Just preparing for the transmission by making sure that the space around is conducive and still enough to come back to a state of awareness,

State of stillness,

Whereby you can just connect to a natural flow that happens when you are present to all and everything that's manifest within this wonderful space that we call life.

You may wish to help the flow of focus,

The flow of awareness to flow in a way where there aren't so many obstacles in the way by just noticing the sensations that happen in your body as you breathe in and breathe out,

Let go of tension,

Let go of stress,

As you notice the positive healing that happens when your body relaxes and comes back to a natural state of inner joy,

Inner peace,

Inner well-being.

This is my intention today,

To remind everyone,

Everyone who practices spiritual transformation,

Who puts into practice meditation with the intention to create spiritual transformation,

A reminder to come back to the positive.

Very often our minds justify the reason that we sit in meditation or the reason that we need to transform aspects within ourselves as a way to justify,

Using the word justify many times,

But to justify that we are needing to push ourselves in a certain direction because the direction that we're experiencing or the space that we're experiencing is a more challenging one,

A more negative one.

We seek to find things that are more positive,

Even in meditation.

Stillness isn't really a celebration of stillness,

But rather a reaction to noise that we may have within our minds,

Too many thoughts or too many worries.

We look for stillness out of our reaction.

There is a subtle difference to seek peace because you just,

Deep inside,

Deep inside,

You know that stillness and peace allows for letting go of the burdens,

Letting go of the worries and stresses that create tension or create sort of anxiety that isn't very comfortable for the body or the mind or for the emotions or for the energy of the body.

To focus on being just receptive and open,

Open so that the flow that happens within is not a reactive process,

But rather a letting go process.

There is a subtle difference.

When awareness comes from a space of humility and a space of just giving yourself to the natural flow of life,

Then you tend to rest in this present moment and you realize there is nothing that needs to be done from the outside perspective.

So it's not that you have to push yourself to find inner peace.

It's not that you have to battle with your mind or with your emotions to come back home.

When the flow is just a natural celebration of letting go,

Then you rest in the non-activity that is in itself more than just being passive.

It's a sort of not doing non-active attitude that allows you to just reach out for the natural movement that is happening within your being,

The energy moves without the need for you to add more energy or more of yourself into that flow.

The energy moves by itself.

It's just like as if when you let go of stress,

Once you understand how to let go of tension,

Once you identify tension,

Then there is no need to do more.

It's just the state of awareness that allows you to flow from this receptive space where you're receptive to the positive.

But of course to understand positivity doesn't mean that we can ignore reality or that which is happening around us.

To ignore what is happening around us and pretend that everything is positive is not what I'm saying.

So to flow from a state of positivity means that there needs to be enough discernment and awareness so that the flow happens from within the natural joy and bliss of coming back to the heart,

Resting in this moment,

Embracing the beauty of life rather than from a need or a desire or a struggle or whatever that then creates a demand within yourself that you need to come back to somewhere which you think is different from this present moment.

You may think coming back to stillness is out there somewhere.

Coming back to a more positive state is not about coming back to yourself,

But it's coming back to something different.

And actually discernment,

When you're discerning the experience of being,

Okay,

Am I really present to myself when you're creating this clear discernment from within awareness,

Then there is nowhere to go.

Discernment simply means that you recognize things as they are and you choose a different direction in that moment just because it's clear that falling into the old habits or falling into a reactive state of mind or reactive state of feeling just doesn't bring you the joy and the bliss that your heart knows and is beyond all that is happening is experiencing on some level.

So coming back to this moment,

You're coming back to something that you know already that is happening deep within you already.

It's very difficult to put into words and hence why practice is important,

But also it is very important to make sure that practice isn't lost in a belief system or in a structure that takes us away from coming back to this natural flow that is blissful,

That is energizing,

That allows for healing.

It's like coming back home is so very natural,

But our habits make it seem unnatural and it's much easier to fall into those habits and give energy and give ourselves to those habits rather than to come back home to this inner essential quality that even though recognized by the heart because it's not something that is not happening,

It's something that is happening deep within,

It's not recognized by the mind and it's not recognized often by the awareness that is based on conceptual thinking.

