We continue today with the daily satsangs,

The energy transmission,

So making sure that you're comfortable and ready for the inner transmission and the outer transmission.

Inwardly it's always very good to remember to come back to this state of presence,

No effort,

Just letting go into this beautiful space here and now.

And if there are distractions on the outer level of experience,

Noise or situations that distract,

Then if possible making sure those are not disturbing you either by turning off the gadgets or whatever it is that is disturbing or creating a neutral space within yourself where the senses are receptive to that which is happening on the outer level of experience but connected and attentive to the inner flow of wisdom.

So as you breathe in deeply and breathe out deeply,

It is not that anything changes but your attitude is transformed simply because you're in touch with an inner flow that becomes so all-embracing that there is no egoic realm to distract you or to manipulate you into thinking,

Feeling or reacting to whatever it is that creates tension or stress or anxiety.

Sometimes our senses get overwhelmed by this or that but as we come back to this state of embracing the here and the now,

Then things happen one thing at a time and so whatever the flow,

The mind,

The body,

The nervous system,

The energy of the body,

The physical manifestation that you are just allows this flow to move through you without any resistance,

Without any tension,

Without any anxiety,

Without any sense of not being able to manage the flow of information or the flow of communication.

It's almost like everything slows down but it doesn't slow down really into,

It doesn't slow down to a slow pace,

It just slows down because you take those steps consciously one at a time.

It's not that you're slowing down,

It's just simply that everything else around you slows down and actually the pace of transformation,

The pace of inner communication,

Inner receptivity speeds up.

So despite everything slowing down externally,

Internally everything moves with a quickening that becomes clear and obvious to a state of consciousness that is receptive.

Breathing deeply,

Slowing the breath down allows for everything to slow down externally and for consciousness to expand into the space that was previously disturbed by all and everything that created tension and anxiety.

Now as you let go,

As you breathe out and let go,

Everything just changes.

Tension changes,

The anxiety or stress level changes.

You notice from deep within that your communication to the external also changes.

So you're softer and more compassionate and more gentle with communication not just to yourself but to the world.

It's almost as if due to the steps that you're taking,

The conscious steps that you're taking at this moment,

Everything changes.

Every step becomes more conscious.

Breathing in and breathing out.

Letting go.

Let go and come back to deep breathing.

Slowing down the breath so that the breath is just flowing through the body without resistance,

Without tension,

Without effort.

Letting go.

Deep breath.

Deep breath.

Deep breath.

Letting go.

As you continue allowing the breath to relax more and more,

The breath slowing,

Slowing down so that all that happens is just this beautiful state of consciousness that becomes more and more present,

Not just in your breathing but in all aspects of physical manifestation.

So be aware of your hands,

Be aware of your body as you breathe in.

So you're not just breathing in through your lungs,

You're breathing in with your whole being.

Hands are a very good place to imagine,

To sense,

To experience the breath just touching the cells of your body,

The palms of your hands just tingling with warmth,

With a state of being more receptive to the energy of breath.

It's almost as if you're breathing with your whole body,

Not just the palms of your hands but every part of your body breathing in.

So consciousness moves beyond just manifesting in one space.

Whatever that space is,

If you're thinking,

Consciousness is present to the thinking but it's everywhere all at the same time.

If you're breathing,

Consciousness is present to your breath but everywhere,

All at the same time.

It's a wonderful feeling and it may need a little bit of help in the sense that your focus is expanded.

So if you're just aware of your breath,

Expand to different parts of your body.

If you're just aware of your thoughts,

Expand to different aspects of perception that happen,

Your feelings,

The nervous system,

The body communication,

Just allowing consciousness to embrace the space everywhere.

Deep breath.

Letting go.

This wonderful state of receptivity,

This wonderful state of just being conscious of everything without judgement,

Without the need to jump ahead of yourself by being there in the future wherever that might be,

Getting caught in the past,

Whatever that past may be.

Just remembering,

Just coming back to a state of consciousness where you're here in the present and this happens naturally when consciousness embraces all aspects of your experience,

All aspects of your being that are manifested now.

Not who you are tomorrow or who you will be tomorrow or who you are yesterday or who you were yesterday,

But who you are right now is this wonderful receptive vehicle that is consciousness,

Open and connected to all levels of communication.

As you continue in your practice,

Being aware of the breath,

Being aware of all and everything that's around you,

That's within you,

As you continue with this wonderful state of awareness,

With this wonderful state of mindfulness,

Then your practice embraces all and everything that happens to you in daily life,

Whatever it is that you may be doing in your work,

At home,

In practical situations,

In other situations that might arise today.

You will notice that consciousness embraces the communication that's beyond what is happening.

You become aware of the space where this communication is being created,

The space itself,

The creative space that allows for such communication.

So if you're in the midst of a situation and all your focus and energy is on that specific situation,

Just remember this practice where awareness extends to all and everything,

So be aware of the situation but extend your awareness a little bit further away from that focus and look into the spaces that surround that focus.

The more you use consciousness,

The more consciousness becomes powerful.

So it's not that you have to choose to ignore a situation.

So if you're communicating to someone at work or in a situation that requires your attention,

It's not that you need to ignore or move away from that focus,

But you can also bring your awareness to the space that surrounds that communication,

So you can become aware of the person's body language,

You can become aware of the atmosphere around the person,

You can become aware of the energy around a person.

As much as you use consciousness,

The more consciousness begins to become familiar with you and is able to communicate all at once many forms of information that make sense to you,

Not just to your mind but to all parts of you.

So as you continue with this practice today,

A very powerful day for transformation,

A very powerful day to let go of the old and embrace the new,

Remember the mantra,

Remember this meditation,

The Who meditation that we continue with.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Thank you.

I keep coming back to this wonderful session for the peaceful deeply โ€œcleansedโ€ sensation that results. Interestingly... I have chronic pain and was suffering a lot earlier but felt at least 60% of it melt away during the transmission allowing me the space to โ€œbaskโ€ and enjoy. So appreciated!
