You you you you you you you today I thought to practice meditation which is a very useful thing to do whenever anything is out of balance whether that be that you're not feeling good or whether that be that your thoughts are negative or just that there is too much stress or too much confusion in your life or if there are situations around you that might be challenging or that you're not feeling good that might be challenging or stressful then sitting in meditation very often creates a healing frequency that not only helps you to come back to a state of stillness but also helps to create an alignment within you that also focuses healing energy so that the people around you and the situations around you connect to the stillness within themselves so that the stress and the tension and the anxiety become less and so that the focus is just coming back to a state of well-being that is vibrant and healthy and also radiant and luminous and today's meditation is about connecting to this luminosity and radiance and today's meditation is about connecting to this luminosity and radiance one can do this simply by closing one's eyes as you close your eyes letting go of the external situations that may be distracting you and just breathing into your abdomen making sure that as you breathe in you relax the body so that the body naturally expands within breath if there is any tension naturally letting this tension disappear as you breathe out and relax even more deep breath deep breath as you breathe in relaxing breathe out relaxing just enjoying the flow of breath and sinking into a deeper state of stillness deep breath as you relax and let go and it's very good as you relax and breathe in and breathe out to focus on this luminosity in a visual sense so you can imagine your body becoming more luminous as you breathe in this healing energy that is connecting you to the beautiful universe that's around everyone so as you breathe in and breathe out just connecting to this luminous energy within yourself by being a channel by being open and receptive to the energy that's within the universe that now through the frequency that you're creating recognizes that you're open and receptive to this energy allowing this energy to flow through you visualizing this sensation that is happening in the body as you expand into a state of radiance and into a state of luminosity deep breath as you relax and let go visualizing this luminosity,

This radiance is a beautiful vibrant,

Alive radiant luminous expanding light around you so with every breath that you breathe into your body just sensing this expansion out towards the universe this expansion into infinity help you to be open and receptive help you to be present and open and receptive to the energy that you're absorbing through your body this wonderful sensation as your body expands in this way so does your emotional body mental energy the whole structure of your body just expands into an open state of receptivity and it's so wonderful just to visualize this and feel this and activate this feeling through sense of adventure as you expand and open up you're really curious and adventurous adventurous in that way where you're expanding into the infinite space that is all around you all around the space that you are finding yourself in now,

Meditating so if you're at home or if you're at work just imagining this place surrounded by this luminous light so you're a channel allowing this luminosity to move through you but also to expand into the space that is around you deep breath letting go as you breathe out relaxing any tension that you may recognize in your body shoulders,

Face,

Relaxing so that the next in breath is open and expansive receptive and allowing yourself to just disappear into this state of expansion letting go deep breath you deep breath you it's very easy to get caught up in the distractions or the problems that the mind tends to focus upon if this is happening as you come back to stillness then recognize the illusion that the mind creates of a sense of importance even though the situation may be important,

The mind can get so deceived and distracted by the situation that it forgets that really the mind is not in control the mind is not the aspect of yourself that is in control it's rather the frequency and the energy within your body that is truly important and can help not only change and transform situations but also can help you to be very focused and present so that the actual steps that you need to take are obvious and they're taken without a sense of being tired or overwhelmed by the situation because the mind is creating this distraction the mind can so very easily deceive the flow of energy so that the energy,

Rather than moving towards a wonderful state of expansion,

Then gets caught in the problem in the situation,

In the world of problems,

In the many things that need attention so remind yourself today that you're not the conceptual aspect of the mind that through the power of the mind beyond concepts,

Beyond perceptions,

Beyond ideas and belief systems beyond passions,

Imperfections wants and needs beyond the need and desire for sensory living,

There is a part of the mind that is totally aware totally present,

This is the higher aspect of the mind and that helps us to reach to a spirit within ourselves that is free to reach out towards the light and to expand towards the light meaning that the negative powers that the mind very often activates,

Such as negative bias,

No longer becomes the central theme of the way that you're perceiving reality so when you recognise this in your everyday situations when you recognise yourself getting caught,

Getting deceived getting distracted by the mind and just remind yourself okay,

This is how things are but I don't need to keep giving energy to the situation I can come back to this wonderful state of inner stillness so that the higher aspect of the mind is what's creating the perception of the external world rather than the attachment to the negatives or the attachments to the problems there is a level of trust that is invited back into spiritual practice and spiritual practice happens all the time in your meditation but also in your everyday life type situation deep breath so today,

Remind yourself if you're caught or if you're being manipulated by the mind to fall into stress or worry or tension or confusion or just not really being able to manage the situation then come back to this beautiful luminous expansion that continues throughout the day be open be receptive and let go of tension let go of stress deep breath you may wish to continue for a few more moments integrating receiving healing and just being still thank you
