We now continue with the Satsang,

Even though slightly delayed,

Even though we've been trying to help everyone,

Because we always get feedback about different things.

You may not be aware of this,

You know,

Each individual may not be aware that we're constantly receiving feedback and information and opinions and perspectives,

And we're always trying to help create the best possible transmission,

Because I believe the Satsangs and the transmission to be a very important aspect of transformation,

A very vital part of what is deep inner communication with oneself and with the world,

With all the various aspects that we face in the world,

Whether it be the festive season as we approach these days,

The festive season,

Or whether it just be the everyday mundane aspects of living,

It's very important to have a firm foundation,

A conscious foundation,

Where spiritual practice or even just life practice,

Just being alive in a vibrant and healthy and positive way,

It has been built into this conscious foundation,

Has a grounding within this conscious foundation.

And the Satsangs,

Some people don't understand the Satsangs or the transmissions or the podcasts or whatever you would like to call them,

Actually are not only wisdoms that are useful to apply in every in everyday life or in your practice,

But also there is a transmission,

An energetic transmission that happens that is very complex,

It's very complex to explain what this transmission is,

At least to explain it in words,

And only by being part of these transmissions does the energy of the transmission begin to communicate to you on many levels,

But sometimes these levels are not understood,

So we face various aspects of ourselves that sometimes resists the change or the more conscious foundation or more conscious communication.

This is natural,

We are all human beings,

So we don't need to give ourselves a hard time if there is resistance or a healing crisis that happens within our practice.

This just means you're a human being and that's okay,

And if you think you're something else then maybe you need to remember you are human and so there are times when resistance to new habits or new ways or perspectives of embracing life may be more difficult than you think,

Because of course the way we think,

We want things to get better,

We want to be positive,

We want to be happy,

We want to come back to a healthy state,

A balanced state within ourselves,

Physical,

Emotional,

Mental,

Energetic,

We want the best for ourselves,

But do we?

That's the interesting question,

Because if we look at our practice,

Not just our spiritual practice or our meditational practice,

But if we look at our everyday practice of how we interact with life,

How we communicate to the various aspects that we meet within our experience of life,

Very often the foundation that we fall back into are reactive states of mind or reactive state,

Emotional states that are based on mental perceptions,

And those reactive states are reactive because we are resisting the change,

We're resisting the idea that even though it is important to feel better or to be happier,

Some part of us doesn't really want this,

Doesn't want anything that changes the status quo,

So energy transmissions,

Even though the energy is powerfully bringing you back to a state of inner wisdom,

Your heart is speaking to you and reminding you,

Look this is important,

This aspect of yourself is important,

The mind,

The more mundane layer of experience,

Will cover that up with all sorts of excuses,

That inner wisdom will be covered up through mental projections and mental perceptions and mental reactivities,

With all sorts of layers that then translate into our experience as a resistance or as a healing crisis or as a projection or as a victim,

Oh gosh I can't do this or oh my gosh this is not me,

Has nothing to do with me and then you blame the world or you blame people or the world and people or blame various aspects of your experience,

Your past,

Your childhood,

Your constellations that brought you to feel the pain or the suffering in this moment,

There are so many layers that translate into resistance,

It's important that we don't get caught by these resistances within ourselves,

Caught in such a way where the resistance becomes the focus of our practice,

Meaning that our practice then has transformed from listening to the communication within our hearts,

Listening to that inner light,

To not listening to the communications within our hearts,

So the resistance means that we're not listening to the communications within our hearts,

Not listening to our inner light,

But rather being so engrossed in the resistance that that translates into our practice or our experience of life as practiced in the way that we communicate to ourselves,

People and also in the way that we communicate within our spiritual meditational practice to all the aspects that we open up to,

So if that layer is there within our experience,

You're human so of course it's okay for that layer to be there,

But if that layer becomes the foundation which we fall back onto or that we use as our reference or use as our map to orientate ourselves within the complexity of what is going on,

Then the transmission is not really honored or not celebrated in the way that allows for the transmission to expand and open up the channels whereby the subtle communications from within the heart,

Those currents from within your heart,

Begin to touch you in a way that makes sense,

Even though it doesn't make sense maybe in that moment for you,

Some part of you knows that there is more than the reactivity,

So it's okay to be upset and some people say oh you're spiritual,

You can't be upset,

It's okay to be reactive or you can't be reactive,

You need to be robotic and be angelic,

So this is the picture we have of spiritual experience that it needs to be and then whatever our perspective of that need may be,

