You you you you So we will begin today and Continue with the practice of meditation Just making sure that you are in a comfortable position lying down,

Sitting up,

Whatever is most comfortable for you just making sure that your body is not scrunched you are ready and receptive open to the transmission Today being a wonderful warm day here in this part of Europe it is very important to relax the body and to come back to a state of inner flow inner flow where positive energy expands beyond just your thoughts so that you can actually experience this inner positive flow extending in all parts of your body,

Extending to all parts of your body so your body feels good so one of the first things that we can do when we sit in meditation is just to make sure that the body feels relaxed,

Positive and vibrant and there are little things that we can actually change so that the body feels more receptive to this energy flow and one is relaxing the body,

If there is any tension making sure that you are aware of this tension and just letting it go letting it go with this awareness that there is no longer a need to hold on to tension,

You can let it go through relaxing the body or just making sure that you change your posture so that the position of your body allows for deeper relaxation It is very important to connect to the positivity that the body experiences when energy flow is just very natural the body flows and is vibrant in this state of well-being in a very natural way it is not something that we have to force ourselves to experience but if there are any constrictions or if there is any barriers or challenges out there sometimes the body reacts in this constricted way where the body just is not flowing and is not vibrant in the same way so it is very useful to do this for the first few minutes of the meditational practice just to come back to the body which is really the temple of your consciousness,

Of your awareness just to come back to this honouring of the temple that is your body and we can do this on many levels besides letting go of tension or constrictions or correcting our posture or just breathing in so that our breath is more flows in a more profound way so that we are breathing into the diaphragm rather than just shallow breath into the chest the other thing that is very useful to remember is that we are now connecting to awareness you are aware of your body and that you can relax,

You have a choice in relaxing the body and allowing it to come back to this natural positive flow but you also awareness gives you many many choices you reach out for many possibilities that perhaps you weren't aware of previously so awareness is in itself a gift that we can honour and the way to honour this gift is to come back to awareness through the practice so just being aware that you are aware that you are aware of any tension in your body and you have the choice to let it go and that you are aware of your thoughts that come and go in itself that awareness being honoured in this way through your energy,

Through your focus begins to flow in a very different way so awareness becomes a much more important part of your experience so the flow of awareness extends beyond just an awareness of perception or an awareness of how your body feels awareness now begins to be an energy that expands into all aspects of our experience it's difficult to put into words but as we become aware awareness becomes more aware of itself and more aware of the many dimensions of experience that you are having right now in this present moment so we can extend this state of awareness and flow with this state of awareness beyond just the physical it's wonderful to be aware of the way that you breathe and the tensions and letting go of the tensions in your body but now you can allow for this awareness to extend into more profound levels of perception that happen in this moment for example the perception of energy the energy that is deep within you,

The energy that is around you sometimes we are aware of these energies but we just don't really know how to create a state of understanding as to what they truly mean so we are aware intuitively,

We are aware of things that are happening around us before our perceptions say,

Oh yeah that's what is going on out there or that's what's going on inside of me we have an intuitive realm that is very much connected to the energy of situations that are happening in this moment very often this awareness this intuitive awareness is very useful to come back to as our state of awareness extends into all multi-dimensional level of our experience being aware that we are intuitive already as you've just practiced now being aware of awareness itself being aware that you're intuitive gives the space of intuition more space to explore the flow of positivity,

The flow of positive energy that is happening as you become more and more aware,

As you basically transcend from the mundane and extend awareness into this transcendent field of consciousness that now allows you to be part of the evolution of consciousness that all humanity is a part of but now you're very aware of what this means so as you breathe in and breathe out the breath is much more than just a physical breath,

You're breathing in the energy,

The intuitive energy that you're now connecting to that allows you to understand and to experience positivity on a very intuitive level so it's not needed that there is something specific out there that makes you remember that it is this moment of aliveness is positive in itself there is no need for I don't know,

Some material thing to say,

Oh you're lucky and now you can feel good intuition connects to the subtle energies that create a space of coherence within your mind and you're just intuitively happy because the sun is shining because the space is free and you have a choice to be free so the evolution of consciousness that happens because your intuition now is in touch with the space that is all around you and also inside of you becomes very much part of this positive flow so awareness in itself when you're aware of awareness you simply become more happy because you're extending consciousness beyond the mundane into the space of possibilities potentiality and you're being receptive to that space and also with intuition it's the same as you begin to become more objective in your focus so your focus is not subjective,

