Hello,

I hope you can hear me.

We continue with the transmission,

Just making sure that all is comfortable,

In a comfortable physical position,

Posture.

Some people forget,

I was watching the other day,

Just a little bit of information before we start,

I was watching the other day people as they walk in supermarkets,

And it's so interesting to people watch.

For me that's one of the things that I'm doing without judgment,

Just to see how things are and how we sort of communicate through our posture different attitudes.

It's just important that you now be aware of your posture and communicate the attitude of receptivity to the transmission.

Even if your mind and your feelings are open towards something new,

A transmission,

An energy transmission,

It's important that the physical structure,

That which grounds our physical being here and manifests this body in this dimension of this reality called Earth,

And it's important that we allow the energy to flow.

If there is a sense of constriction in the way that you breathe,

Or in the way that you're sitting,

Or in the way that your muscles or spine interact with the space around you,

Just look for a better posture.

Make sure that the muscles are relaxed,

Or breathing in,

In a way where you're just relaxing the body.

Because this means that you have to experiment in the way that you breathe.

So if you're just breathing in a shallow way,

It's much easier to experiment and say,

Oh,

Even though it feels normal,

This is not really a natural breath.

Let's breathe into the abdomen.

Let's breathe through the diaphragm so that the body really connects to a more relaxed and receptive and open attitude towards the energy transmission.

So when you're ready,

It's important that you just come back to stillness.

Mind is always driven by information,

Wanting to understand,

Wanting to know what's going on.

And of course,

That's part of living,

But to come back to stillness allows us to be very creative in our thinking,

To be very creative in our communication.

So it's a very useful place to come back to,

No matter what's going on,

Not just in meditation.

Whenever you feel reactive,

Or whenever you feel that the situation is challenging you,

Or you're getting nervous or stressed or anxious because of some external or even internal situation,

It's important to come back to this stillness.

You can do this very,

Very easily by relaxing the breath.

So as you breathe out,

Letting go of tension.

Sometimes that tension is there without even being aware of the tension.

So if there's a situation that challenges our sense of well-being or sense of comfort,

Then sometimes there is a reaction in our bodies and in the way that we breathe.

So breathing out,

Relaxing is just a very useful way to remind our bodies to come back to stillness,

Which allows our minds and emotions to come back to a space where there isn't so much of that reactive communication happening in the background.

So interesting to do this,

Because actually you feel better.

Feels more comfortable to be still than to be caught in the noise that the mind so very often creates in the background when we're doing whatever.

This is what I have been communicating in the past transmissions,

In the past retreats,

That stillness is not something that's obvious to the mind.

Stillness is space within.

Is not very recognizable when our minds are manipulated into thinking about problems all the time,

Manipulated by our own evolution,

Because we have something in neuroscience that is known as the negative bias,

But also by the media and by the fact that everyone around us tends to focus on problems.

Now even though I say this,

It's so subtle that sometimes it's not quite understood.

Even though I say that manifestation,

That which you manifest,

That reality that you manifest in the world depends on your creativity.

So if your creativity is stifled by the noise or the control that the ego creates around the flow of energy that is either physical or life energy,

The flow of energy that's your communication in an emotional or mental way,

Or just the energy,

The subtle energy that's around.

If it's stifled by the egoic realm,

By constricting or holding on to a perspective or a paradigm or a belief system that then limits the creative potential that is flowing through all cells,

Through every cell in your body,

Then the tendency is for manifestation to be more in tune with the problem that you're focused on,

Or with the stress or the anxious,

Horrible situation that's creating agitation.

It's so very easy to tune into that level of reality,

To transcend and to come back to what is more natural for the body has been forgotten.

It's not so easy because the mind has forgotten what it means to enjoy stillness,

Because the mind is used to noise.

The mind just wants more information or wants to understand things better or wants to think about things or sort out things.

Now,

There is nothing wrong in doing that.

If the mind is anchored in or tuned into the negative perspective rather than the positive perspective of stillness,

Then the tendency is that the manifestation that we create,

Or even the resolutions or what we think about,

What we contemplate,

Becomes very much attached to the vibration of the negative rather than the creative flow of positivity.

So there,

In that instance,

If you observe the situation,

We have a choice.

Now,

We don't have a choice in the sense that we can just change the negative to a positive.

It's very difficult if you're caught in a situation that is creating a problem to just say,

Okay,

That doesn't exist,

Let me just think in a positive way.

It's not what I'm saying.

That's too simplistic.

What I'm saying is that you have a choice,

And the choice is,

Do I want to listen to the noise,

Or can I come back to stillness?

Even if coming back to stillness seems like the last thing you can do,

If you're upset or agitated or caught in a situation that needs your attention and it's a big problem for you,

It's very difficult to be still.

All aspects of you want to resolve the situation,

So it's almost like you're saying to yourself,

Oh,

I can't be still now.

Maybe later when I've resolved the situation,

I can come back to stillness.