Like this,

So we have religions even dogmas and within religions that portray everything in that dualistic good,

Bad,

Light,

Dark,

Heaven,

Hell,

Sort of extreme way of seeing life,

So we fragment our experience so that the experience is so fragmented that we don't even realize that life is more complex than this black and white that we like to create out of the many shades of colors that exist within our experience,

So there of course there is black and white but there is more and if we always look for the beautiful and negate our experience,

So for example if our experience is resistance and we negate it and pretend it away or if we fall into resistance and we get engrossed by it,

Then we are practicing dualism which means that we're creating a dogma within our minds,

Just as religions have for thousands of years,

Just as many people who are not religious have created for many thousands of years,

Good bad,

If you don't agree with me then you're bad,

If you don't understand me then you're bad,

If you don't believe or if you don't have faith then you're bad,

And then all these negativities become the foundation of one's practice and so dogmatism always leads to a lack of freedom,

To a lack of choice,

To a lack of understanding that the complexity of experience is much more than the black and white that the mind loves to create due to simplification.

We as human beings always want to simplify our experience so that it makes sense but sometimes our experience does not make sense because our experience is more than just a mental concept or a mental perception,

Our experience has more to do with being present to the experience,

So if you are present without being engrossed in the resistance or in the healing crisis,

What does that mean?

And if you're present without saying oh this is not what I want,

This is not the picture I have of myself so I'll pretend and act in a spiritual way.

Do you know how some people in different situations pretend that they're something and everyone knows that they're not?

I'm this and everyone says really I haven't always been like this but today I'm like this and today I'm the spiritual whatever light,

But no but a few days ago you were not at all the spiritual light so what happened?

I can't think or imagine myself to be in any different way than my goal.

My goal is and then we create a simplification of the experience meaning that the goal then becomes so dualistic meaning that the good or perceived good becomes your hope or your dream but that is not the way to transcend and allow for the experience of this moment to communicate its wisdom.

We know this.

Rather being receptive which is the opposite of reactivity or simplification is so goes against the grain of mental concept and mental perceptions goes against how we normally simplify experience and try to understand experience and in that simple way goes against such logic so it becomes illogical for the mind.

How do I practice something that I don't understand and I don't want to understand the resistance because it doesn't feel good and I don't want to understand anything else because I don't understand anything else.

So what do I do?

Simplification then becomes a desire.

Let's make it simple so that you know the mind can at least have some sort of character to follow but in the end being engrossed in our perceptions of dualism or being engrossed in the resistance and getting caught in that resistance and seeing that as our experience as the totality of our experience then negates being present right now in this moment and see if you're present right now in this moment then there is no other place than coming back to your heart and that your heart isn't in the resistance isn't in the mental conceptualizations that your mind is entertaining in whatever way simple way or complicated way philosophical way religious way even spiritual way no your heart is here and if your heart is here then there is nowhere else to be and if you're anywhere else then you'll recognize the illusion that you're creating for yourself in that moment it will make sense to you.