It's not just the thoughts that you're having or the feelings that you're having but you're really here present that is sort of objective state of awareness and connection an objective connection to the experience that you're having as you intuit the space around you and the experience of the present moment that is within you and around you and you begin to pattern the experience not on the subjective perception that usually happens when the mind remembers a thought or the mind thinks about something that happened in the past or the mind thinks about something that has happened in the future or is probably going to happen in the future or perhaps will happen in the future you begin to pattern the practice of presence on the space that you're more objective of now so you actually become aware that yes my intuition and my state of presence allows me to experience the world in a very different way different states of consciousness allow for us to reflect upon what is going on as an experience in a very different way so if we're if we are happy then we tend to see the positive around us if we are unhappy that's another state of consciousness we tend to look at the problems that are creating unhappiness but beyond happiness and unhappiness there is an objective awareness of what is going on in this present moment which connects us to the intuition our intuition and the intuitive aspect of our being and connects us to also various other levels of perception that are not common in the mundane state of consciousness in our everyday lives and so energy begins to flow in a very different way because usually our energy is invested in our thoughts what we think about and what we do with those thoughts and how we manifest those thoughts but now as you meditate and come back to a meditational space your energy doesn't have to just be focused upon your thoughts and be focused upon obviously relaxing your body obviously your intuition but also the experience of just being present to everything that is here in this present moment you are here connecting to this present moment in a way that is just not very normal because we don't practice this sort of awareness in our culture or in any place it's just not the way we do things so we are becoming more objective which is always very useful because if we are subjective we get caught by our thoughts usually that's the main problem our thoughts take us from one place to another and we can't invest enough energy into one situation or one aspect of life to really make a big difference to make a big difference in our experience because we are constantly all over the place because that's how the mind thinks,

Thinks about so many things all at once if we begin to come back to a state of awareness where we are objective so we have a choice oh no I don't need to go there that's my mind taking me to that thought which I am very used to because I have thought about that thing so many times that's a choice we are saying no to the subjective and we are becoming more objective because awareness is an exercise in objectivity because you are just coming back to really what's going on now not what you think about it or what you feel about it or what might happen in the future and what feelings might come up if you experience whatever the mind is thinking about because this is how the structure of the mind perceives reality you are actually just coming back to the perceptions the direct information that the perceptive part of yourself is able to focus upon for example now you are just breathing you are breathing in you are breathing out you don't need to think the way I am breathing is not good or I could breathe in a better way you are just breathing so the experience in itself has a quality of objectivity that allows you to focus much more in the present moment allows your focus to be much more present in this moment than say it would be if you get caught by the thoughts about how you are breathing so objectivity is not a cold sort of meditation or exercise it's an exercise where you create enough space so that you are free to patent the experience that you are having the energy that you have here in this moment so it's not caught in the subjective which is very often which is most probably not correct because our subjective our subjective way of thinking often creates confusion because it's reliant on many facts that are not really always correct they are just our perception of the situation so being objective means that we let go of everything we let go of our worries we let go of our thoughts we let go of our feelings about whatever is happening and we simply come back to this wonderful space of freedom where we are just here breathing in,

