With this happy breathing meditation we will allow ourselves to notice our energy's vitality. Use this track to allow your body, which has the ability to move with the creative flow of life, to connect you to deep love & well-being. Please note: After the spoken guided meditation from Tony Samara, there is a 3 minute HU chanting option, followed by a bell at the end of the track. The bell normally signifies the end of the meditation but instead there is a further 5-6 minutes of silence on this track. Transcript

We will begin with the transmission,

So just making sure that you're comfortable and ready and receptive,

Happy and joyful.

If there is any practicals or any aspects of life that worries you or creates stress,

Just making sure that you let go of such just for a few moments,

So that this transmission is a transmission where you can just nurture yourself and relax and let go of the mundane and be present to something deeper,

Consciousness within,

A deeper aspect of consciousness within.

So just as you relax and breathe in,

Becoming aware that the breath,

The natural flow of the breath,

So wonderfully relaxing,

So wonderfully nurturing,

Just spending a few moments being present to the flow of breath.

It's wonderful to just be able to be present to the natural flow of life,

The creative force within life that is present in the way that you breathe but present in all aspects of manifestation.

So in your body you may notice this flow as an energy flow that as you come back to a state of conscious awareness,

This energy flow becomes more obvious.

You may notice tingling or warmth as you come back and embody consciousness here so that it's,

So that consciousness is grounded and present here in this moment.

You may become aware of tingling or warmth sensation in your body as consciousness and awareness connects to this natural flow that is in all aspects of life,

This creative force that also manifests even in the way that you think.

As you breathe in and breathe out,

Letting go of the worries and the stresses of the mundane and just being present to this essential quality within all aspects of manifestation,

This flow.

You may notice the body being nurtured simply because there aren't more demands or there are no more needs and situations that need the energy of the body to be there because you're just here.

There's no place out there to keep reaching out for.

So the body relaxes as you come back to this state of presence,

As you come back to this beautiful moment.

The body relaxes as there is nowhere to go.

This is recognized inherently within the energy of the body as you relax the body so the nervous system within the body relaxes too.

It's wonderful to notice that the energy of the body,

The energy within the spine,

The energy within the nervous system within the body has the ability to just move with this flow.

So instead of trying to get somewhere,

It comes back and relaxes in this movement that is happening within the body.

You may notice this movement as the energy that's flowing from the base of the spine up to the top of the head.

If your spine is straight,

If you're sitting upright and your body is relaxed and your shoulders are relaxed,

The spine is just naturally straight and comfortable.

It's not scrunched,

It's not tense,

It's not trying to get somewhere.

Sometimes as we do,

Rushing,

Trying to catch up with all the mundane aspects that need,

That may need our attention,

Are just here,

Present.

So the energy of the nervous system flows within the spine and there is no specific place for the energy to go.

So it just simply moves to a higher dimension within oneself.

As the nervous system flows,

Connects,

Aligns itself to the natural vitality that is life,

There is this sensation of well-being that you may become aware of.

It's just enjoyable to be here,

To be present to life,

To relax into this moment and not need to reach out for the one,

The next moment,

One thing that needs your attention out there.

Just to let that go,

One thing or many things that need your attention out there,

Just to let go and enjoy the flow of energy.

Not just within the body and not just within the nervous system but even within the way that the mind focuses upon things.

If you let go of all the thoughts and all the demands that the thoughts create on the body and upon the emotional body and also upon the mental conceptual mind,

If you let that go,

The mundane,

If you let that go,

Then there is this sense of creativity and movement that is so much more subtle yet just as profound as the awareness of our thoughts.

Become aware that there is a creativity within the mind that is similar to the relaxed body and to the relaxed nervous system that is present in this moment,

Similar attributes to the relaxed body and to the relaxed energy system within the body,

The nervous system within the body.

These attributes are a sense of well-being,

A sense of expansion,

A sense of present awareness,

A sense of just being connected,

Being aligned to so much more than what we're normally aware of.

You may notice this just in the experience where your mind realizes things.

All of a sudden comes to a deeper understanding of something.

Maybe this something is understood for a moment and then the mind is creative,

Doesn't need to hold on to that realization,

Moves far beyond that realization into realizing something more profound,

More interesting.

And so the mind now comes back to its natural rhythm and thinking is not obsessed by the mundane or disjointed by the confusion that happens in a mind that is not integrated within this state of flow,

Within this state of energy,

Life energy that is all around us.

