You can hear me.

We continue today,

Actually today being the last day for this series of satsangs and energy transmission and hopefully today will be the conclusion of all the knowledge and learnings that have happened over the last few weeks and to do this I would like to share with you a very specific meditation and this meditation I find many experiences very useful during these interesting times and times when there are many internal and external changes but of course I would like to also highlight a very specific aspect of the spiritual practice.

We've been going through many topics looking and experiencing many aspects of the inner transformation and what it means so that we have knowledge.

This is the path here and the path that is coming back home to the remembrance of the truth within yourself.

The path is understanding this knowledge and how to apply this knowledge in everything that you do but not just everything that you do but in the very core structure of who you are.

So it is not just knowledge that you understand from an external source but the inner knowledge that happens as you come back home to the space that allows that knowledge to be real,

To have meaning,

To have substance and to merge in with the activity of experience that happens in every moment whatever that you are doing may be.

This knowledge becomes a reflective aspect of your experience and that reflection then allows you to continue to expand consciousness beyond its limited perspectives.

So the spiritual practice is the knowledge to acquire more knowledge and very often as we look at things around us and things inside of us the various aspects of what we are and who we are and how we think and how we feel that knowledge needs a dualistic thinking meaning that you have a reference so you look at one thing and refer back to that one thing to see the next thing and that is a very common way of thinking and a very common way of meditation and also a very common way of spiritual practice whereby we have a dualistic thought system that allows us to acquire more knowledge and for me that is absolutely the opposite of what knowledge means and for many saints and mystics who have gone beyond the norm of spiritual progress it means nothing to have references that are limited as you know as you know now those references when limited by the perspective of the ego can only recreate the same knowledge so if knowledge comes from a space that is limited then whatever expands from that space is limited in its own way and will never take you to the space of consciousness that allows for the freedom to be free of such limitations so it is very important that we come back to the oneness of universal knowledge and that knowledge is not limited by your perspective or by your thinking or by your feeling but rather a gift that is there unknown to most that can be accessed very easily when we come back to that space that is known to everybody and shared in the oneness that is love and that love is universal simply because of its nature and love is the union or the oneness of experience which allows that natural perspective of consciousness to be free of the ego and free of the emotions and mind that limits to me I this that whatever perspective the ego then finds comfortable to reflect upon so knowledge is not a reflection upon your pains or your sufferings knowledge is not to come back to the space that creates more suffering where you are a victim to your thoughts or your feelings but rather to come to an unknown space that is free of this and this means that there is no other reference and hence why in this work that st.

Kabir speaks of you come back to emptiness it is not that you come back to nothing you come back to the emptiness that comes when you are free of those perspectives that color the reality color your truth by their own very own limitations so it is important that you understand that emptiness is not devoid of feeling or devoid of thought devoid of energy or even a sense of meaning but rather it is devoid of the limitations that color such and create more illusions that may be better to the mind may be more interesting maybe more profound but in themselves do not create any sense of freedom hence why when you come back to this space you are naturally meditating when you come back to the emptiness when you free yourself of the way the mind controls you the way your feelings control you the way your energy and social and personal belief systems control you then you come back to nothing you come back to the emptiness you come back to a space that is free of those references free of those perspectives free of those belief systems free and in that freedom there is nothing more than everything and everything cannot fit into the perspective that is limited so when you are aware of everything when your consciousness in this is in the space of presence when your consciousness is touched by the beloved then that space is unique it is personal but at the same time it is understood by all that have seen and felt and experienced and been part of that experience of love when there is that recognition then the spiritual practice that you are now and have been practicing that you are now understanding on a very deep level is an initiation into a lineage a lineage that goes back thousands of years that goes back beyond the dogmas of religion whereby those references of dualism good and bad this and that were so indoctrinated into the institution of religion that the perspective of mysticism the perspective of love that was the original impulse for spiritual practice and religious and deep mystical feelings get lost in the dogmatism that creates more limitations that then create emptiness in the institutions that so called those institutions that are so called spiritual and we have this today we have this today in so much of the spirituality today with all the information that is out there and all the perspectives and all the people making money or boosting their egos trying to promote this or that limited by their own perspectives lose that connection with the lineage that goes back thousands of years and goes back to the original seed that is free of such limitations and that is the creative potential within you and coming back to that space when you touch upon knowledge is unique this means that you allow that creative potential within you to manifest in its uniqueness in all aspects of your senses in all aspects of your personality in all aspects of your being in your physical emotional mental energetic being that becomes a unique reflection of that seed you make that seed into the beautiful tree that is there for all to see and it is also there to give shade and to give a connection to all that is around the manifestation of love is nurtured by your practice so the lineage is not just a seeking to remove the pain or the suffering that perhaps was the driving force that allowed you to get into this spiritual practice in the first place but rather the goal of the spiritual practice which must never be forgotten is to be that tree and create shade and create the shade that allows for the beloved to be there in your presence to be there a reflective aspect of your presence so this is meditation meditation is not trying to get somewhere trying to reach something and then adding to the baggage that you carry with you another goal to reach another thing to do another space to hope for imagine and if you don't get there more pains and sufferings because of failures and whatever other games that the circus mind plays but rather it is to let go of those aspects of yourself the baggage that you are carrying and just understand patience one thing at a time one breath at a time as you breathe in don't think the next breath that you're breathing in as you breathe out don't think when will I finish this out breath and have the chance to need to breathe another out breath let go of this crazy circus and come back to the space that is beyond that the space that is beyond dualism beyond all those references that manipulate you to believe that you are limited and your human aspect is limited to a perspective that is not real may have some sort of reality within this physical dimension but it is distorted because you are more than this physical dimension whether you see this or not makes not a much of a difference anyway but you are more you know that you are more your thoughts are more your feelings are more than what you perceive and that makes for the possibility that beyond even that which you see there is more so be patient do not try to reach everything through that limited perspective be patient as sent Kabir explains in the B Jack of Kabir the book that basically speaks about all manifestations and all the experiences that are possible within this space that we call human and how to be connected to the space that is beyond that limited perspective speaks in the sutras about non duality which is of course the essence of the work here it is coming back to a non dual space coming back to a space that is free of references free of manipulation free of all that you've inherited through religious institutions or philosophical ideals that have been programmed into your mind because that is our culture and coming back to the knowledge that is free the knowledge that is within yourself the knowledge that is universal that we share with all humanity that is the seed of our culture and to come back to this Saint Kabir says Kabir entered knowledge Kabir entered no duality do one thing completely all is done try to do all you lose the one to get your fill of flowers and fruit water the root in the wood where lions don't read and birds don't fly Kabir ranges in empty meditation what is being said here is that even in your meditation you need to be patient everything is step by step but in actual fact there are no steps so even by you giving yourself the possibility to take things step by step you have already created a limited perspective that you're not capable of reaching that space that is beyond those steps so all you have to do is one thing completely and there is nothing else to do than what you're doing that is living life being aware of your breath being aware of the mantra then all is done and everything flows if you try to do everything you try to breathe think and feel and drive and do whatever else is required in this mundane world all at once you lose perspective of the one very most important thing to allow the flowers and fruit of consciousness to be real one has to water the root and the root of spiritual practice is non duality meaning that you drop the references that create this game the circus in the mind that draws you to go from one place to another like a blind person who doesn't see where they're going but at the same time thinks that they know where they're going in that wood in in in the forests that you are walking through as a blind person their lines that don't read that don't understand their birds that don't fly there are all sorts of crazy things that happen but st.

