What for?

Hello.

Now you can drop all that is there in the mind,

All that there is there in the emotions,

The body,

All that there is there out there,

And come back to here.

As you breathe in and breathe out here,

This beautiful moment in the present is very complex to understand.

And by trying to understand this moment,

Already we are lost in the thinking of the understanding.

And so we need to be more than clever,

More than aware,

More than able to come back to an aspect of ourselves that is so fundamental,

So much part of the structure,

That it is difficult to comprehend in any other way than being.

This is what the daily satsangs are about,

How to come back to being the truth that you are without,

The constrictions,

The limitations that so very often come forth as we go deeper and deeper within aspects of ourselves that we find difficult to comprehend without getting lost in those aspects.

Part of being is being detached of those aspects,

And that is how it is possible to immerse oneself to the depth that is required to see,

Feel,

And be part of the essence that you are,

The heart,

The inner master that is speaking to you right now in this moment.

As you lose yourself here,

Then the out there becomes less relevant,

Less important,

And here this moment becomes more present,

But you are not present to anything.

This is the mind speaking,

I want to be present.

You're not present to anything.

As you breathe in and breathe out,

As you let go,

You come back here to this moment,

Let go.

Your presence is the flow of consciousness,

The flow of consciousness that happens within a point that is deep within yourself,

And that point is free of attachments.

So as you come back to understanding that this flow of consciousness happens without your effort,

Without your participation,

Without the structures that you have brought into this mundane world,

It is a spontaneous creative sense of being rather than a abstract or determined sense of being that is part of the structure that you are freeing yourself of right now in this moment.

When you allow that understanding to happen without your participation,

That creative flow of consciousness,

It becomes the true knowledge that sets you free.

As you breathe in and breathe out,

As you let go,

Come back here,

You're coming back to a power within yourself that is more personal,

More profound,

And the very core of your being,

That is the flow of love.

As you come back to this moment,

You are coming back to the space of the beloved,

And the beloved speaks,

Communicates,

Is present in a way that is so very personal.

Love is what happens.

Love is what gets communicated.

Love is what becomes relevant as you come back home to the truth of yourself.

Love is relevant in all aspects as you come back home to the beloved,

As you come back home to the inner core of your heart.

The language of love is spoken,

Is transmitted,

Is communicated,

Is experienced on so very many levels.

It is also communicated to the mind and to the feelings.

It is not that the mundane is forgotten or neglected.

The mundane becomes part of the language that you now in this moment can hear,

Can be present to,

Can sense.

It is vital that you understand as you come back here to this moment that you experience,

That you are open to,

That you are aware that here,

Right here in this moment,

Right here in this moment,

There is a stillness,

There is a beautiful stillness that allows you to relax,

To relax,

Not just physically,

But to relax and let go of the tension that is created by the mind as it gets lost in the dualistic thinking that so often creates the suffering that we are facing as a social structure,

As humanity now in this moment.

As you let go of all that creates this tension within yourself,

Within your mind,

Within your feelings,

Within your body,

Within you,

The real that is you has a chance,

Has a possibility to unfold through this flow of consciousness in a very personal way,

To communicate through the flow of consciousness your very unique language of love.

In a very personal way,

It is not that you remove yourself from the world,

You participate in the world in a more real way.

Spirituality,

Meditation,

The spiritual practice is so very profound,

It is beyond the simplification of having to do something more,

Something different,

Something unique.

You are perfect,

You are unique as you allow the flow of consciousness,

The space,

The freedom,

The openness to manifest in all aspects of yourself as you remove your attention from the dualistic struggle,

The suffering that is the karmic wheel,

The Maya,

The illusion of life as you remove your investment in holding on to this aspect of struggle,

As you remove yourself,

That is what you are investing in those games that are being played out constantly as you remove yourself from that space.

Yourself now has the space to communicate to you on a more profound level free of such limitations,

Such limitations as fear,

Such limitations as doubt,

Such limitations as insecurity,

Such limitations that you know about,

There are millions and millions of limitations that capture the mind,

That capture your feelings,

Not allowing for the space of love,

Not allowing for the space and flow of consciousness.

As you breathe in and breathe out,

There is nowhere to go,

There is no better,

More spiritual,

More interesting place to go to.

Why do you need to go anywhere?

You are here in this moment present to the perfection that you are.

The perfection that you are is the flow of consciousness that connects you to the depth,

The core of your heart.

Your heart is your salvation.

Your heart is the space of truth.

Your heart is as real as can be,

Even if you don't believe,

Even if you don't see,

Even if you don't understand,

Your heart is the essence.

If you let go of the periphery,

Even if you don't know where that essence is,

Even if you cannot feel it,

Think it,

Sense it,

Be it,

Slowly the beloved speaks a language that pulls you back within yourself,

That pulls you back within the same frequency,

The same vibration that is love.

Slowly everything,

All the periphery becomes unimportant as you go back deep within yourself and celebrate from that point of stillness.

Celebrate the openness,

The space.

