You you you Today the intention of this meditation and healing is to come back to the space of stillness Even though this may be a little bit difficult when faced with challenges,

When faced with situations that create stress or anxiety It's important that the focus At least for some part of the day in your meditation that the focus is through this intention of coming back to stillness this means that you need to be active in the participation of your meditation rather than just sit there in stillness what is useful is to engage and communicate to your meditation from a space of expectancy so it's almost as if you know and you expect that there is a Communication that is happening on a deeper level and you're simply tuning into such communication And we can do this together now Practice is the most beautiful way of remembering the stillness within Deep breath As you breathe out and extend the duration of the out breath letting go into stillness you you you you you you you Deep breath you relaxing into the stillness you you you you you you shepherd think damp relax Thank you.

You you you you you deep breath relaxing on the out breath just enjoying sensation,

The experience of being present to your body being present to the flow of your breath just being present you you you you relaxing and letting go enjoying the space of stillness within your heart enjoying the space of stillness that allows your mind to drift into a sense of peaceful connection to all parts of your being your heart connects to your mind through the sensation and celebration of peace as you breathe in and breathe out,

Expand the sensation,

The feeling,

The experience of peace allow all parts of your being to be connected and in alignment to this peaceful flow reflected within your breath,

Reflected within all parts of your being you you you you you you you deep breath take a few moments just to connect to the awareness of stillness so notice how still your body may feel,

Notice how relaxed your body may feel notice the stillness within your breath,

Within your physical body just notice the stillness within your thoughts,

Within the way that you're communicating to yourself expand the awareness so that you're just present to the stillness as it gets reflected within as information,

As knowledge,

As wisdom when you connect and you bring this awareness to the experience of stillness on all the many different levels that you can experience stillness you may wish to take a few more moments to just be present integrating the meditation,

Integrating this experience of stillness so that throughout your day you bring these moments of stillness into your experience of life deep breath letting go and relaxing thank you

Not going to lie the ones that are predominantly silent are tough for me, but I notice if I sit through them they bring great relief, stillness and peace. I was smiling at the end of this feeling restored and expectant of great things. Thank you!
