Do.
Hello,
I hope you are ready for the transmission.
Just making sure that you are comfortable,
Making sure that there are any distractions around you,
That you just give yourself a few moments to come back to a space of inner stillness,
Being connected and aligned to this still point within,
In preparation for the meditation.
As you let go of the mundane and gently come back to the awareness or mindfulness of your breath,
Just observing how the breath flows through your body,
Flows through your nostrils,
Moving deep down into the abdomen,
Gentle breath allows you to just come back here to this moment,
Being mindful of all and everything that is manifesting within this moment,
The sounds,
The tastes,
The sensations,
The various experiences that you become aware of around you and within you.
So the breath is almost like a bridge.
As you breathe in,
You are breathing in a greater state of consciousness,
Expanding into a greater state of consciousness,
Being more present and more aligned with what is actually happening.
Without judgment,
Without needing to conceptualize or make sense of what is happening,
You are just simply aware,
Present to the experience.
And as you breathe out,
Letting go of those tensions and those anxieties that may have been there for a little while because of whatever experiences in the past,
Letting go of stresses or anxieties because that is just the way the body is used to reacting to whatever the situation your mind is present to,
Letting go as you let go in this way through the out-breath,
You are breathing out and letting go the tensions that may be present in your muscles,
The tensions that may be present in your body,
Also sending a very powerful signal to the body to come back to this moment and to relax because in this moment there is nothing to worry about,
There is no stress,
There is no anxiety,
There is no need to be in a state of fight or flight.
You can let go,
Just relax into the moment.
As you breathe out,
That's what you are doing,
Relaxing into the moment.
So you are breathing out and letting go.
Breathing in and breathing out.
Just simply being aware of the flow of breath.
And such an awareness allows you to be more present to consciousness in a very powerful,
Very beautiful way.
Breathing in and breathing out.
Every time the mind comes up with another thought or becomes distracted by another situation,
Another experience,
Just letting go as you focus and you are tension moves with the breath.
Breathing in,
Deep breath.
Breathing out,
Deep breath.
Breathing in,
Deep breath.
Breathing out,
Deep breath.
And letting go.
There is such a flow in the breathing.
It almost captures your attention in the same way as a beautiful flower in the field or a beautiful tree in the forest.
There is a certain presence to the breath that words cannot describe.
There is a certain presence in the breath that imbues the space with a quality of vitality and energy.
So beautiful to just receive and be receptive to the energy of the breath.
As you let go of tensions and let go of this obsessive sort of thinking that happens sometimes in the mind.
Just come back to a state of presence.
It is wonderful just to be receptive to this life energy that the breath transmits within you,
Within the cells of your body,
Within the cells of your organs,
Within your physical body but also within your emotional and energetic body,
Nervous system.
Just the space around becomes more vital and more alive.
So it is almost as if with every breath that you take,
Every breath that you breathe into your body,
Presence becomes much more part of your experience.
Just observe as you breathe in and breathe out this sense of well-being that you are getting slowly in touch with.
As you let go of the mundane and come back to this beautiful state of presence.
Deep breath.
As you let go of the situations and the feelings and the thoughts and the structures that support this sort of losing of energy,
Sort of space where you lose energy to just the stress or the anxiety or the negative thinkings that so very often happen.
When we are out of balance or not in equilibrium with the life force that is flowing through the breath.
When we let go of the out of balance state,
We naturally come back into balance.
So the breath becomes more gentle.
You may notice as you move into a deeper state of consciousness,
You may notice the breath become more gentle.
You may notice that the breath becomes more profound.
Even though you are breathing more gently,
You are breathing very deeply into this part of your body,
The abdomen,
That part of your body,
The depth,
The core aspect of the energy system,
The abdomen,
In such a way whereby you may notice flow,
Movement.
It's almost as if it's part of your body,
The abdomen,
Just gently as you breathe in,
Gently moves,
As you breathe out,
Gently moves.
Becoming aware of this movement as you breathe in and breathe out and consciously slowing down the breath,
Which allows you to stay in this receptive state where you are receiving energy from the life force that is all around you and within you,
Rather than expending energy from negatives that your mind becomes obsessed with or negatives that your body reacts to,
Tension,
Anxiety.
All that as you let go of such things,
All that requires less energy,
Requires less energy from your breath,
Requires less energy from your life force.
Now,
There's a switch almost as if you are more receptive to this beautiful sense deep within you where energy is in abundance,
The life force is expanding,
Sense of well-being is in all and everything and you're aligning yourself to such.
Deep breath.
Deep breath.
Gentle breath.
Deep breath.
Gentle breath.
The more you let go,
The more still everything becomes,
The mind becomes still,
Just aware what is important,
The breath,
This space,
This moment.
Letting go of lost in future,
Just coming back here.
Deep breath.
Here within this fountain of well-being that you're now in alignment with,
Breathing into and breathing out of.
Deep breath.
Mind wonders,
It's not thought for wonders to a noise or wonders to a sensation,
Just observe it as it wonders,
Come back to this moment.
The beauty of your breathing as you breathe in and breathe out,
Just the movement within the abdomen and slowing the breath down a little bit more,
Relaxing a little bit more,
Letting go a little bit more and enjoying space of stillness a little bit more.
Deep breath.
Deep breath.
Thinking sure your body is upright,
Your chest is open,
The posture of your body embraces this beautiful state of receptivity.
Your body is receptive,
Your mind is receptive,
Your feelings are receptive,
Your whole being receptive to the natural flow of energy,
Space.
Deep breath.
And as you continue breathing in and breathing out with consciousness,
Breathing in and breathing out in a state of receptivity,
Allowing this next meditation,
The Who meditation,
To bring you back every time to this depth.
As you repeat beautiful sound of Who H.
U.
,
What you're doing is allowing for this state of receptivity to be more and more present within your practice.
Who is an ancient word of embodiment,
Embracement.
Breathing in and breathing out and chanting with this mantra,
Chanting alongside with this mantra,
Deep inside,
Deep inside of your body so you can hear the vibrations of Who as you repeat the sound within yourself and through this deeper state of consciousness,
Deeper state of receptivity.
And as you continue breathing in and breathing out,
You can feel the energy of your body,
The energy of your body,
The energy of your body,
The energy of your body,
The energy of your body.