But we have a choice.

In the moment that there is a lot of noise happening in the background,

We have a choice.

We have a choice to listen,

Or to be present,

Or tune into the vibration of that noise,

Or to simply come back to the natural flow that is this moment.

Even though it may seem difficult,

Because the mind just doesn't remember how to get back to this rhythm in the midst of chaos or in the midst of stress or anxiety,

Even though it's difficult to put into practice because our habits have taught us to react in certain ways when there is a negative or when there is stress or when there is noise.

We have habituated our minds to think in a certain way.

So it's easier to fall into the habits that we have been programmed in our minds to fall into those habits,

Those reactions,

Those attitudes,

Those feelings that just naturally come up to the surface.

Well,

It's not really natural,

But it's a habit,

It's a natural habit that we've sort of created within our communication so many times,

Not just within ourselves,

But to people that we even create constellations and situations around ourselves that support that habit in playing out constantly its repetitive sort of energetic game.

And so,

Of course,

Once you do something a thousand times,

It's much easier to do that,

To repeat that,

Than to do something totally different.

So in stillness,

We can't be just passive.

Because very often people think meditation means stillness,

Stillness means sort of passive activity where you do nothing,

Where you just hope by being still that everything changes.

Of course,

This is not what stillness means.

It's a type of stillness,

But it's not meditational stillness.

Meditational stillness isn't about just sort of finding a little room somewhere that's soundproof so that you don't hear the chatter of your mind.

And you sort of disappear into that room,

Lock the door and lock the windows and say,

Okay,

I hope I don't hear that noise.

Because you are aware of the noise,

Even if you can't hear the noise,

Even if everything is seemingly still around you,

You can still sense the noise.

So even if we don't listen to our thoughts,

Even if we have the willpower to,

As some politicians and some clever business people seem to have developed,

Even if we have the will to change so that when the noise is in the background saying,

Oh,

This is terrible,

Then we're just saying,

No,

I'm strong enough to get through it.

This is not the meditational stillness I'm speaking about.

It's an incredible gift to be able to go against the structure of your mind that leaves for a little while.

Usually it doesn't last because usually that creates a whole different dynamic that ends up being obvious after many years.

But this is another aspect of life that can be part of another transmission.

But for now,

What I'm speaking about is this moment.

How do you address this moment?

Rather than willing change,

How do you create a space of activity within stillness whereby what you're doing doesn't come from will,

Doesn't come from need or want?

Because that's basically what willpower means.

You only will things if you need or want something,

You want to change something,

You want to create a difference on some level that comes from your perspective.

I want to be the best.

I want to be number one.

I want to do this.

I want to do that.

So let me will myself through all the challenges.

Let me reach my goal.

That's sort of the pep talk that people now find very useful in business.

This is what people are doing now,

To get together and will themselves to change.

It's fine if you want to achieve certain goals and you're a business person and you want to create all sorts of interesting constellations around you.

But I'm speaking more about sense of well-being.

The sense of well-being that comes from stillness cannot be willed by your mind.

It has to be somehow part of very deep awareness.

See,

If we're aware of the chatter,

If we're aware of the noise that's happening in the background,

If we're aware of situations because we become objective about those situations as we loosen our attachments to those situations,

We become more objective because we're distancing ourselves from our own reactive space or from our own judgmental space or fearful space or whatever space.

Then it becomes very,

Very clear to the mind because our awareness somehow falls into a more objective space that this habit that we keep repeating isn't really useful.

It hasn't really changed anything.

See,

That in mysticism is called knowledge or wisdom.

It's the wisdom that allows for stillness to be active.

It's not your willpower or your desire or your ego or your want or your reaction because of a pain.

It's a level of wisdom that can only be understood when one is objective,

So when one sees the situation for what it is.

Just like the Buddha,

You know,

We know the story.

The Buddha was the prince.

This is the story anyway.

He was a wealthy prince and was kept sort of secured away from all the pains and sufferings that were happening around him.

The palace was full of the best and nicest and most beautiful things.

Any sign of negativity,

A sick person or a dying person or an angry person,

Removed.

He was just not allowed to see those things because his parents wanted for him to just experience the most perfect aspect of life and not to be stamed by the negatives of life.

As we know,

Life is full of all sorts of things,

Good and bad.

That's what life means.

This is the incarnation we have chosen to come to here on this planet.

The idea that this planet is a heaven,

Well,

It can be more heavenly,

But it's not.

There will always be pain and suffering.

He realized one day when he decided,

The Buddha decided to go,

Or the prince at that time,

And decided to go out into the open world.

I think he actually wasn't allowed to do that,

But somehow he managed to get out there and see life in the marketplace as it really was.

He was so shocked.

He was so completely shocked to see reality.

See,

The story is basically removing oneself from the attached space of the ego,

Which is the palace,

Where we are creating pictures about reality and moving to the present moment,

Through this objective perspective.