Kabir says all those things mean nothing come back to that space that is free of this dualistic thoughts drop the lions forget what they're reading forget what they are not reading drop those strong aspects of yourself drop trying to reach for the higher perspectives those perspectives that sometimes come out of your own pain and suffering to be free sometimes is not really what you're trying to do you're trying to be free of something else and come back to the space where meditation is empty of the lines and the birds and all the thoughts and the feelings and all the aspects of yourself and all that is felt is the vibration the vibration of transcendence and you can help reach this state by a very simple meditation which I will share now with you as a some aspect of this meditation I will share with you now as a way to look at your experience in the next few weeks hopefully then be ready to go deeper and practice this perhaps if you don't have much time a few minutes a day or a bit longer and it goes further than the meditation that you can now look at in on YouTube and various parts of the internet called the left left look meditation and there you can find more information and practice and understand what this means but further from there as you do the left look meditation as you close your eyes close yourself to the noises and the disturbances that are around you and come back to the beautiful sound of breath a beautiful sound of transcendence as you breathe in and breathe out and repeat the mantra within yourself you don't even have to repeat the words you can just imagine in sound in the vibration of sound the mantra so as you breathe in and breathe out it is as if the mantra is chanting inside of your cranium without the need for you to create that vibration through language it is the natural flow of numb natural flow of sound and that sound is there present as who satya numb within the cranium perhaps you begin to feel a vibration a vibration that is physical perhaps you begin to feel a vibration that is there within the third eye where you feel a warmth the tingling lights physical sensations that become clear given a few moments of deep deep meditation become obvious and as this happens as you begin to feel this and see this and sense this it means that your brain that part of your mind is relaxing and entering a different state of consciousness this is what happens in meditation if you find this difficult continue the practice until the brain enters this state that is beyond thinking you're still thinking but you're beyond the need to connect to those thoughts they're there without you needing to do anything with them they simply like the birds flying in the air but they're not really flying they're just there like the lions that said Kabir speaks about running around in the woods but they really just are there and you go deeper into the vibration the vibration of emptiness there is nothing except for that vibration within the cranium and as you begin to feel this move your attention to the temples that is the space just near the cranium and I the temples there are those two temples the left and right and allow your focus to move from the third eye to the left temple and then to the right temple and as you do this you are creating an equilibrium within the mind so as you do this and it is important only to do this for a few moments as it does begin to affect the neurons and the way the brain functions for a few moments as you do this you begin to allow for a space within you within the awareness within the consciousness of you to come back to a depth that is beyond normal experience as you do this a few times from left to right not in rhythm with the breath but slightly quicker from left to right notice as you do this that you can focus on the beauty of transcendence as you begin to feel this movement focus on the beauty of transcendence and allow a moment whereby that is the mechanism that allows for such movement to happen that is the mechanism that allows for the cranium to create that vibration of transcendence breathing in breathing out breathing in and breathing out and then coming back to normal consciousness allowing the body to relax the way that we tell the body that now the meditation slowly comes to an end is by moving the chin the head slightly forward so that the body closes the energy channel so that you're ready to go back to the mundane world energy channels are still open but closes them so that they are in harmony with mundane thinking and mundane activity then as you feel this moving the head back up and slowly coming back to your body and when ready coming back to the room thank you and I wish you wonderful days ahead and hope to see you in the next daily settings d

Quite exquisite how you manage to articulate something so experiential and essentially non verbal. A timely reminder of the illusions of maya and to surrender into the truth of the ‘what is’. A refuge and an absolute gift. Thank you.
