Many situations happen in the world today that make us forget to come back to the space of stillness. If we create a daily ritual where we enter a state of calm and consciously choose not to get caught in resistance, we find our true abilities.

Making sure that you're in a comfortable place,
Undisturbed by the technologies of today.
It's wonderful just to give yourself this moment to embrace stillness and inner peace.
Sometimes it's difficult to do this because there are so many situations that are happening within our experience of what's happening internally and things happening outside,
Our experience of the world outside.
And so many things can create a little confusion sometimes so that we just forget to come back to this space of inner stillness.
Hence why routine and a sense of flow that continues your practice in every way,
Whichever situation that you might find yourself with experiencing,
This flow is very important so that you have a daily ritual.
And what better way to continue coming back to stillness,
Not just in your meditation but also within the transmission,
Within the connection to energy that allows for finding wisdom.
And this is the topic of today's meditation,
How to find wisdom or better still,
How not to get caught in the resistance and attachments of the ego that somehow doesn't allow for wisdom to come up to the surface and beautifully express itself as wisdom does in all sorts of situations.
So letting go of resistance and attachment is a very key,
Very core key aspect of the meditation.
So as you become mindful of whatever the resistance may be or attachment to certain situations,
Then already you're challenging that part of your mind or that part of your feeling body to not keep repeating the same circle.
So you're exploring your relationship on a more profound level,
You're exploring your relationship within this space of non-attachment,
Non-resistance within this space of flow,
I call this space a flow,
A creative flow.
When you begin to explore the relationship in this way,
What you're doing is you begin to notice certain patterns or a thread in the story that becomes obvious and your feelings around those stories or those patterns become more obvious as you allow for mindfulness to be part of the practice,
Letting go of resistance and attachment.
First means that you have the wisdom to understand what those patterns are,
What the story behind those patterns,
What the story is all about,
Why is there that story,
Why is there this sort of urge to hold on?
Of course we know the ego wants to hold on to anything that it knows,
But what is the energy that feeds the ego?
Why is it easier to stay within this picture,
Within this story,
Than to transform it or to get out of it?
Why am I,
Why is the ego,
I afraid of what might happen if I let go?
Why am I judging things as undesirable or negative or bad?
Why am I struggling with this pattern?
Why am I struggling with this story?
See,
As you bring awareness these questions come up,
It's just like a child asking why is it like this?
It's a great aspect of wisdom,
It's a great attribute of wisdom to be able to just not get caught in and entrenched by our egoic mind,
To relax the egoic mind so that the resistance and attachment to certain aspects of life can just more easily flow.
So as you practice this now in your meditation,
As you breathe in and breathe out,
And just let go of this mental concept that things are difficult,
Let go of the resistance,
Let go of the attachments to belief systems or ideas that things are difficult or negative,
And just relax as you breathe in and breathe out,
Relax and open up to a new perspective,
A new relationship.
Letting go of the resistance and the attachment means that you replace that space that the ego is very comfortable with,
With a more heartfelt connection to the world,
But there needs to be an activity within that connection,
So you're not just coming back to a space of emptiness,
Stillness allows you to be more aware that there is much more going on than your attachments or resistance to certain situations.
As you become aware of this more,
This spaciousness,
This lightness within you,
As the ego relaxes,
You become lighter,
You become more spacious,
You connect to things in a different way,
And you can notice this as you breathe in and breathe out,
As you let go of the attachment to certain thoughts,
Your body begins to relax.
As your mind no longer gets too attached to certain thoughts or too resistant to certain judgements or negativities or fighting and creating all this sort of turmoil,
As you let that go,
You will notice that your emotional body and your physical body relaxes even more.
And that is a wonderful aspect of meditation,
Because as you relax in this way,
You're allowing for the transmission to connect to you on a very deep and profound level,
I call this level heartfelt wisdom.
You're connecting to your own inner wisdom,
That is what the transmission means.
You're not judging yourself or nagging yourself about all these situations,
You're simply letting go of the noise and you're listening.
And it may be difficult or uncomfortable in the beginning,
But because the body,
Because the emotional body and the physical body relax and let go,
A subtle shift begins to change within your awareness.
You're not giving energy to that inner turmoil,
That inner voice that is speaking all sorts of judgements or attached to all sorts of belief systems.
You're allowing your heart to speak to you in a way that requires an embracing of the moment,
Just like as if you're speaking to a close friend or someone that you truly care for,
You're embracing the space within this moment,
Rather than shifting and trying to attach yourself to your own belief system,
You're opening up to the space,
The spaciousness within the space that is the communication that's happening.
So this means that you're even allowing the more vulnerable aspect of yourself,
Even the deep inner aspect of yourself to be present.
See,
It's a sort of commitment you're making to yourself.