Celebrate the potential within that space and manifest that potential through your activity.

This is why you are here.

You're here to remember.

As you put into practice this remembrance,

The remembrance of the beloved step by step becomes more profoundly easy,

More profoundly simple.

Saint-Cabir speaks about remembrance as a joy,

As the core of everything,

The core of happiness,

The core of celebration,

The core of joy.

When the heart senses what nurtures the heart,

What feeds the heart,

The heart begins to speak in the mystical language that you understand,

That mystical language that is a celebration,

That is a joy.

Saint-Cabir says,

Like many mystics of the past,

What else are you here to do?

Why give time?

Why give effort into doing anything else?

So many,

So many in this world today give their attention and their efforts and their time and their energy to what is,

In my opinion,

A waste of time.

Just look around you.

Look at what is going on around you and ask,

Is this what you want to invest your time and your energy into?

Is it worthwhile?

Does it create a sense of joy and happiness?

Ask yourself in a real truthful manner.

Challenge the ego that wants,

That desires,

That needs,

And look at it directly.

This is what spiritual practice means.

You are looking through with your eyes in a truthful manner,

In a direct,

Strong way,

That challenges all those constellations,

All those situations that bring you back to the mundane,

Bring you back to the illusions that this or that are worthwhile,

Your time worthwhile,

Your thinking worthwhile,

Investing your feelings into worthwhile,

Investing your whole being into.

Look through the eyes of stillness and ask yourself,

Who am I?

Who am I?

Am I this that my mind perceives?

Am I that that my emotions feel?

Am I whatever my body is experiencing?

Who am I?

Who is behind all this?

It is so very simple.

It is the flow of consciousness.

Now,

When you know this,

When you experience this,

When you understand that you are more than your mind,

More than your body,

More than your emotions,

That you are more,

Even though if that more is unknown,

That is where your attention goes.

That is where everything goes.

Why invest your time,

Your effort,

Your activities in something that is not joyful,

That is not fundamental to the very deepest part of yourself.

It is not that by coming back home to the beloved that you let go of anything.

You celebrate life from the perspective of openness that is only possible by letting go of that which creates darkness in the space that creates ignorance in the space that is truly open,

The flow of consciousness within your mind,

Within your body,

Within your feelings are far beyond the limitations and the constrictions that darken your possibility to see that this moment is perfection,

The potential to experience that this moment that you are now here present to is all there is.

There is no yesterday.

There is no tomorrow.

Here in this moment there is the flow of consciousness.

As you breathe in and breathe out open to this consciousness,

As you breathe in first thing in the morning as you wake,

You become conscious,

Here I am present to the mundane.

As you breathe in repeat within yourself,

Here I am present to the beloved.

As you wake up in the morning and your thoughts wander from one thing to another,

Your feelings go from this to that,

Remind yourself,

Here I am present to the beloved.

Who am I that is present to the beloved?

What is present to the beloved?

Breathe in and allow the flow of consciousness to make you aware of what you truly are,

The perfection that you are.

Breathe in in a conscious way.

Breathe in through the nostrils.

Breathe in a deep breath.

Relax the abdomen.

Breathe in the beautiful air that is around you,

The beautiful space that is there present in front of you,

The universe infinite in its nature.

Breathe in not your thoughts,

Not your feelings,

Your ideas,

Your limitations,

But breathe in the potential that is here,

Present in front of you.

Open your eyes and see that in front of you the universe extends far beyond your understanding that is limited to this human perspective.

Breathe in deeply.

Breathe in with a sense of yes.

I am breathing,

Breathing and I am happy to breathe and be alive.

I'm joyful to be present to the potential that is perfection and I make this manifest in my breath.

I make this manifest in the way that I think,

The way that I feel,

The vibration of my body,

The vibration of my thoughts,

The vibration of my feelings align themselves with the deepest,

The most profound flow of consciousness that is you.

You are perfect.

Kabir writes in his sutra,

The lock of error shuts the gate.

Open it with the key of love.

By opening the door,

You shall wake the beloved.

Saint Kabir says,

Do not pass by such good fortune as this.

Here you are in the mundane.

It is such a privilege to be alive.

It is such a gift to be present here in this beautiful moment in the manifestation that you are.

Allow such manifestation to open with the flow of consciousness that is love as you breathe in first thing in the morning as you take a breath and wake to this world,

This manifested dimension that you are present to celebrate,

Celebrate.

Allow the celebration to go deeper than just your thoughts.

Celebrate with your feelings.

Allow the celebration to go deeper than just feeling.

Celebrate with your body.

Allow the celebration to go deeper than your body.

Celebrate with your whole being.

Every breath is a yes,

I am.

I am.

As you continue your karma yoga,

As you continue your spiritual practice,

May every moment,

Every remembrance in every moment be a celebration of the perfection that you are.

Be a celebration,

As Saint Kabir says,

Of love.

Allow this love to open the gate and all past,

All future disappears into this moment as you walk through the perfect state of supreme consciousness.

Thank you.
