You you you just finding a comfortable place to allow yourself this wonderful space of relaxation,
Spiritual practice and meditation so when you're ready,
Just making sure that you're ready for the transmission if there are any devices or practical things that need your attention just making sure that is seen to and you can just sit and be present to energy it doesn't mean that you have to physically clear the space it just means that your attention goes to a space that is very creative your energy goes to a space that is very new rather than to all the little mundane things that very often are repetition of the way that we understand the world repetition of belief systems or repetition of the ways that we perceive the world repetition of just structures that we've learned or been molded into believing that is just the way things are wherever energy goes,
Your focus goes so if you allow for energy to flow in its natural flow you allow energy to just be more conscious in the way that allows you to be aware and present that which is truly going on rather than reacting to situations or your thoughts or your feelings or other people's thoughts or other people's feelings then you allow yourself this wonderful gift,
You nurture this wonderful gift of presence you nurture this wonderful gift of awareness just being here,
Right here and now and so the energy is here,
This is where energy is anyway and because you are connected and aligned to the energy that is present within yourself rather than the reactions to what you believe to be yourself and yourself can expand into a level of consciousness that transcends the limitations that the mind or your emotions or your body or even the ideas or the structures that people portray as reality or even structures that are real around you all this can change simply by coming back into alignment with the energy that is truly you that which is real within you and that energy is here,
It's not out there somewhere despite our belief system that sometimes makes us react or act or create actions in such a way where we believe or at least that is what we show the world in our actions that is the way we portray ourselves,
We create a belief system that out there there out there is the salvation so we change,
Or we try or attempt to change energy from out there focusing on the little things that sometimes create stress and anxiety and sometimes create happiness and pleasure everything is temporary but energy is permanent and the energy of your being that which allows you to be yourself is not the energy of the future or the energy of the past it's the energy of presence sometimes we have to challenge ourselves in such a way where we question if the structure we've created within our minds or within our emotional body or physical body is truly reality or if it's just a reflection or a glimpse into just one perspective of reality see if we challenge ourselves just like now as you relax and let go,
You're challenging the idea that it's important to hold on to carry whatever burdens or whatever stresses or whatever pictures or whatever ideas or whatever feelings to carry them here into this present moment if that is valid you're challenging yourself so challenge doesn't have to be a stressful or energyful struggle challenge is the challenge of letting go as we know when we're addicted to certain belief systems the challenge is to let them go,
It's not to try to change them because without letting them go,
Nothing changes so if your focus is out there,
You're trying to change a certain addictive,
Repetitive thinking pattern or feeling pattern by focusing on the out there,
Mundane world of course things can change,
But more likely to change if you let go of those forces and those structures that are so very full of energy and let them go,
That's a challenge in itself when you let them go,
Come back to the space where you just recognize the experience for what it is where you just see what is going on from the perspective where you're free of having to repeat certain thought or certain feeling or a certain way of seeing the world where you have to just do this or do that and you just let go of such,
And as you let go of such,
Then all of a sudden it's much easier to see and to recognize what's going on in this moment as with any addiction,
As soon as you begin to let go then the addiction is still there,
But doesn't manipulate or dominate your perspective so your perspective can begin to recognize what the challenge is all about and that is knowledge,
Seeing things for what they are understanding things as they are,
Not as you perceive them to be but as someone tells you how you should perceive them as or understand them from this limited perspective of perceiving things from a negative or from a victim or from stress or from anxiety,
Just see things as they are and it could be stressful from a human perspective but if you let go of the manipulation or the little program that's repeating itself within your mind or within your feelings,
Then it's much easier to see things as they are that's the challenge,
That's the challenge that makes meditation more than just a relaxation session many people misunderstand,
They believe meditation is just closing your eyes and forgetting the world and just relaxing a little bit so that you can carry on later and do whatever it is that you have to do of course meditation is challenging your belief system so that the reactivity within your belief systems are not what drives you but rather your open-minded perspective of receptivity is what allows you to connect to the many possibilities that exist within this moment and so then energy is here rather than out there so if you save that energy that you are always putting out there into your own thinking for example the fear or the pain or the suffering and you come back here to the neutral aspect of yourself pain and the suffering still exist but you're not putting the energy there you're putting the energy back here and the perspective here being neutral doesn't really get caught in the mundaneness or the temporary aspect of the world so then by doing this there is an expansion of consciousness your consciousness can go beyond that little program,
