Today I'll just like to guide you through a practical exercise.

It's a meditation,

Very deep meditation that involves visualization and also involves connecting to the energy flow within your body and the energy flow that is around you.

So it's a meditation that helps you to expand your state of consciousness and be in alignment to the energies that are around so that you channel those energies in a very positive way.

So when you're ready just closing your eyes and coming back to the breath,

Relaxing the body and just being aware of the soles of your feet connecting to the earth,

Being aware of your toes and perhaps just tensing the toes a little and then relaxing the toes so that there's a sensation of grounding and connecting to the earth as you do this.

You may notice the energy flowing,

Maybe your feet are a little bit warmer,

Maybe there is a tingling sensation that connects your feet to the ground.

Just be aware as your body connects to this state of expansion,

This energy expansion.

You can do this with the feet,

So just for a little second,

Tense the feet and then relax on the out-breath.

Just for a second that you do this,

Even less than a second you tense,

Then on the out-breath you relax and let go and notice how the energy is grounding itself so you're connecting to the earth.

It's very important to create this connection with Mother Nature,

With Earth,

With the earth energies as you move into a deeper state of consciousness.

As you expand consciousness it's important to be grounded.

So as you breathe in and breathe out,

Now notice your ankles.

Here we hold a lot of tension,

We want to go somewhere sometimes,

We want to move forward,

We want to connect,

We want to open up but we hold back.

This is where the tension very often accumulates,

That the ankles hold us back.

It's like,

No I'm not quite sure,

No I'm not ready,

No I'm too fearful,

No it's too painful.

So just tense this part of the body just for less than a second,

Then on the out-breath relaxing and notice that you can create a sense of energy expansion around the ankles.

You can do the same for the legs,

Especially the knees,

Tensing and then relaxing on the out-breath.

All the muscles,

All the cells within the muscles of the legs and the knees and your feet,

They communicate to one another,

The cells communicate to one another.

If there is a constriction in energy,

There is a constriction that prevents energy flow,

Then this communication becomes a state of mind,

Becomes a state of feeling,

State of being.

But as you tense and then relax and let go and ground the energy to the earth,

Ground the energy so that you're connected to the deeper communication within your body,

Then you become aware of the flow,

This state of expansion.

As you relax and let go,

It's almost as if you expand into the space that is free of the constriction,

That is free of the limitation that may be just part of the misunderstanding that the cells have communicated to one another.

As you let that go,

Then there is a flow.

Notice the same with hips,

Your hips and your buttocks.

Tense for a little second and then relax and let go.

On the out-breath,

Relaxing and let go.

You may need to do this a few times because in the hips we really hold back.

Our hearts want to open up and be creative and receptive and adventurous and explore the unknown.

But the hips,

This is where we hold the energy,

Especially the base energy back.

We constrict the hips,

There is a tension,

We don't breathe into the abdomen,

There is a tension that you can let go of as you constrict the hips,

The buttocks and then on the out-breath let go and relax.

Sense the state of expansion.

As you breathe out,

Let go and allow the flow to connect you to this state of expansion.

Deep breath,

Breathing in,

Breathing out.

As you continue moving up from the hips to the abdomen,

To the lower part of your body,

The lower part of your back and gently tensing.

And then as you breathe out,

Letting go and letting go of any tension,

Any sense of I need to hold back because of fear,

I need to hold back because of worry or stress or anxiety.

Just make sure that you connect to your body.

This constriction that you create in the body,

This tension that you create as you constrict for a second allows your body to remember.

As you breathe out and let go,

To remember how easy it is to just flow with the energy and connect with this state of expansion.

So you tense and relax,

The abdomen tensing and on the out-breath relaxing.

You can move to the upper part of the body here.

We tend to want to fight with the world.

We want to fight within ourselves.

We fight our negative thoughts.

We fight our emotional difficulties,

Emotional challenges.

This is where there is a survival aspect being held in the physical body.

So as you constrict the upper body,

The chest,

The shoulders,

The arms and then let go,

You notice,

Oh this is what letting go means.

I'm letting go into the flow.

You can constrict,

You just remind yourselves.

This is the way you're communicating and then as you breathe out and relax and let go of the constriction,

Your body remembers ah this is what it means to be in the flow.

This is what it means to relax.

You can do this as you move up to the higher parts of your body,

So the neck and the chest and here very gently tense.

Not the neck so much but more the muscles around the jaws and the muscles around the face,

Muscles around the eyes.

Just a little tension,

A soft gentle constriction for a split second and then as you relax and breathe out,

Letting go and making sure that the jaws are very relaxed here.

We hold a lot of tension,

Anger,

Irritation,

Frustration,

All sorts of tension that we hold on to without even realizing this is what we're doing which affects the physiology of the body but of course affects the way that the brain is functioning because as you constrict the cranium then you're also constricting the communication that happens on a cellular level but especially on a hormonal and biochemical level.

It's really important that you relax the face,

That you relax the cranium,

That you relax the upper part of the neck so that the blood flows through your body.

You feel grounded and connected to the energy around you,

The energy that is everywhere as you expand,

The energy within you,

Within your body but also the energy that you're connecting to as you align yourself to the energies of the earth being grounded,

The energies of the space around you.

This prepares you for the next aspect of the meditation so as you flow and connect in alignment with the earth energies and the energies of life that help you to be more vital and more vibrant then you can go deeper and connect to the universal energy.

So we are creating a sort of movement,

Dance,

Connection between what is here on this dimension of existence and that which is more invisible,

Higher realms,

Higher dimensions of existence.

The way we do this is by remembering that the eyes are the windows of the soul.

As you connect and just become aware of your eyes it is here that we also hold on to tension and the tension is that we constantly repeat pictures within our minds that then creates a whole momentum of communication.

