You you you One of the ways of coming back to Stillness and coming back to a more meditational perspective is to make sure that you're grounded this means that you come back and Connect to the physical body we're so very often caught up in our thoughts and caught up in the energy of thinking that we forget that we are grounded and connected to the earth and to the Manifestation of life at least on a physical level We're connected to the universe and to the earth and to the planets in a way That is very healing and very conducive to our well-being And by letting go of The attachment to thoughts and the attachments that we may have to all the energies that thoughts create Then it's easier to focus the energy and to come back to this sense of presence sense of focus presence that allows you to Remember that as you breathe in and breathe out you can let go of energies you can let go of Stressful thoughts you can let go of stressful feelings and you can just relax in the knowing that you are Breathing in this wonderful luminous healing light into your body And as you breathe out,
You're just letting go and relaxing and sinking into a deeper state of consciousness So as you breathe in and breathe out Reminding yourself that I'm now more Connected more in alignment with the energy with the flow of breath But also with the energy of healing that is part of the universe that is part of the earth That is part of the energy that is all around me.
I'm connected and allowing that connection to Bring me back to a sense of healing and well-being When you repeat this within yourself not just as a thought or just as a feeling or an idea But when you repeat this within yourself as an experience,
So you're really focused And present to the experience that you're having in this moment Then everything begins to change and you'll notice that there is more stillness in your practice So as you breathe in and breathe out Let go Connect to the energy of stillness,
Especially the stillness of just Breathing in and breathing out very gently Letting go of those thoughts and feelings but just connecting to the breath the flow of the breath Taking a few moments to enjoy this sense of presence You You You You You You Deep breath Relaxing into this moment and it may be useful to connect to your body by placing One of your hands usually the right hand on top of the solar plexus area One of your hands usually the left on top of the heart area So that you're connected to your body so that you are connected to the energy of your body as your body Relaxes and lets go of all the stresses and all the tensions that may have accumulated Throughout the day or throughout the last few days You Connect to your body in this way Relax the energies deep breath Sense the relaxation and sense the energy movement as you relax Flow and expand in a way that you as a very sensitive intuitive being are connected to this wisdom And you know How to let go you know how to cleanse your body of the tension,
You know how to cleanse the body so that this Sense of vibrant aliveness flows through all the cells of your body Deep breath as you enjoy the stillness You You You You You Deep breath Relaxing and letting go Extending the out breath so that your body just relaxes into this moment.
So you're breathing out in a prolonged gentle sort of way As you breathe in Relaxing breathing in this sense of healing the sense of connection as you breathe out extending the out breath so you completely sink into this sense of Connection the sense of expansion the sense of being part of something much greater than yourself Deep breath as you continue to enjoy the stillness You You You you Deep breath You When you come back to the sense of well-being the sense of connection Which then lets you?
Connect to the world in a more positive way Then you're a receptor of energy and as you breathe in and breathe out Begin to notice how receptive you are to the energy that is healing you how receptive you are to the energy that is creating a sense of inner Resilience inner strength that allows you to more easily let go of the tension or the stress that may be around you Continue to breathe in and breathe out in this relaxed connected way and remind yourself today Throughout your day if you get caught in a negative whether that be a negative because of the way that you're thinking or the way that you're feeling or because of a situation that triggers such a thought or a feeling within yourself or because There might be situations around you that are negative Notice how detached you get to those situations And you'll notice as you become more positive in this way things begin to change around you As you breathe in and breathe out you may wish to spend a few moments now just relaxing in the stillness As you breathe in and breathe out Just letting go And opening up as beautiful receptive being opening up to the energy that is around you.