So it's almost as if we have to invite the mind through our thoughts,

Through our practice in the beginning,

Okay,

Why am I thinking in this way?

It's a sort of discernment.

We almost have to use the mind to understand that the mind is creating this confusion.

It's not that we can just sit and ignore the mind or pretend it away.

We almost have to be more aware of what is going on as we recognize the mind is perhaps chattering in a very negative way or creating a reactive process that just isn't really relevant to what is going on in this moment.

As we discern what is going on in the mind,

Then the mind falls back into this heartfelt space that allows the mind to recognize that aggression or tension or just this harmony that some thoughts and some structures within our thoughts can create don't allow us to rest anywhere,

Don't allow us to rest in this moment,

Don't allow us to come back to a more objective understanding of what is happening.

We understand that the mind is subjective.

It's a separate aspect of our experience that is very important on some level,

But awareness needs to come from a deeper and more objective perspective than that which the mind creates as a subjective perception of reality.

So the mind can say things are difficult and perhaps they are and perhaps there is reason for the mind to say things are difficult,

But deep inside the heart knows everything flows with ease,

With grace,

And that the difficulty is just a perception.

And so when the heart recognizes this,

Because your awareness somehow touches this space of presence,

This space of natural flow that's happening in this moment,

You come back home,

Then the mind,

Even though not totally convinced by this new perspective,

Even though it's more real than its subjective understanding of the world,

It's more objective,

Still on some level is influenced by the heart.

See the heart is very powerful,

Even though subtle in its influence,

Very powerful.

So the mind on some level takes notice of what is going on in this moment and so keeps coming back to this moment.

You may not recognize this because the mind works very quickly and we don't know all the things that are happening in the brain and the way that the brain processes information,

Some of it happens so quickly because there is no time for you to understand all these things.

But the mind,

Brain understands what it means to come back to an objective realization of what is going on,

Simply because it's not separate from all other aspects of your self.

The mind is not separate from the body,

Obviously,

And the mind is not separate from the subtle energies that the heart transmits to the body,

Obviously,

And at the same time the mind seems to think itself as separate.

So very often this is why when we're meditating from a state of consciousness that is just stuck in mental concepts,

Then we lose a lot of time and we lose a lot of energy.

Because the flow of energy that naturally happens from within the heart is just not perceived as real.

The subjective mind is looking at the subjective experience,

It's not interested in the objective,

Wants to verify that what it's thinking about is important,

I'm stressed,

Says the mind,

And that's important.

So it looks for all sorts of structures that support the stress and hence why manifestation happens in a way where if you're focusing on a specific,

The mind is focusing on a specific aspect of creation,

Then that is the space that becomes very important and that is the manifestation that you create around that space.

And so we tend to recreate the same thing,

So the subjective mind not only is subjective but tends to recreate the subjective within our experience.

So if we're stressed,

Which is a subjective perception,

If we're stressed about,

Say,

Time,

Because we feel we don't have any time,

It's not an objective reality,

It's not true in any way,

May be true for you on some level but it's not true as reality goes,

Then we tend to create all sorts of circumstances,

Cortisol in the body,

The brain getting all agitated and thoughts getting agitated because the body's agitated about not having enough time to do whatever it is that needs to be done.

So we begin to manifest structures within our subjective perception that then create a separation from this natural flow that happens within the heart.

And it's almost like we're taking ourselves outside of this space that I call home and we're discovering the world,

Which is interesting,

But how can we begin to find a real treasure when we're going out there and we're forgetting that the greatest treasure,

The most beautiful thing is that you're alive.

The gift of being alive here present to the flow of energy,

Conscious of consciousness,

Aware of awareness is in itself the most important gift.

And if you move away from this gift,

If you step outside of this home that is within the heart,

Then it's still very interesting for the mind.

The mind gets excited about even stress.

Stress for some people is addictive,

Cortisol and adrenaline becomes,

If experienced many times becomes a type of drug and this is just one of the addictions that the mind creates through its subjective perception of reality.