So we see the world from a fearful perspective and we tend to then focus the energies within the nervous system of the eyes to connect to the problems,

The situations that affirm these tensions and these negativities and the world that we perceive is filtered through this tension.

So now this exercise,

This aspect of deeper meditation that I'll communicate to you will help you to release this.

You may not notice anything,

It won't be as obvious as constricting the body and letting go.

For most people it will be much,

The experience will be much more subtle.

But you are working with the nervous system so there is no feeling,

There is no direct communication to the nervous system except the sensations that you will feel later on today.

Be aware of this,

Be aware that today after having done these exercises and been initiated into this more esoteric mystical way of work that things may change around you,

Transformations may happen.

Just be aware of those transformations without getting too attached to them or putting too much thought into why those changes are happening.

What is important is to now open up and be in alignment with the energies,

The higher energies that are universal,

What I call the divine,

What I call the inner light,

What I call the universal light.

So as you breathe in and breathe out,

Connecting to the left eye,

So just moving your attention towards the left eye,

You can do this by actually looking more through your left eye even though your eyes are closed.

You're just sort of aware of the perceptions that the left eye connects to as you begin to communicate with intention and visualization to this part of your body.

You can imagine a triangle or if it helps you can create the outline of this triangle through the movement of your left eye,

So creating a shape of a triangle by moving up,

Down and then creating a base for this triangle.

Deep breath as you visualize or you connect to the movement of your eyes and create this triangle.

The triangle is the shape of the earth opening up to the heavenly wisdoms,

The light becoming more visible.

So you create as you can repeat within yourself the mantra and the energy of the mantra,

I am open,

I am receptive,

I embrace the light that comes my way.

And as you see this light just look deeper into the pyramid and just notice that the pyramid almost magnetizes this beautiful energy that is all around you,

The universal light that is in everything,

In every molecule,

Every living being,

Every aspect of the planetary constellations.

This beautiful light comes through to support this sense of expansion,

This flow that allows for healing,

That allows for transformation,

That allows you to let go the very core tension that sometimes builds up in the nervous system within the eyes.

You can do this a few times.

Then we are going to create other shapes before completing the meditation and the next shape is a square.

And again you can visualize the square or you can outline the square through the movement of your eye,

The left eye.

This prepares you for the next level of transformation.

You can do this a few times.

Deep breath,

Relaxing and then you can create the next shape which is a circle.

And again you can outline this through the movement of your left eye or you can just simply visualize,

Visualize a circle.

Deep breath as you do this,

Deep breath.

Now the completion of this meditation using your left eye is created by visualizing a pyramid that is upside down.

So the heavens and the energy of the heavens,

The energy of the universe gently moving from higher dimensions and helping you to transform this material level of manifestation to one of vibrancy,

To one of healing.

So it is embracing the light from within stillness.

You can imagine the left eye,

You can imagine this beautiful pyramid pointing down or you can create the shape.

So the base of the pyramid now is higher up and at the bottom is the point of the pyramid.

So you're creating this shape.

As you do this just sense that you are now magnetized in a way where you're open and receptive without effort,

Without even needing to think or create any intention or focus in any way.

You're just open and receptive to the energy that is helping to let go of the tension within the nervous system,

The tension within the body that often accumulates not just in this lifetime but throughout our history in an evolutionary sense,

You know.

So our ancestors going back many many generations.

So you've started working with the left part of the brain,

This left part of the brain and now we're going to work with the right side of the brain and you'll do this in the same way the right eye now focused on the pyramid as we did the first time.

The base of the pyramid is down,

The point is pointing upwards towards the heavens.

You can visualize the pyramid or you can just imagine yourself in this beautiful space,

The pyramid,

Or if easier just moving your eyes in the shape of a pyramid,

Up,

Down and creating the base.

Relax in deep breath as you let go,

Enjoy the movement.

Be open and receptive to the light.

You're saying yes,

I'm open and receptive to the energy that's coming my way,

The beautiful energy,

The light that's within the universe helping to create a luminosity within every cell so the communication within my body,

The communication within my brain and my mind is vibrant and full of harmony and full of healing,

Full of well-being.

Now you can continue creating the shape of a square.

You can either visualize or outline the movement through the movement of your eyes creating a square.

Deep breath and relaxing.

And now you can continue by creating the shape of a circle.

Again you can visualize this circle or you can outline it through the movement of your eyes.

This helps to prepare the meditation for the final aspect of this movement,

This exercise that allows you to be more open and receptive to the natural flow of light that is within you,

This beautiful natural flow of light that is all around you.

Deep breath as you let go and relax into the movement.

Now when you're ready creating the same triangle pyramid shape so that the base of the triangle is up towards the heavens and the point is pointing down towards the earth towards this dimension,

This linear dimension that we are connected to and communicate within.

It's almost as if we're allowing for the energy to move and transform all aspects of our lives and remember this is so very subtle so the transformation will only be obvious over the next few hours over the next few days so be open and receptive this is what you are saying as you create this movement as you visualize this movement or outline this movement with your right eye.

You're saying within the nervous system and the communication of the nervous system you and the hormonal communication you're saying I'm open and receptive to the beauty of light,

The inner light within,

The light within all life within the universe within the space that is around me I'm open and receptive and allow myself to come back to this space and this space here and now is the space of the heart.

Now that you've relaxed the body and connected all the communication that happens within your physical structure you've connected this to the more subtle realms that you are now aware of the transformation continues gently in stillness so you may wish to just be still for a few moments relaxing no need to visualize no need to do anything now just relaxing and letting go and allowing a stillness to guide you to be still to be present and to enjoy this beautiful state of well-being.