Now that the mind is integrated there is movement but that movement is very very different from just mundane dualistic thinking.

The movement is creative,

The movement is multi-dimensional,

The movement has as its basis connectedness.

The core aspect of thought comes from a connection,

Not from the need to project onto an aspect within time and space.

So there is no need for the mind to project its thinking and connect to the past or project its thinking and connect to future concepts,

Belief systems or future thoughts that have nothing to do with this moment.

The mind is so immersed into this moment that the future and the past have nothing to do with the experience of what is going on.

The mind is now active but in a very relaxed and very harmonious and a very still sort of way.

In a way that allows you access to the many dimensions of experience.

So it's not that stillness is a negation of movement or activity,

Rather it's a situation where you are able to embrace deeper perspectives of consciousness,

Deeper perspectives of experience.

And so simply said you're letting go of the superficial,

Of that which is not so very useful in this moment,

And coming back to the essential qualities that are important for the depth of your being.

The heartfelt connection that you have to those wonderful priorities that are important for this moment makes sense.

So it could be something as simple as it's wonderful to breathe,

It's wonderful to smile and be happy,

It's wonderful to be grateful.

All these attributes are now connected to the way that the creative aspect of your mind flows and connects to various experiences that have to do with this moment rather than the past or the future.

See as soon as you begin to expand and allow the flow of energy and life force to expand into this moment,

As soon as you do this,

Then this connectedness that creates a vital experience for all human beings,

This connectedness that we today in the modern world somehow have moved away from,

This connectedness speaks to our hearts.

And we feel and we experience and we touch upon aspects of life that become very meaningful.

And so our thoughts are no longer thoughts that tire us out or confuse us or create chaos in our minds,

Our thoughts are inspiring,

They're like poems that help us to expand beyond the little disconnection that we may have experienced in a moment of frustration or in a moment of reactivity,

That separation that may have occurred because of such.

The poem helps us,

Our creative thought,

The poem helps us to connect again to an essential quality that we recognize when we are in a state of oneness,

When we are at home,

When we are here,

When we are present to the flow that allows us to expand into this poetic realm of experience that is so very much part of humanity,

It's almost as if we recognize the language because it's the language our heart speaks,

It's the language that our heart understands and understands so much more than the confused thoughts that we sometimes have that separates the heart's connection to experience because the heart then falls into this confused pattern of disjointed,

Disjointed,

Disintegrated sort of chaotic thinking that sometimes stress and sometimes anxiety,

Sometimes reactivity creates within our experience.

It's so very wonderful to give yourself time as you are doing now,

Not only to be in meditation,

To be in stillness,

But to use intentional activity,

Being aware of this creative aspect of your mind through anchoring your experience here in the present moment,

Through allowing your body to be present and aware here in this present moment,

Through connecting to awareness of all aspects of yourself here in this present moment,

Through just being connected as you allow for all these aspects to be part of your meditational practice and move towards the space that lets go of confusion,

Towards the space that your heart truly understands.

See,

Deep inside there are,

There is a part of you that truly understands how to get back home because it's your home.

As you utilize intentional activity or intentional movement to let go of the mundane,

To let go of the confused thinking,

To come back to this state of stillness in meditation,

Then you're gifting yourself with the greatest gift of all,

That is to live life,

To be alive.

As you breathe in and breathe out and let go of the worries,

That's not life,

The stresses,

The confusions,

That's not life,

Just come back and appreciate the qualities that allow you to be alive in this moment.

Then meditational practice becomes so much more than stillness,

Becomes an activity where creativity speaks in many interesting ways,

Where creativity shows you the way in many interesting ways.

So be aware of the subtle signs,

Of the subtle aspects of experience that reveal to you this connectedness,

This new language that you're now coming back to that is really the language that you've always understood,

The language of the heart.

I call this language love.

Notice the loving aspects of communication that are,

That is all around you,

The simple things.

And if it's difficult,

If it's,

If you find yourself drawn into thinking or negative thinking or worry or being reactive to situations around you,

Then remind yourself in this moment what are the attributes that I choose to focus upon right now in this moment.

Breathe out,

Let go,

Breathe in and connect,

Connect to the deeper attributes that are truly important for you in this moment.

Deep prayer.
