
Going Forward In Retrograde

You you you You may have sensed in the world there is this heavy energy not negative energy but an energy that makes things more difficult Creates a bit of a struggle It seems like instead of moving forward that there is a tendency to fall back into Old ways and old thoughts and old patterns,
But actually it's not a negative thing We may see it from a mental perspective as negative But in spiritual practice,
We know that everything is part of the circle of life And the circle of life isn't always about going somewhere that the mind sees as a better place very often It's about letting go and transformation and at the moment there there is a lot of transformation happening Which can seem very destructive so like anything,
You know the old aspect of habits and the old energies within thoughts and feelings They are breaking down or there is a sense of destruction Which creates this heaviness and makes it difficult for us to see that is part of the cycle It's part of the movement that is helping us to come back to the light the light within ourselves But the light that is everywhere that luminosity within ourselves is a reflection of the light that is in the universe So we are the universe we are the cosmos and when we recognize that we are creating space for this light deep within us Then we see that we're just going through a phase of Transformation rather than focus on the heaviness of the energy that some of us may be feeling sensitive to so it's good to create this clarity within one's mind Because if the mind is very focused and caught up in heavy feelings the tendency is that our meditation falls into that space of Struggle of it's not so easy of the mind sort of creating this background noise where the inner saboteur and the the difficulty of the situation becomes Much more the focus than the actual spiritual practice I'm just wanting to clarify this and hopefully it's helpful for you just in case you go into meditation With those thoughts or with that so-called retrograde energy it's important to come back to clarity and the clarity is very much part of the Spiritual practice and the way we clear the space is actually to create a sense of detachment We can create this detachment by recognizing the thoughts and the feelings and the body Sensations and the experience may be what it is,
You know difficult a bit of a struggle But we're just observing from perspective.
Oh,
This is an interesting situation.
This is an interesting phase of the Transformation so we're stepping back.
This is the first thing we can do stepping outside creating detachment stepping outside of the Destructive energy that is very much part of life.
We know that life is all about Transformation that universe is transforming.
So when we allow for the perspective of standing back and seeing oh,
Yes This is what's going on.
Then there is healing that happens So right now see if you can pull your energy and your mindful aware energy within you if you can pull that outside of yourself perhaps by elevating and Observing the energies the space of energy that is you your thoughts your feelings So it's almost as if you step outside and expand and look down at yourself And honor that this is what's going on.
You're creating perspective just that focus creates a Possibility to manifest this intention in your spiritual practice in the meditation that we are now going to go deeper into Coming back to stillness deep breath into the abdomen deep breath into the body You you Taking a moment to just expand into the space around you you are the cosmos Expanding into the space You Just observing with awareness and mindfulness The way that you're breathing the way that you are holding your body the way that you're holding your head The breath as it enters into your body the feelings the sensations The experience that you're going through Observing and being mindful rather than falling into the experience rather than attaching to the experience It's very subtle But as you breathe in and breathe out and let go and just be part of the flow You will notice that detachment happens without effort Deep breath You The breath into the abdomen as you breathe out extending the out breath Full complete out breath You You Deep breath Just sense the space of clarity as you elevate to a mindful aware space within yourself Observing Connecting to deep perspective Allowing yourself to just flow into the space that is much more clear Much more focused as you breathe in and breathe out the space just allows for a creative flow within you The mind is still there functioning as the mind always does Feelings are still there functioning as the feelings always do The body is still present supporting you and helping you to heal The mindful aware space of clarity now The focus as you breathe in deep breath into your body Clear and open connections allowing you to elevate to the space of Subtle connections to the world subtle connections to the way that you're processing the information So there is a flow rather than a heaviness.
There is a movement rather than constriction Be aware that this also is happening in your body Relaxing and letting go as you breathe in opening up to the healing as you breathe out letting go of the constrictions or the limitations that the body might be holding on to the same with the mind the same with the energy of the emotional body Letting go as you breathe out extended full out breath Breathing in Breathing in and breathing out letting go you you Deep breath The focus is coming back to clarity as you detach creating a space or perspective and clarity Detach so that you're connected to your deep inner experience rather than just the perception of your experience Deep breath as you let go of the old Deep breath out as you let go of the old Breathe in the clarity and the focus that you now sense on all levels your whole being clear your whole being connected to deep and profound perspective you you you you Deep breath As you come back to the sense of clarity as you breathe in and breathe out and there is this sense of open elevation and notice how Deep within yourself.
There is a space of healing that's happening Connect to the healing open up and just celebrate the healing within you by breathing in in a very open way breathing into your body and celebrating the breath As the beautiful spirit that vitalizes and enlivens all parts of your being Breathing in a yes breath Deep into the abdomen deep full breath and as you breathe out Relaxing letting go moving deeper and deeper Breathing in breathing out and letting go into stillness You You You The breath You know just now how your body is more luminous or connected to the light within Deep within your heart more connected to the light of the cosmos more connected to consciousness This allows for a clarity that sometimes is hidden,
But now as you breathe in a yes breath into your body to all parts of your being there is a clarity This clarity brings about a focus Focus that allows you to continue moving deeply into the transformative Energy that is now embracing all aspects of humanity As you celebrate this transformation from perspective from detachment Spiritual journey is one of deep joy deep happiness Recognize this as you breathe in and breathe out And create an intention for today to hold the space of this clarity hold the space within And don't judge yourself if you get lost remember there is transformation.
It's powerful It's very intense And we are humans and it's okay sometimes to just forget But create a clear intention today to keep coming back to Keep coming back to the space that you now recognize deep within you If there are situations that create unclarity for you And don't focus on your perceptions of the situation But come back to the clarity that you recognize now in this moment As you create this intention the intention will begin to Create itself within your experience within whatever is happening Inside of you,
But also around you the manifestation of positivity Becomes very clear the healing force within the positive that is life Supports you to go deeper To connect to a more profound and powerful part of your being that now we're exploring together Deep breath Deep breath into the abdomen Full complete out breath letting go You may wish to continue in stillness for a few more moments Integrating the experience focusing on the intention And slowly when you're ready coming back Coming back to your body Coming back and writing in your journal and drinking some water Just enjoying the rest of today Thank you You

I have noticed something up, you are correct. I recently tried to explain it to another meditator that I felt as if I was treading water with my meditation practice. Or perhaps my meditation practice was keeping my head up. It was hard to know the difference. In this meditation, I just observed it all. I don’t understand transformation but I find it fascinating to watch it within myself. Thank you for putting positive energy into the spaces I am clearing.
