FF Just taking a few moments to settle down,

To come back to this wonderful state of presence.

This state of presence is the bridge or the portal that allows you to go deeper into consciousness an elevated state of consciousness that puts everything into perspective.

Giving ourselves a few moments to come back to the energy of the body,

To come back to the energy of the earth but also to come back to the space that is around us,

The space within the cosmos,

The space within the universe,

The space within our thinking,

The space within our feelings,

The space within the very structures that create this world that we are perceiving as reality.

That spaciousness that you come back to through the breath or through the sacred sound of the mantra,

Repeating that on the out-breath helps to create this wonderful alignment as we elevate to a state of consciousness where everything comes back to perspective.

The way that we recognize information,

Wisdom,

Communication,

The way that we recognize the wonderful structures that are all around us,

The beautiful cycle of life,

The beautiful aspects of nature,

We begin to see things and understand things from a state of consciousness that is more unified,

More connected to all and everything rather than from the usual individual ego-orientated perspective that the mind can easily fall into.

It's not always that the mind falls into an ego-self-centered perspective.

Very often the mind elevates to the state of consciousness that we recognize.

So taking a few moments to connect to this and to integrate this perspective within your spiritual journey,

Meditation or journey,

So that you're recognizing information and connecting to yourself and to everything around from this unified and connected level of communication.

Deep breath.

As we center down and connect to consciousness,

Connect to just the stillness within,

You may notice that you're opening up a portal or opening up a passage,

A beautiful bridge that just appears,

And you're opening this wonderful portal to a level of reality that is there,

Present on a very subtle,

Very subtle perception of what is going on.

It's important to still the mind.

So if the mind is there in the background speaking the inner script that sometimes repeats itself in words or images or feelings or energies,

That's there in the background.

Just know that there is an energy shift that you're going through.

Be very perceptive and receptive to the subtle,

To the subtle within,

The subtle around you.

So breathe in,

In a way where you sense the smells in a more profound and more powerful way.

Taste the energy of life through the tip of your tongue in a way where your perception receives information in a very powerful and profound way.

Tip of your tongue can go to the roof of your mouth.

So you're placing gently the tip of your tongue to the roof of your mouth.

This creates a deeper awareness of the energies and the senses that connect to those energies.

So not only taste and smell,

But listen to the mantra,

To the vibration of the mantra.

Listen to the vibration that you're repeating as you breathe in deep breath,

And as you breathe out,

Maybe repeating the sacred sound of Shem.

So as you repeat the sound,

Don't just listen to what is audible,

But listen to the vibration.

Mmm.

At the end,

The mmm creates vibrational humming.

This is the sound that connects us to the light.

When we listen to what is often known as the non-audible sound,

But the primordial sound that is within the universe,

So the symphony of the spheres as Pythagoras spoke about,

This vibration is beyond what is audible.

So if you're just listening to the sounds around you,

Then very often what you hear is just the mundane.

It's important to listen to the sacred sound of the mantra that then is like a gateway that elevates you to the receptive part of your subtle senses that receives the energy of vibration.

And all this may not make very much sense,

And it's okay because it's a practice.

So as you place the tip of your tongue to the roof of your mouth,

You'll notice that the subtle energies are communicating to you on a very beautiful level.

You may sense just the harmony or a sense of integration that happens when you relax into the stillness,

When you let go,

As you breathe out and repeat the sound and focus on the sacred sound,

Shem.

You may notice that the mind becomes very still.

And the senses then focus on the energy of this moment rather than falling into the constellation that allows the mind to think about the future or allows the mind to sort of imagine the future and fall back into the old systems that we received and connected to in our past.

So it's important to stay present as you breathe in and breathe out and embrace,

Integrate the connection that you have with the subtle that is around you.

The subtle communicates on a level that is deeper and more profound than just the mundane senses.

So if you're caught in thoughts and feelings,

That's okay,

Because then the practice is to keep coming back to the breath,

Keep repeating the mantra on the out breath.

And it's a wonderful,

Creative game.

It's not about getting somewhere through willpower or effort.

You're not trying to find stillness and pushing aside all that gets in your way.

You're not fighting your way through.

You're relaxing into a creative mode of consciousness that then embraces the subtle information.

And the subtle information perhaps gets communicated to you on a subconscious level.

So it's important to be open,

Still,

And receptive,

Because the subconscious won't reveal itself if the mind is overactive.

So if the mind is overactive,

Just come back to the breath.

So if you're watching clouds in the sky,

There they are,

Beautiful clouds,

And then you come back and connect to your feet,

Earth,

Ground yourself.

Energetically,

This means you come back to this moment.

You receive the energy through your breath.

In the mystical tradition,

The spirit lives in your breath.

So when you breathe in,

You're breathing the spirit of life into your body.

But you're not just breathing in a way that helps you to survive.

