Deep breath.

Make sure that your body is relaxed,

Sitting in a comfortable way.

Just take a moment to make sure that your spine supports the wonderful S-curve and shoulders back,

Sternum pointing outwards as you breathe in and breathe out.

Communicate to your body a sense of nurture.

I am present to you,

Body,

In the most open and receptive way.

Communicate to me,

Communicate to me the non-verbal wisdoms that will help this journey continue in harmony,

In a state of balance.

Continue in a way that helps me to grow,

Helps me to embrace and embody wisdom,

Helps me to see clearly.

Now when we repeat these affirmations in a conscious way and include the body and the breath in the process of communication,

Then the resistance and the many other aspects of resistance that we face at this moment cannot hold on to the fears and the shadows in the same way.

And it's difficult to comprehend intellectually or conceptually how the practice,

Especially consistent practice,

Gently transforms old values that we truly don't believe in anymore,

Old patterns that we truly don't need to be a part of our lives,

To a possibility.

And the conscious manifestation process is embodying this possibility on many levels.

So coming back to this beautiful moment just as it is and affirming the possibility that your dream is awakening to the process of transformation,

The process of manifestation that we are as human beings so lucky to be able to communicate to the world,

To ourselves and people around us.

That is what you're going deeper into,

Not the resistance.

And make sure that that is the case because very often the mind will,

Just due to its nature,

Will trick you into a habitual tendency,

A theme that may be holding you back.

I'm not good enough,

It's too difficult.

Whatever the theme might be,

Repeating itself internally within the subconscious in a way that you don't recognize but it's there,

Creating that background noise,

Holding you back in that same old way.

And the more things get chaotic and difficult,

Say within our thinking process or feeling process,

And this is of course how we relate to modern society,

It's a complex process,

Being a part of a social system that is so confused as it is now means that it's not so easy to let go of those things that hold us back.

But that potential is always there.

For some the process is quite a challenge but if we lose hope,

If we forget that transformation is a natural flow towards balance,

Towards a balanced state where you're able to see more clearly,

Understand more clearly,

Connect to reality in a more clear way,

That sense of hopelessness that holds us back and it's especially powerful perhaps in the world today,

Is no longer the resistance that we face and so we use that energy that usually ends up being used as we battle with our thoughts,

Our negative thoughts and negative feelings,

We use that energy that we are no longer expending on such,

We're no longer expending in the resistance to the truth within ourselves,

To recognize the big picture.

Now the big picture can be part of your imagination in the beginning,

So it's not the reality that you see around you,

So maybe you are caught in a constellation that's very painful and what you see around you is not the big picture,

It's just you're very much in touch with the constellation.

The big picture is possible to visualize and remember within your visualization as a potential,

So you can step outside of the constellation,

You can do anything when you're visualizing your dream,

It's the references of your visualization are not as rigid as the reality that we face in different constellations in life,

So you're free,

There is a sense of freedom when you visualize your potential in a tangible way,

This means stepping outside of the constellation,

You can imagine yourself moving to a place within yourself that's not attached to the resistance but rather is a dream,

Your dream,

What is your dream?

You can ask yourself that question and when you ask yourself that question,

What is my dream?

Then somehow you step outside of the constellation that we see as reality and on some level it is reality and you begin to step outside of the dimensions,

Say this material dimension that holds us back and recognize that time and space is a creative process and when you utilize your imagination to get in touch with that creative process,

It's more likely that you'll pick up on subtleties that help you to focus your energy there in that place that is your dream,

That is your passion,

That is your love,

That is your purpose.

Don't look for something concrete because the creative process is subtle,

Imagination is subtle just like dreams.

Dreams are energies.

When you look at dreams it's actually a flow,

A cycle and it's the same in meditation.

When you come back to that part of yourself that steps outside of the rigid material world,

Past,

Future,

That linear dimension that the mind is comfortable with and step outside of that and recognize the circle of life,

Then your imagination,

Your visualization becomes so very expanded in the way that it is perceiving reality that it's easy to step outside of your fears,

Of your negativities because we have that possibility just because we are a reflection of reality,

Not the dualistic perspective that our mind is attached to.

Deep within our essence we are a reflection of reality and reality is the cycle of life.

There is no beginning and no end.

There is no linear perspective.

This is good,

This is bad,

This is what then,

This is how I will resolve the situation.

It's manifestation happening.

Reality is manifestation happening and depending on our reference we can be very conscious of that manifestation process that's unfolding within our creative connection to the world,

To ourselves,

To people.

By dreaming the dream that no one dreams we normally react to situations.

So our actions,

Our thoughts,

Our feelings,

Our communications,

Our reactive processes,

Actually repetitions,

Old systems repeating themselves rather than the beginning of something new,

Totally unrelated to that which is holding us back.

Within neuroscience this is called the relaxed,

Calm part of your process when you feel safe and secure.