And those drugs,

Whether they be hormonal or whether they be the ignorance that subjectivity creates when we're lost in the manifestation of our experience,

Whatever the reason,

That then becomes,

That subjective perception and experience becomes so very powerful it begins to manifest in our world even through what we believe to be our hearts.

Of course it's not.

We believe that our feelings,

Very often we mistake feelings for deep heart awareness,

Even our feelings then seem to verify the subjective mind's manifestation as real.

So even the subtle feelings,

Even when we fall asleep,

Even our dreams can verify that subjective belief system.

So we are so far removed from something that we're told is deep within ourselves,

This natural flow of energy,

This beautiful gratitude and joy and bliss just being alive.

We're told by the mind that this is important and we need to seek it,

But we have no idea.

We're so separate from coming back to this space that the mind tries to manifest this experience within what it knows how to control and that is the manifestation of subjective perception.

So we create then all sorts of ideas in the mind as to what it means to come back home,

What it means to be in touch with this flow.

And so many people get lost,

So many people,

Especially when practicing deep,

Deep spiritual work meditation or whatever practice,

So many people get lost thinking that it's easier to find this heartfelt space,

This heartfelt connection to this space outside than within because within makes no sense anymore.

Within becomes subjective,

So within becomes an idea rather than a slowly unfolding experience.

So we must always remember this in our practice because as soon as the mind creates more subjective perceptions,

What it means to come back to the heart or what it means to let go of our sense of separation or subjective belief systems,

As soon as we create these energies within us that we know something,

Then it's the same as describing the taste of a strawberry.

And you describe it in words and you may think this is exactly what a strawberry tastes like,

But it doesn't because a strawberry only tastes like the taste,

Doesn't taste like the words or the ideas or the energy that you put into subjectively trying to describe what a strawberry tastes like.

It can only be experienced when you come back and you rest and give yourself enough time to say,

Okay,

It's right here,

Let me taste what it means to be connected to the natural flow of life.

Let me taste what it means to be connected to the beauty of coming back here to this present moment.

And see,

Just because you make this decision,

Already you're setting in motion a flow.

You make this decision rather than to speak about the taste or argue,

Like some people say no,

It doesn't taste sweet,

It tastes semi-sweet or some people say no,

No,

It has a strawberry flavor and the strawberry and then you create all sorts of concepts.

That is the subjective that creates separation.

So there is nothing wrong.

We have to perhaps communicate to each other on some level.

At this stage of our evolutionary development,

Language is very,

Very important.

Perhaps in the future we will speak on a different level telepathically or on a level where words won't mean so much.

We will be able to speak not in the next few years but in the future.

I'm sure this will happen.

But for now we need to understand that our language is very useful but it's limited by default.

So if we understand this,

Then the mind doesn't try to control every experience,

Including the experience of coming back to this moment.

Then we just let go into the flow.

As we let go into the flow,

Right now you can allow yourself to let go of the tensions that perhaps limit that flow from being experienced in your body.

So if there is any tension in your body,

Just letting that go.

If there is any tension in your mind,

Thoughts,

Worries,

Just letting that go.

And if it's difficult to let go,

Don't force yourself to let go of anything.

Just imagine the natural movement of nature.

It's a natural flow that then communicates to you,

This imagination or visualization communicates to you what it means to flow,

To come back to the space within the heart.

And just imagine letting go of tension,

Even if the tension is really present in your body.

You can just imagine what it feels like to let go of tension.

Just visualize this.

And as you do this,

As you let go,

Let go,

The body just becomes more receptive and more open.

The mind stills and becomes more receptive and more open to the objective experience of presence.

You may wish to continue in meditation just being open and receptive to the presence of life.

Not out there,

But the presence of life,

The flow of energy that creates this wonderful manifestation that is you,

That is everything around you.

As you breathe in and breathe out and let go.

So wonderful to just give yourself the space to come back to stillness,

To come back to this state of inner peace.

Deep breath as you continue for a few more moments.

Thank you.