So it's not just survival breath,

But rather a breath that brings in the spirit,

The essence of life back into the cells of your body.

So remember when this happens,

When you breathe in,

Your body reflects the essence in itself in a way that today is known as epigenetics.

So every cell expresses either harmony or disharmony.

The harmony comes when you're connected to an elevated state of consciousness.

Disharmony comes when you fall into fear,

Worrying about problems and situations,

Which of course the mind will fall into just because the mind is there to resolve problems.

It's called the negative bias.

So take time now to explore in a very creative way,

Receptive way,

And connect to the energy in stillness.

Deep breath,

Relax and let go.

Know as you let go in this way,

You're elevating,

Letting go of the old,

Relaxing the old paradigms,

And connecting to the new,

The new within.

The breath of life is just the breath that is born out of this moment.

So as you breathe in,

Everything is new.

With this attitude of curiosity and creativity,

Notice that all the mundane is cleansed,

Released.

With the out breath,

Repeating the sound,

The vibration of sham.

With the in breath,

Open to the new,

Curious,

Creative,

Playful,

Connecting to the new,

The spaciousness of potential and possibilities all around you.

Deep breath.

Deep breath.

Deep breath.

Deep breath.

Relaxing any tension in the body,

Sternum pointing outwards,

Making sure your chest is open,

Body supportive of deep,

Full breath into the abdomen.

Relaxing,

Letting go,

Cleansing,

Releasing any tension in the body.

As you breathe in,

Open and receptive.

Relaxing.

Relaxing.

Relaxing.

Deep breath.

The tip of your tongue,

Touching the roof of your mouth.

Just notice,

Be aware of the energy moving through your body,

Through your physical body,

But also through the nervous system and the energy body,

Connecting all parts of your physical structure,

The temple that is the temple of light,

With the earth connecting,

Grounding to the earth as you breathe in,

Opening up the temple,

Luminous,

Open to all the beautiful wisdoms coming your way.

Relax the mind,

Still the mind.

Just breathing in deep into your abdomen.

As you breathe in,

The energy is circulating within the temple,

From the top of your head all the way down to the very bottom of your spine,

And then up again to the top of your head.

Just notice that this flow of energy,

This flow,

Creates a sense of harmony and receptivity.

As if the temple,

The cells in your body,

Every little cell becomes more luminous,

The epigenetic expression within your body is more connected and unified to the field of energy that is the universe.

As you imagine this,

Sense this,

Connect to this through your feelings,

Through your thoughts,

And through your focus and intentional frequency,

Just notice that everything comes your way,

Many wisdoms,

Many gifts.

The infinity of potential is there present on so many levels.

There present to you as a thought,

As a feeling,

As an energy,

But also as experience on a multidimensional level of reality.

The many gifts coming your way,

You may notice them today in your everyday life experience,

But you may be aware on a very subtle level,

On a subconscious level,

That these gifts are creating a new paradigm.

So it's important that you let go of the old.

Maybe this can be your intention for today.

If you find yourself reacting or falling into an old constellation,

Then just take a moment to breathe in the essence,

The spirit of life is created through your in-breath.

You will sense this in the temple that is your body.

As you breathe in,

Just take that moment to recognize that you're much more than that situation that you're reacting to.

You are the luminosity,

Touch,

Channeling the energy of the universe.

That is your epigenetic expression.

So take time today to create this frequency of openness and receptivity.

The way to do this is just to breathe in and to detach from the experience.

Okay,

This is another cloud.

This is another interesting experience.

Then as you detach,

Be open and receptive to the creative.

Try to do things in a different way.

Smile or breathe in,

Relax or do something different.

Allow the adventure,

The experience that's within the flow,

To guide you to the potential of the moment rather than to your perception of the moment.

This can be done in so many different ways.

It becomes a game,

A creative game that you can put into action in so many different ways.

If you have children,

You can play things,

You can communicate things in a very different way than perhaps the old reactive aspect of oneself.

If you have a partner or if you're at work or working with people who are difficult or challenging,

The same can be put into practice.

The same detachment can be put into practice.

Take a deep breath,

Be present to the energy within,

Connect to the stillness.

And in the stillness,

The subconscious and the multidimensional receptivity that you're creating helps you to elevate beyond that experience and to experience the very same experience in a new way.

And that is what spiritual evolution means.

We're evolving beyond repeating the same experience over and over again.

And many of us repeat the same thing over and over again.

Many cultures,

This is understood in different ways.

For example,

People speak about karma,

But also in the mystical tradition,

There is this repetition that happens until you elevate beyond that specific experience.

And you can do this,

Know that you can do this,

Trust that you can do this.

As today is a beautiful day,

I invite you to continue your spiritual practice in your life practice.

Be very focused,

Receptive to the many gifts coming your way and to enjoy your day.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

You may wish to be still for a few moments,

Integrating this intention.