I don't need to pretend I don't need to react and get caught by my reactions I just need to let go and come back to my essential nature the qualities that are being transmitted right now within the heart that even if they don't make total sense to my mind or to my perceptions speak to me because they create a meaningful and more purposeful communication within the experience that we're having which is a spiritual experience it's a profound experience just being here in this moment is in itself a miracle that goes unnoticed when the mind is caught in its drama and its drama is always an aspect the drama of the mind is always an aspect of reactivity meaning that you're reacting to a reference that has nothing to do with reality it's your perception and your perception is always an illusion because it's a perception it's not reality it's a reflection it's just like saying that image in the mirror is my truth who knows and you're saying but of course look the mirror is reflecting exactly what is there that is a simplification because who knows the light might be shining in a way where the features that are being reflected back to you are distorted have you ever walked into one of those fun parks where those mirrors make you look really weird you know big like a balloon or thin like a matchstick and you say oh but i'm a matchstick oh i'm i'm a balloon of course i am can't you see look the mirror is the truth and that's what it's saying to me and people go on believing that and if someone points out but that's not really a reflection can you not see this is a fun park don't tell me that my perception is wrong and that i'm in a fun park what do you think who do you think you are and then you get all upset at the person pointing out a little inconsistency in your perception and then you are caught in the resistance and then that becomes the drama of your experience and so then you are communicating to that person i will never go with you to the fun park again because you're calling it a fun park and look you've made me miserable because i thought i was a matchstick and you're telling me that's not real and who are you to tell me all these things what's wrong with you and then the drama continues in that way and you think this is life this is reality this is i'm meant to be reactive this is how i'm everyone is like this and it's everyone's fault that i'm like this because everyone is like this and so this is the reason i'm like this and then someone your heart your wisdom speaks to you and says move out of the fun park because you're not really having fun you know and there is a moment of stillness because that's what meditational experience means there is a moment of stillness and the transmission is working because in the stillness there is a meaningful communication that's happening beyond what your mind can understand your mind if tries to understand the meaningful communication it's almost like trying to put a sacred moment of experience say the sunset into a little box and say look this is it that's my experience and point at the little box rather than the sunset it doesn't make sense you know it might remind you or capture some essence of the experience but in the moment of the experience doesn't make sense to try to conceptualize anything so you're almost forced to just remain still to be present to align your whole being even your mental and emotional being to the space that is more wise and that is the communications that are happening in this moment within your heart and so to be still in this way means that you have to expand because if you're contracted and holding on to the simplistic belief systems that you're a matchstick or that you're a balloon then you will not have the possibility of seeing the sunset or the sacred qualities of life of just this moment within the experience that you're having right now and if that's the case yeah it's karma and it continues but your heart will constantly transmit the wisdom and even if it doesn't make sense to you even if it's unknown to you even if it doesn't fit into one of the categories that you've sort of created as a belief system or as a structure within your mind to say this is what reality means i'm always and i have always been a matchstick because every time i look in into the mirror that's what i see if you're not receptive to the unknown or to other possibilities or to just saying to yourself well the mirror isn't me then there is no space there is no expansion there is no transcendence so the mundane will hold you back but the transmission even in the mundaneness of everyday experience has a form of communication that is happening but it's so beyond this realm of experience that we need to be still we need to quieten down the mind especially the mind because the mind is the aspect of one's experience that is least still constantly chattering in the background whether you're conscious of it or not whether you're aware for example your thinking thoughts i don't like this or i like that or what's going to happen tomorrow or whatever the mundane thoughts are whether they are thoughts that you are not aware of because they are subconscious thoughts for example the mantra that's repeated within yourself that you're a victim because you're a matchstick and who would love a matchstick you know so the mantra keeps saying i'm a matchstick i'm a matchstick i'm a match stick and no one loves me because i'm a matchstick and then someone some part of you is trying to explain to you no that's not really the truth and you can't hear it because the mantra the noise within your own mind is so very loud and your experience is so engrossed in that noise that the mind is creating within yourself that there is no space for stillness so hence why spiritual practice and transmissions such as these live transitions transmissions are so very important because sometimes we need reminders and these reminders will not come from your noisy mind will not come from your emotional reactivity will not come from your suffering body will not come from your victim or pain or suffering or reactive states of mind or reactive aspects that are being played out as your karmic or experiential perception of what's going on in this moment there is no wisdom in such but there is a communication that when reminded when reminded when your heartfelt space within you that still space heartfelt space begins to remind you there is something else then the momentum that you set in motion within yourself within your experience creates an expansive state of mind and this is called consciousness and everyone is grounded within this space of consciousness even if we've lost connection to such even if most of our lives we don't remember what it means to be conscious the communication continues but reminders are so important and these reminders are far and few in life and there when you have such reminders be grateful be thankful when these reminders are communicated from within your depth when your heart intuitively knows and speaks to you on this level be grateful be thankful and when you are present to a transmission that works energetically to bring meaning and purpose into your life be grateful be thankful may these next days as we enter these wonderful times whereby everyone is coming together in a state of festival in a state in a festive manner and just bringing back a sense of togetherness or connection may such reminders be part of your experience the reminders where you are thankful and grateful for these deep and profound moments that are now being communicated to you we continue with the Hu mantra you

I seriously needed that. Reactivity in the form of self protection has been an issue for me. Thank you for guiding me to a greater understanding.

It was really interesting to hear about perceptions and the complexity of them. I want to listen again soon, because I know that I didn't retain all of it. Thank you!