That reactive pain or that reactive victim role or fear or whatever it is that's out there that has grabbed you and through your ego connected you to certain aspects of life now as your energy comes back to your being,
To your essence even if you don't know what that means you simply let go of the energy that's expended out there you just come back here recognizing that there is a here,
There is an essence for example letting go of the tension just coming back to the breath recognizing that the breath flows into your body and out of your body there is a rhythm,
There is a pattern that sometimes we forget simply because we're too busy with our addictions or our thoughts or our feelings or that which is temporary we create an anchor or we anchor ourselves within the energy that is here and so our focus learns that it's interesting to go out there but it's also valid to come back here the more we focus on that which sometimes seems irrelevant our breath,
Our bodies,
Our experience of the moment the more we have the knowledge to let go of that which just utilizes our energy but takes us nowhere for example giving energy to fear it's interesting to know that there is a fear but if we constantly are manipulated by that fear then our experience becomes limited to just fearful experiences if you realize this,
If you understand this is the experience that you're creating for yourself because the perception is limited to that then already you have a very powerful aspect of knowledge that creates choice and you can ask yourself and challenge yourself within the letting go process to come back to a more real aspect of yourself which is of course not fear a real aspect of yourself is neutral so the more real aspect of yourself doesn't mean that you're negating fear it just means that you're coming back to your breath coming back to this experience that you're having right now not the one you're thinking about or that's attached to the future so then there is an expansion of consciousness and your focus can be a more conscious one so you can choose,
Okay I need to look at my fear and in this moment I give ten minutes,
An hour,
A day,
Two days to the fear but it's not going to be the way that my life is lived out because I'm just understanding fear from this neutral perspective of being here in this present moment rather than from being lost in the idea that out there,
There is my salvation or there is my solution that is an amazing challenge to recognize within yourself it's an amazing realization that when experienced from the depth of understanding,
From your own experience then it allows you to be more free and to be more detached and to be more neutral and to be more mindful and present of this moment and allow the energy of this moment to align itself to a choice that you make consciously that choice could just be that it's okay to be here to breathe in and to breathe out,
I don't need to be out there constantly sometimes life requires our attention out there if you're driving you need to be aware that there are other cars on the road and if you're speaking you need to be aware and listen to the conversation and understand the conversation from this perspective of logic or this perspective of language,
The left part of your brain the left hemisphere of your brain is activated but otherwise it's very important to recognize that there is more to you than just the words that you speak there is the experience that you're having right now and that is an energetic experience if your focus never comes back to this moment then you'll always be living in the perspective of reality that is not real because it's your perspective so you'll always be removed,
You'll remove yourself from the energy flow that creates a blissful transcendent experience so as you breathe in and breathe out and let go of the mundane and understand that that is a good thing let your mind know that that experience that it's thinking about is no longer an important one because this experience that you're having right now is what's truly going on so you say goodbye to every experience in your meditation every experience that you're having that brings you back to this future or past perspective,
You say goodbye,
Okay,
Thank you I've seen this,
But now I come back here and that repetitive pattern that you create within yourself in your meditation as you breathe in and breathe out allows for the mundaneness of experience to be transformed to the miracle of this moment and the miracle of this moment is just the fact that you are full of potential the perfection of being the perfection of this moment is expressed,
Is shared,
Is communicated within the depth and rhythm of your breath,
Of your body of consciousness that's inherent within your breath,
Within your body that's inherent within itself so as you align your pattern of thinking to a higher perspective even through breathing,
Through the mandrel just through the inspiration of listening to satsangs aligning yourself to the wisdoms that have been translated into many languages written by many wonderful people as you come back to understanding that this inspirational wisdom is here in this present moment,
It never disappears,
It never goes away your breath is here,
Your heartfelt love is here your understanding of the multitude of dimensions is right here at this present moment when you allow this present focus to come back and recognize and remember that all the mundaneness of the world,
Despite being important,
Becomes secondary to your focus and your energy goes exactly where it needs to go that is,
Here,
Back home to this moment so breathe in and breathe out and continue with the Hu meditation you
