
I don't in my body I don't sense I'm good enough,
There is no celebration of the next moment despite a level of consciousness being reached which is in itself a quantum leap into a state of consciousness that's much more useful than being ignorant of your thoughts.
So many people when they take that step into a state of consciousness where recognition happens or the remembering of what that thought means happens will then just feel or experience in their thoughts a consequence of the negativity rather than asking themselves what is my next step here,
Who am I in this situation,
Am I really that which I'm thinking,
Am I really that which I'm feeling,
Am I really that which my body is experiencing,
Or is there a profound wisdom within this communication of self-recognition,
Of recognition,
Of whatever the thought might maybe or whatever the feeling may be that can take me to the next level of consciousness.
So if you don't ask yourself this means you're simply reacting to the situation and most people do this even in meditation even people have practiced meditation for years the reactive process to recognizing a thought is what carries momentum within the experience rather than the question of what is truly going on in this moment.
That space where you can ask yourself what is truly going on in this moment is a space where there needs to be a little bit more than just an auto response to the situation there needs to be a little bit more of yourself put into the meditation than is normal in an auto response sort of situation where you just respond to the thought because the thought is there and there is no questioning about the thought or about where the thought came from or what the communication behind that thought what the meaning behind that thought might be there is no understanding there is just a reaction to that thought and it happens so quickly that we don't even recognize that that's what we're doing this is why when you stop and recognize that you are taking you're jumping there is a quantum leap happening and you begin to feel positive okay my level of consciousness now is expanding and I don't need to react or limit that expansion so that it falls back into the constriction that is most people's experience when caught in negative thinking or negative feeling I can actually question where does the expansion leave me what do I have limits is there a limit to the expansion am I limiting myself now because I'm afraid of the unknown I'm afraid of the space that is there as I recognize the negative thought say this thought of not feeling worthy am I afraid of what it means to go beyond that many people are and it's surprising because of that many people fall back into the reactive space many many people not just one or two or you or me or whoever but many people fall onto this thread of thinking that it's okay to react to one thought after another and not to address the meaning or the wisdom that is within consciousness as consciousness becomes aware of one of its manifestations which is thinking we're we just assume that it's okay to be reactive in auto mode because that's what everyone does that's what even the most interesting intelligent people do and so it becomes a reference to not just to you and me but becomes a cultural reference a social idea that it's okay to to continue one's practice in this way even spiritual practice because that what else do we do there is there is no courage to jump into the unknown where we take that step a little bit further and we question we begin to look at the experience and see what is valid within the experience of course if your focus is I'm not good enough for the negative within the thought and that is what is valid for you that's what's recreated in the way that the mind reacts to itself and it's your thoughts that are creating those reactions even though it may feel your body or your mind may imagine that those reactions are outside of yourself or beyond yourself beyond your control these thoughts are yours there there there is no one else thinking those thoughts so expansion happens frequently when we sit in meditation or when we create stillness or when we create sense of quietness and that expansion leads to consciousness but very often consciousness is then limited in such a powerful way as explained because we don't have the courage to ask is there a limit to my joy is there a limit to my happiness is there a limit to my bliss and if there is a limit is that limitation real or is it self created by an idea that might be so deep within myself so ingrained within the whole structure of my brain or my body or my personality that it's impossible for me to step outside in the normal circumstances step outside of such and see it for what it is but as we take a quantum leap and in the moment look at the thought and question it and there is a transformation that happens because that is the next level of the quantum leap that happens when you honor the meaning of the flow that is happening in your mind the thought flow or the conscious awareness flow as you honor the space where you allow that thought to not go to the space that is automatic for it to go to but rather to question is there a validity to go to that space do I need to think in this way do I need to actually imagine the world in this way as soon as you question the need to do this your your attachment to do this already consciousness already begins to expand in the moment to a space where you touch your potential the potential that's within your own thinking within the thought the creative energy that's within that thought is released in that moment because the potential even if you don't reach it in that moment has been seen for what it is and that recognition is called self-remembering you remember who you truly are rather than that which the mind imagines you to be because it is your imagination even if there is some truth and historical good reason behind the thought that you're not good enough for this lack of self-worth even if there is some truth that which you truly are is much more and allowing for that remembrance to happen is a conscious journey of meditation and requires stillness requires quietness not negating those interesting thoughts that come up to the surface but rather your attachment to such as you breathe in and breathe out and let go and just allow for the flow of creativity to happen without the limited perceptions of the mind interfering with that flow just notice every time every time you take a quantum leap every time you jump into the unknown and explore the communication that's happening within yourself just remember there are no limitations except those that you set for yourself there are no constrictions except the ones that you embrace as your truth so as you touch your potential consciousness allows you to be free and celebrate that which is truly you now we continue with the who meditation you you you you you you
