You you you Just taking a moment to relax into this present moment this means focusing on the breath coming back to the body Coming back to the awareness of this moment through the senses through the energy communication that's happening all around us and creating a balanced perspective and a sense of connection that allows you to go deeper into the transformational practice that is meditation Every time you sit in stillness you're creating the space for a new paradigm to emerge out of the noise out of the attachments that the noise creates at least on a mental perspective and to find a sense of awareness that allows you to nurture that which is profound in humanity this heartfelt connection to all and everything to nature to the beautiful cosmos the stars within the universe and Especially to the communication that is transformation Especially to the communication that is impermanence Where the mind doesn't get stuck in an idea that limits the beauty or the mystery that is life As we find this space of stillness within we elevate in our conscious practice of meditation we elevate beyond the old limiting habits that tie us to the old paradigms or the old norms that the mind so comfortable with and to be aware of this is already creating a transformation already helping us to shift beyond that which has held humanity back for such a long time and explore a new paradigm that not only creates perspective but creates the manifestation of consciousness In all and everything that we're doing even on this material mundane everyday level Consciousness is a transformational force that You may sense deep within you you may sense around you as you come back to stillness Remember that We're working through a cycle that takes thousands and thousands of years to evolve so be patient trust make sure that you are in the present moment rather than chasing an idea that the mind gets excited by or or depleted because of the worry that the mind is attached to or the stress that the mind falls into the system does not help you think clearly does not help you to step back and see the perspective of reality from a neutral and clear Vision that happens when you sit in meditation when you sit in meditation.

There is no attachment to Creating a thought there is no attachment to creating a feeling you're just watching Just observing no thought As some Zen Buddhist used to say no mind mind is just part of the elevation process rather than manipulating to be in the center of your attention manipulating your energy or your thinking process or your feeling process to be there in the middle of the experience that you're having the experience is about openness curiosity when your mind is empty of the ego and its inner forces and outer forces when you're part of a cycle that is evolution rather than falling back into a system that tries to recreate an idea of itself So in worldly terms it may feel to you like There is this constant push and pull It's constant up and down experience of Reality sometimes reality is inspiring sometimes it feels as if We're caught in something that creates pain and suffering We step outside of that process we allow for the completion of our experience from within the new structures that we're creating by being conscious of reality as it presents itself rather than as a perception So if you're not caught up in your stress or in your thinking process then you can go with the flow and Meditation is just that it's going with the flow so being aware,

But at the same time not attached to The system that is trying to create a certain awareness that is limiting So being aware in this way is perhaps best achieved by letting go of those old habits those old paradigms This is what an empty mind means Letting go of that which holds you back in your past or creates pictures of the future that have nothing to do with this moment So as you breathe deeply into the abdomen have no expectations Just begin from within Allow the light to guide you You breathe in be open and receptive to the gifts coming your way Trust and faith Allow you to recognize that there are gifts even though Perhaps invisible to the mind or even to the feelings There are gifts You can sense Perhaps this vibration this awareness this recognition within your heart That is the beginning as you let go Move deeper into awareness so a deeper breath breathe out let go of the old habits let go of those thoughts The space becomes clear open and receptive There is nothing to do no effort required Deep breath Breathe in open and receptive as you breathe out Clearing and cleansing Open and receptive to energy the energy flow that's within all and everything the universe the manifestation of life without limitation Without a process of thinking that controls the flow.

It's just a natural flow like nature Deep breath The temple opens up and receives the flow of energy Focused present and enjoy the stillness enjoy the stillness from within and In stillness you recognize that you're much more than your thoughts Much more than your feelings much more than this image or perception that the mind creates Trust Let us practice in stillness You You You You You Deep breath Open and receptive to creating an intention in this moment Just listening to the energy within your heart Recognize this intention may be an intention to find and nurture that which helps you to regain Sense of confidence to regain sense of connection to your confidence Maybe an intention to Find the courage to take those steps And the strength to take those steps But you don't need to rely on fighting within yourself tiring the energy system within you Overwhelming your thoughts Confusing your feelings.

There's no need As you open up And find the confidence to take those steps Those steps are honest and real They bring about trust.

This could be the intention for today to find trust to look at the big picture Rather than fall into the mental processing of the information that we're surrounded by This requires awareness,

So maybe this is your intention for today to be aware So that you can regain the courage and the strength to see through All the illusions that are created around us and to be connected with what's honest and real inside of yourself the big picture Now through the practice of your meditation maybe you sense Subconsciously you sense how to do this so trust this may be an intention for today to trust To trust the flow rather than to try to control the outcome to give yourself this sense of freedom So that as you regain confidence you're taking those steps and honoring your purpose Deep breath May wish to be still for a few more moments Connecting to your intention,

Connecting to the body,

Connecting to the energies of the earth,

The energies of the universe Slowly as you come back enjoying the rest of your day Thank you
