It's very often good to focus on one aspect of your experience.
So to focus on the breath,
To focus on just being mindful and aware of your experience,
To be present to your experience,
Present to the stillness within,
Present to the energy of stillness.
And often I like to focus on wisdom or a poetic paragraph that helps me to focus on something beyond just the mundane thoughts because the mind needs information so we can feed the mind with just everyday worries or we can help the mind to elevate to a state of consciousness that focuses on the spiritual practice.

Perfection is achieved not when there is nothing more to add,

So the symphony of beautiful sound is cosmic.
We all hear that cosmic sound in a different way.
We all see the light in our individual unique way.
But in the end,
Everything is the same.
Cosmic intelligence is present in all.
And when we move inwards and get back in touch with our intuition,
And there is sense of knowing,
We know the expression of life because we are the creators of life.
And that energy,
That realization is boundless,
Unlimited.
Cosmic intelligence takes on the form of what it means to be a human being.
So deep within,
The vibrations of cosmic intelligence are revealing themselves in every possible way.
As we tune into the vibration,
The cosmic energy that is in all and everything,
As we still our minds so that we can be more aware of what we are sensing in this moment,
Then the spiritual practice continues,
Not just in our meditations,
But also in our life practice.
We begin to see the Divine,

And just come back to this presence of consciousness inside,