Abundance,

Love,

Nurture and that is of course a part of our experience but in life in this material dimension there is the opposite.

There is vital flight,

Stress,

Scarcity,

A lack of abundance.

Now that is part of life.

You cannot ignore it,

Negate it,

Pretend it away.

That's a part of you,

Hardwired in your biology but we are dreaming a new beginning.

So this means that we're moving from that linear dimension that we've evolved through to a new dimension within the space around us,

Reality,

And this new dimension is free of the dualism that the mind is attached to and much more a circle and the circle is constantly expanding to a place within ourselves where imagination is free.

We are able to see the big picture.

It's almost like putting things together,

A jigsaw puzzle and then seeing,

Ah,

That's the message.

Seeing what is behind our evolutionary process means coming back to our essence,

The very core of our being.

Now some people call this consciousness,

Some people call this the soul,

Essence,

The light within.

That is a reflection of everything that is around us.

So when we get in touch with that consciousness that is not really understood in the world by most people,

Just because we're so busy in the linear dimension of this is good,

This is bad,

This is whatever and this is whatever,

When we realize that we're not,

Those references are no longer holding us back,

Then the birth of a new beginning becomes very obvious.

Now,

For now,

That is an experience that most of us don't have,

But in a tangible way we can actually begin the process of dreaming.

Dreaming consciousness into manifestation,

Meaning bringing consciousness into this material dimension so that consciousness,

The new beginning,

Creates a new beginning.

Now,

To start with,

We can do this with our thinking process.

You have a choice.

Usually you have a choice.

Hopefully now you have a choice.

Do you move into that part of yourself that is fight-or-flight,

Stress,

Not really wanting to see the big picture but wanting to either fight or run away from the pain,

Or do you choose to calm and relax that part of your being that then can feel nurtured and safe enough to explore this new dimension of yourself?

Now,

Some people don't have that possibility and it's a work to get to that point where you can make that choice,

But right now you have that possibility in your meditational practice.

You can choose to relax your breath,

You can choose to relax your body,

You can choose to relax the energy within your nervous system in many beautiful and simple ways.

One amazing,

Powerful and simple way,

Free,

You don't have to do anything,

It's just so simple that you just need to put it into practice,

Is to breathe deeply into the abdomen and extend the out-breath.

Notice how the mind,

When you are totally in that breathing,

Conscious way of breathing,

The mind cannot think about anything else.

It's impossible.

The mind cannot think about the linear dimension of your experience,

Good,

Bad,

The stress,

This is really bad,

So I've got to run towards a part of reality that's good,

Wherever that is,

And then the mind makes up all these interesting illusions as to what is good,

More of this,

Less of this,

Whatever of this.

You can't even have those thoughts when you're breathing in this way and that is what's so wonderful.

When you repeat this a few times,

The nervous system,

The hormones in your body begin to support you to come back to a state of calmness,

Restful calmness,

And that is an incredible process.

It's simple,

But it's an incredible process because it changes everything.

When you are connected to consciousness,

You can manifest your reality in a very different way than when you are connected to the stress within yourself that then falls into that game that we all know about,

The ego-mind game that we all know about,

Where the process of reactivity is what's creating our reality.

On some level,

That's the energy,

That's the resonance that we move towards,

That's the resonance that our culture,

The world has been moving towards.

This is why if you look into history,

Look,

What have we been doing to each other?

What have we been doing to ourselves?

What have we been doing to nature,

Planet Earth?

It's all destructive because a reactive thinking process is destructive by nature.

You're going to fight or you're going to run away.

You're not running away because you're feeling good,

You're running away because you are in deep,

Deep fear of what the mind is telling you might be happening to you,

Whether it be real or just a thought,

Which of course means that it's not real.

We have thousands,

Millions of thoughts happening every second.

Which one is real?

Well,

That's the big picture,

To step outside and see what the theme of your thinking process is all about.

Meaning,

Is every thought that I'm thinking infused with fear,

Held back by resistance because of fear,

Or is it a creative process where the adventure of life is supported through calmness,

Which means the body is relaxed,

Which means that the nervous system is relaxed,

Which means that you're saving the energy that is usually used in a reactive process to manifest consciousness here in a tangible way.

And what would this mean in a practical down-to-earth experience?

Well,

When you begin to focus on an affirmation within yourself,

I am open and receptive to the many beautiful gifts coming my way.

Notice,

I haven't said one gift,

I'm not specifying the gifts,

I'm just knowing that they are coming into the space of conscious manifestation because the resonance that you're creating through this whole process,

Which is quite simple really when you know how to breathe,

We all know how to breathe in this way,

Once we're shown,

Breathe out through pursed lips,

Relax,

It's easy,

We know that we are supported to consciously manifest the resonance that we're tuning into around us.

Now rather than latch on to a thousand fearful thoughts,

We're creating a new thought and that new thought is I'm okay,

I'm safe.