I'm OK,
I'm free enough to open up to this heartfelt wisdom without needing to fall back into the egoic thinking of the mind.
So vulnerability is not vulnerability in a negative sense,
Vulnerability is that you're allowing your heart now to be present to the communication,
And that's how you find wisdom.
So as you relax your body,
You're relaxing into the space of wisdom.
Deep breath and allow for the stillness to communicate to you,
Give it a beautiful,
Bright,
Light voice.
So the communication is beyond just concepts,
It's the voice,
The song of your heart.
So as you shift away from attachment,
As you shift away,
As you transcend beyond resistance,
You're coming back to this relaxed space in your meditation.
Beautiful place.
Beautiful place of energy.
Energetic pathways that connect the heart,
Energetic pathways that connect the various centers,
The energy centers within your spine now release their energy.
The contraction is now softened.
The blocks are now removed.
The mind begins to recognize that you're transcending those patterns,
Those constrictions,
Limitations,
That resistance and attachment to certain ways of doing things.
Now the flow that comes,
That is present,
That comes from within the heart,
That's present in your communication,
Becomes the very center of your attention.
It's almost as if you remember,
Not just a feeling or a deep,
Profound aspect of yourself,
You remember something deep,
Deep within as you open up in this way.
So the contraction,
The limitations release in a very natural way as awareness expands.
Deep breath as you allow for the meditation to flow more deeply,
More smoothly,
More beautifully.
Let go of painful or contracted perspectives.
Just give yourself this moment to explore the spaciousness of being.
Deep breath,
Relaxing the body,
Enjoying the expanse of space.
Connecting,
Imagining how as you connect to this beautiful wholeness,
To this beautiful completeness,
How you move deeper and deeper into an aspect of yourself that I call the pure being within wisdom.
And everything,
All the contractions begin to dissolve as this beautiful pure being that is you.
Let's remember now as you come back to your heart,
Let's go of or replaces those negative patterns that feed resistance,
That feed attachment with positive energy,
That now bring about a state of awareness or joy and bliss.
On some very profound level,
This joy and bliss creates a warm sensation within your body.
You're no longer caught in the resistance or the attachments that the mind loves to create.
Ideas such as no one cares about me or I'm not good enough or I never get what I want or all these aspects of the mind that creates resistance and attachments to certain situations around no longer become the center of your attention as you come back to this beautiful space.
As you unravel the patterns within your meditation,
As you more quickly get caught,
Watch yourself as they try to catch you,
Those resistance,
Resistant thoughts or attached thoughts as they try to catch your attention.
You observe them and you catch them before they arise.
You're freer,
You're less reactive,
You gradually become more and more connected to your heart.
You're able to shift those patterns through this spacious awareness.
And even if patterns arise,
Even if attachments come up to the surface,
They pass away just as quickly.
Deep breath as you come back to this state of remembrance.
Letting go of any tension in the body.
Relaxing the body.
Gently breathing into this state of expansive relaxation.
Letting go.
And connecting to the positive flow within.
This flow may just affirm or embrace the beauty of this moment,
The beauty of just letting go and relaxing into the spacious communication that happens as you let go.
Beyond words,
This beautiful spacious communication is not so specific.
You just sense,
Deep within you sense a connection.
Well,
It may be specific,
It may be that your thoughts now are more positive or your feelings are more positive.
Usually it's not specific,
It's just a deep and profound experience of wholeness,
Completeness.
Which may be specific in the sense that there is calmness or a relaxed energy in your body,
Or a deeply loving feeling in your heart,
Or a sense of expansiveness or space.
Something may be unique to you,
But usually it's just this wholeness,
Completeness that now is spreading,
Not just throughout your body,
Not just throughout the cells within your body,
But also into the space that is around your physical body.
You're basically replacing negative patterns with positive energy.
But in such a gentle way,
Your heart knows this gentle path,
In such a gentle way that your mind is really not needing to struggle with the change or with the transformation.
Your mind doesn't need to challenge you anymore,
Because it's as relaxed as your body,
It's as relaxed as your emotions.
Just allowing for this wholeness,
Completeness,
To connect to you on all levels,
In unique ways that speak to you,
Or just in this gentle expansion,
This gentle flow,
As it continues to take you deeper and deeper.
As the energy of relaxation continues to bring you back to the state of presence,
Coming back to a deeper and more profound connection,
As you become aware and present to all and everything,
Beyond your thoughts,
Beyond your feelings,
Aware of the spaciousness of being.
Deep breath.
Such a celebration just to be.
Allow now for the healing to happen naturally,
Just relaxing and enjoying these next few moments,
As you let go,
As you allow for the flow to create this state of expansion within you,
This state of wholeness within you.
Deep breath.
You may wish to continue in meditation for a few more moments,
Letting go,
Relaxing,
Enjoying this present moment.
