We continue this morning satsang Strong day for many and always when There are many aspects that come to the surface that are strong either Internal aspects or external aspects that one needs to face It is important to strengthen the body and to make sure that there is a sense of balance not just in the way you feel or the way you think but also in the physical that sometimes is not always obvious to to the mind and to our senses it is important to strengthen the body not just whenever you are unwell or whenever there is a sense of imbalance or at least your awareness of this imbalance,
But to do this as a normal daily habit and and There are many many ways of doing this that you probably know of and that are very useful but the core of this work and the core of a lot of the ancient Traditions of mysticism and the ancient ways of awakening consciousness is to make sure that the breath is Is in flowing with this sense of balance with this sense of Equilibrium that happens when consciousness comes back to itself So it is important when starting the day When there are powerful powerful things around you to Come back to harmonizing the breath so that it is connected to this internal point within yourself Now this internal point isn't a concept.
It is not that you have to find a relaxed point inside of yourself or a Beautiful point inside of yourself or imagine something nice inside of yourself such is interesting to do but Not necessary in this work at this point.
What is important to do is to come back To that part of you that is conscious the real that is within consciousness the aspect of yourself that is Unknown to the mind and the way you can do this is simply to be aware of everything To be aware of the way you breathe to be aware of your body to be aware of the Constellations around you to be aware of those powerful aspects that are happening Not to focus or attach your concentration to them,
But just simply to be aware Then the flow of breath Naturally comes back to this expanded state of awareness It is not focused on this and it's not focused on that it is focused Right here in this moment focused Nothing,
But this moment As the expansion of awareness to all and everything requires that you come back to this moment If you're focused on fear you're connected to your past if you're focused on fear You may be connected to an experience that you think will happen in the future if you're focused on fear You're not here in this moment As you breathe in and breathe out be aware in this moment That the sense of consciousness that is birthed As you focus on all and everything without attachments without desires without needs without this without that Comes to a space where it is almost as if you're lifting a weight off your shoulders It is almost like the lungs can relax It's almost like the breath can go within itself and breathe again from that space of aliveness As you breathe you no longer breathe.
It is the awareness that is connected to everything everything breathes from that space of awareness expansion your breath Expands beyond this and that and becomes the breath of life As you breathe in and breathe out you honor life not as a concept Not as a desire not as a need not as another game that you're chasing But through the experience of breathing honoring the breath breathing Into the breath the celebration and joy that life deserves when you're here present to Everything as you breathe in and breathe out Allow this awareness To be the primary Activity that is happening inside of you around you no matter what is going on No matter what the constellations around you no matter what the pains and sufferings that you think or are around you No matter what joys What celebrations?
Simply Allow the breath to be present to everything without being caught by anything as you breathe in and breathe out Allow this expanded awareness To relax your breath Now what you are doing Is the most important Aspect of yoga and that is the beginning of what is known as pranayama The union that happens through breath The oneness that can be experienced simply by breathing in the natural way That is initiated into your body as you take the first breath As you breathe in and breathe out You are breathing in and breathing out the divine the divine breath Is the first breath it is the beginning of breath and as you come back to the awareness that that is The core of your body the breath of life As you become aware that life Is focused due to that breath Focused in a very clear beautiful way due to that breath of awareness that you take now into your body that you breathe into your body That you breathe into your lungs that you breathe into your organs that you breathe deeply That you breathe in celebration in union Or the breath that is the divine breath of life Be aware that the breath allows you the gate The path the beautiful direction that brings you home To the sense That is divine inside of you the breath opens the door for you to now experience That you are more than this or that you're more than what you think You're more than what you believe You're more than what your focus may be caught up by in this moment.
You're more You're much more It is the breath in its expanded state That now Guides you as you come back to the temple of life.
That is your body the beautiful temple that now Opens you up to the mystic realms To the subtle senses that are normally not present As we focus on this and that now that your focus is here in this moment this moment Is the temple and your body is here in this moment The vibration of your body relaxes so that it is here grounded in this moment Perhaps by breathing in this way you feel You're more grounded you feel you're more present you feel aware of the situations around you in a different way awareness Allows for a different perspective More open perspective to what is going on so that Our energy our focus is here And that is our focus.
So that our focus is not caught By the extremes of this and that we simply observe Watching things as they happen as they unfold and trusting That through the breath through the unfolding of this moment that this moment Is beautiful and perfect The breath is perfect even if the earth shakes Even if things Dramatic things happen around us The breath the temple that is your body Is focused In the midst of stillness in the midst of the space that I call the center of your heart As you breathe from this space Deeper and deeper As you breathe from this space the experience of knowledge The experience of wisdom The experience That happens as you open And open yourself more deeply The beautiful experience that unfolds as you breathe in and breathe out The experience of this moment Speaks in a language that you the depth of you begin to understand It is the language that is colored by the The The The The The The The The The The The