Now maybe you don't believe it,

That's the resistance that we're working through to let go of and so you can do things that affirm but from a place within yourself where you believe in the powerful transformation that's happening,

Where you experience reality from a different perspective.

Remember,

Habits are difficult to let go of,

So don't judge yourself,

Don't judge your practice.

If it takes time,

Be patient and trust the process of transformation.

Your experience will be different,

There is no doubt about this.

The only doubt comes from your own thinking process,

From within that resistance and that is what you're letting go of.

Every time you lose faith,

Every time you lose,

Just trust in the process,

In yourself,

In people,

In situations around you.

Remind yourself,

Coming back to a perspective where love,

Because this is what it means to be in a relaxed state.

If you have a pet or a child,

It's very difficult for the child,

For the pet to be reactive if you are in a state of love and if they are reactive,

They will not be able to bring out of you,

They will not be able to bring out that reactive process out of you.

So it's almost like we are in a process of transformation,

Which means the old paradigm is no longer one that we get attached to.

So that's what you can consciously do,

Every little thing that holds you back and that you begin to realize as a theme in your life,

As a way of being,

As a way of emotional,

As a way that you emotionally communicate your being or mentally communicate your being conceptually communicate your being,

You can work with those parts of yourself and say,

That's no longer in alignment with my truth.

That thought is a thought,

Yes,

And I recognize that thought and I understand that thought,

But it's no longer relevant and that can be a very powerful experience if for example you're in a situation and you just look away from that which is pulling you towards a complex battle because of the resistance within a certain type of communication.

So say you know you are in a negative constellation,

What do you do?

Well,

You can do many things,

But the most important thing to do is to learn what is that resistance within me communicating,

What is it telling me,

So that rather than fall into it,

You're creating a new reference,

Which is the wisdom,

The understanding that is the opposite of what we usually fall into,

Which is misunderstanding.

Misunderstanding in Aramaic is translated as sin in English.

This is why we are creating,

As some people say,

We're creating a karmic bundle of attached energies that hold us back in that process,

That cycle,

Repetitive.

Now if you understand that is what is happening,

That's an awakened state where decisions can be made consciously and those decisions are,

I am open and receptive to the many gifts coming my way and when you say this many times in a clear and real way,

That's the new reference.

The old just disintegrate into nothingness because they have no foundation.

The foundation that we give reality is the one that we're engaged in and if your consciousness is engaged in a new beginning,

So you're open and receptive to the gifts coming your way,

That is not just powerful transformation,

But that is an experience where you begin to change the very core structure of your whole being,

Even your physical being,

Your body.

The DNA within begins to express itself in a different way.

Ah,

The world is safe,

The world is full of beauty,

The world is an adventure.

Now can you imagine having those thoughts,

Thousands of those thoughts in your mind,

Supporting your transformation?

Your experience will not be the same because the resistance will no longer be the noise holding you back.

Nothing can hold you back when you dream your potential into being.

Those old fears cannot hold you back.

Now only your experience can affirm this,

So trust yourself,

Bring yourself back home to that place where balance is luminous,

Shining bright so that you see through the shadows,

You understand and you begin to make certain decisions,

Conscious decisions that are not made intellectually,

But they're made through your experience,

Your presence and then notice how everything begins to change,

Not just for you.

This is the wonderful thing for everyone.

Your practice is not the little boat that crosses the river and you're trying to save yourself or get to the other side,

The other side symbolic of an awakened state or an enlightened state.

That little boat is actually a big boat,

Goes backwards and forwards and helps everyone,

The whole of humanity,

The whole of creation to come back to a state of balance because what we're doing then is recognizing the potential of our experience which is pure consciousness and for every little step that becomes more conscious there is a celebration in the universe that is almost like a light shining bright and we begin to see the luminous in our experience rather than just be attached to the fear created through the shadows that our experience very often falls into here on this earthly dimension.

Deep breath,

Let us take a moment to focus on the out-breath,

Releasing,

Letting go and as you breathe in,

Open and receptive to the many gifts coming your way.

As you sense them coming into the energy system of your body,

Bring the palms of your hands to the heart area,

As you breathe in in a heartfelt way,

Sense,

Be present to the gifts.

As you breathe out,

Let go of the old paradigms,

The reactive state of thinking that the mind attaches itself to.

Deep breath,

Let us continue in stillness.

Deep breath,

As you breathe in and breathe out,

Give yourself a moment to gently open your eyes,

Looking into the space around you,

Into the distance if possible.

If you're looking out through a window,

Just looking at the beautiful sun shining through the clouds,

Shining in a warm,

Beautiful,

Sunny way.

As you breathe in and breathe out,

Just giving yourself a moment to stretch your legs,

Looking at your body from this more relaxed and renewed perspective.

Deep breath,

Gently you come back,

Writing in your journal if you wish,

Drinking some water,

Hydrating and preparing for a wonderful day with an intention to be present and conscious in your manifestation of beauty,

Love and connection.