He was so shocked,

The Buddha,

When he sort of came back to reality,

Not the palace creation that was lovely but not so very real,

And came back to this reality in the marketplace,

That he decided there and then,

But not from the ego,

Not from his willpower,

He decided there and then from this space of wisdom,

That there must be a level of transcendence that makes it possible to see things from a new perspective.

So basically the story is about breaking the manipulative,

Egoic realm that we create.

So we create these pictures,

Ideas,

That keep us going,

Pretending that life is one thing,

But reality is totally different.

We don't know reality because we're living in the picture that the mind creates,

And if it doesn't fit into that picture,

We will ourselves to create more of the picture that we want.

But reality is totally different.

So when you connect to the stillness,

Or when you connect to the more objective aspect of consciousness,

Awareness,

Then you fall back into wisdom.

See,

Even though it's painful to see things as they are for some people,

To realize,

Oh I've lived all my life in fear,

How incredible,

I can't really imagine why I'm doing this.

I'm objective about it now and I'm deciding to do things in a different way.

Or oh my gosh,

I've lived my life with this idea that money means total happiness,

Bliss,

And everything is okay.

And now I have money?

Oh,

It's not.

You know,

Sometimes life teaches you,

It's called karma,

That teaches you how to become more objective.

So you get what you want,

Or you get the picture that the ego is sort of,

You manifest the picture that the ego is sort of running after,

Then all of a sudden you're more unhappy than ever before,

Because some part of you knows that that picture is so far removed from reality that your efforts and your energy that you're putting into manifesting that picture are actually diverting you from coming back to wisdom,

To stillness,

To an objective perspective.

And now that sounds very cold for some people,

They sort of say oh,

The joy and the bliss gets lost if I'm just coming back to a cold reality where I'm just objective.

But of course,

Once we're objective,

Then that is when we can choose.

If the choice is made for us,

If the choice is made for us in the way that we think or feel because we fall into the habits that the ego manipulates into creating in all aspects,

Not just within the way you choose things,

But also in the way that things are manifest around you,

So that the actual physical structures around you are part of this egoic realm manifestation.

So when we realize that we have a choice,

And that choice that we have been investing our lives,

Our energies,

Our thoughts,

Our feelings,

Everything into is just one aspect of reality,

It's not reality,

Then we can begin,

Like the Buddha did,

Begin to meditate,

Begin to contemplate,

Move deeper and transform and energize a positive energy flow that is wisdom within our hearts.

So then we awaken the heart,

We awaken this aspect of the heart that is naturally alive,

Naturally blissful,

Naturally full of joy,

Naturally full of happiness.

Once you begin to sense this within the heart,

Once there is a heartfelt connection to this moment,

Then everything changes,

Transformation happens in a way where it seems like the world is upside down,

Because all that the mind created is real,

It's challenged,

The whole structure of evolution that has brought us to this point where our minds,

Our neocortex is thinking in a certain way,

It's challenged and we need to change,

It's not even a need,

It's just a fundamental thing that has to happen,

Because we can't hold on to that picture anymore,

And that change means that we quantum leap into a new dimension for understanding the world,

Where we are learning,

Where we are creative,

Where we are open,

Where we are excited about the manifestation that's happening around,

Rather than feeling caught by its limitation or the paradigm of fear or the paradigm of insecurity that very often drives this Western culture,

Because we simply don't feel connected to the world,

We feel disconnected,

We feel separate from the world.

On some level that disconnection creates fear,

It's like taking a baby away from its mother,

You know,

If we are disconnected to that which gives us life,

Or if you take a baby away from its mother,

What's going to happen?

Of course there will be separation anxiety,

There will be pain and suffering and consequences,

And why would you not come back to that which creates a sense of joy?

That's what is so very interesting,

When you begin to come back to a heartfelt connection to life,

And you begin to communicate and connect to life from this deep essential quality that is stillness,

Then this separation that the mind feels,

That the ego is created,

The ego is created by this separation,

The separation becomes less relevant,

Still there,

But it's less relevant because you connect to something different,

Not only do you connect to more joy and more happiness and a more positive life force that now can flow through and connect to all aspects of yourself,

Including manifestation,

But also you connect to the knowledge that you have a choice,

And this planet is the only planet where you have this choice,

Where you can choose to let go of the old,

The old paradigms,

The old habits and explore the new,

Doesn't mean that everything changes in a miraculous way,

Just means that your freedom allows you to explore something that is more healthy for you,

That brings you more joy,

That brings you more inner stillness,

More inner peace,

So today as you breathe in and breathe out,

Just let go of the mundane and remember,

Come back to stillness,

Let go,

Deep breath,

Deep breath.

So wonderful to continue the meditation for a few moments and allow the energy of the transmission to bring you back to the awareness of stillness,

Simply breathing in,

Breathing out as you let go,

Embracing your connection to life.

Thank you.