Breathing out opening up to the energy flow and this allows for an amazing experience in meditation and you may sense this in different ways and usually in the beginning you sense this in a very subjective way I remember sitting in meditation the first time just coming back to this incredible state of presence and my awareness being focused enough to understand what this state of presence really means through my perceptions and all of a sudden it felt like boom my perceptions just expanded beyond those that are normal in everyday living and it's almost as if the space around me expanded so quickly that I actually heard a sound inside of myself and you very often very often this happens in meditation just in case this happens to you as your consciousness changes from one aspect say the mundane aspect of consciousness to a very profound and deep aspect of consciousness say meditation beyond sleep even you know when you are meditating and you're just so profoundly deep in the meditation that you don't even know that you're meditating you're just present to the meditation this happened to me once but it happened so quickly that the sound of movement of awareness was almost like a little bit of an explosion inside of me and it was almost like I moved from one level of consciousness to another a little bit too quickly but it's actually okay it's like when you sometimes fall asleep and you drop into that deep level of sleep too quickly you sort of bypass some of the sleep stages that usually happen as you relax and fall asleep and then go deeper into sleep and then start dreaming and it's almost like you fall straight into this level of consciousness that is aware of itself and aware of intuition and aware of all the things that are beyond just thinking and so that sometimes you sense this as just a great release I remember also another time sitting in meditation all of a sudden it was like the space around me opened up and it was just like the universe was showering this wonderful energy into all aspects of myself it felt like my body was just part of the universe and all these experiences are objective but we're told that they're subjective that it's just your imagination but we're actually coming back in touch with ways that the body understands this present moment the body of consciousness understands this present moment that we're not used to they go beyond beyond mental conceptualizations that we're used to when we meditate it's very important that we're open to not just intuition but to the very many levels of perception that become part of this objective realization that is happening as we go deeper and deeper into meditation so as you breathe in and breathe out and let go of thoughts let go of the mundane worries and anxieties if that's what is happening in the background let go even of the nice thoughts that sometimes we like to focus upon and just come back to this wonderful openness wonderful receptivity just sense that you're here you know if you could imagine yourself floating in the middle of the universe with all the stars and all the space around you that allows you to expand into infinity and you're open palms of your hands are open and receptive there is no need to get caught in one little space here or one little space there you're just open to the existence of creation you're open in such a way where you don't need to focus on one little specific thing you're just open and receptive and aware that as you open up in this state of receptivity that the flow of energy within you changes everything and that the choice that you make as you open up and receive this energy as you open up to the energy that is abundant in creation life energy,

The positive life energy that's all around you as you comprehend that you're opening up in this way then it's almost like you're making a choice without even thinking about it the choice is as you open up to bliss you just open up without thinking about it without pushing yourself to think about okay I'm opening up,

You're just opening up and receiving the energy so wonderful to open up in this way where there is no effort in meditation it's called effortless effort so you don't push yourself to meditate but you just open yourself to the energy flow the positive energy flow that happens as awareness becomes more and more present to itself as you let go of the periphery of thinking the periphery of experience that happens through just the normal everyday perception and you come back to a deep and profound understanding that you're part of this wonderful creation and that you can be receptive and open and in communication to creation on so many different levels including intuition as you breathe in and breathe out and allow for this space to continue to expand as you allow for the state of presence to continue to be more here more present within your experience everything changes breathing in and breathing out everything changes manifestation changes we can change the world just through being open and receptive to the many possibilities the infinite potential that exists we can change the world but without effort it's almost as if we simply channel the energy through us the positive flow of life the potential that we are open and receptive to we allow this energy to flow through us and manifest in many beautiful ways life is a journey and as we become more and more present and as we become more and more conscious in this beautiful way of meditation as we become more and more aware in this beautiful way that is meditation and extend this awareness into the manifestation that's around and notice that you can slowly create these wonderful choices the choice of extending this positivity into the manifestation that's around you this wonderful choice where manifestation becomes an extension of your awareness just by going deeper and connecting in this beautiful way to the flow of energy that's abundant infinite,

It's endless and manifesting that connection that we have with the universe in our lives the way that we walk upon the earth the way that we touch things around us the way that we communicate and manifest situations,

Constellations now from a state of awareness consciousness changes and as we change consciousness everything around changes notice that these changes are happening for some very quickly,

For others perhaps a little bit more slowly but they are happening the fundamental change that you're creating through the transformation that happens when consciousness comes back to this present moment it's very profound,

It's very deep and it's blissful because you're free you're free as you breathe in and breathe out you're free the choice that you're making comes from that space of freedom rather than from the addiction that the mind then creates through obsessive thinking or repetitive patterns that create certain thoughts and belief systems you're just observing the universe around you aware of the universe around you and receptive to the energy flow in a way that just allows you to experience freedom in your body in your thoughts,

In your feelings in the energy of your body in a new way give yourself time to notice that these changes are happening around you,

Inside of you within the constellations,

Within the manifestations that are present in your life everything changes as you breathe in and breathe out you may wish to continue in stillness just open to the energy flow just open to the beautiful flow of energy that is around you and your intuition in the many subtle ways that you connect to life breathing in,

Breathing out,
