You you you you hello, I hope you can hear me wonderful day for deeper exploration of one's being on all levels one's depth in thinking one's depth in feeling and one's depth in the body the depth that is so very often overlooked the satsangs are about discovering that depth and the movement towards that depth the ecstatic movement towards that depth the depth that allows one to feel a sense of completeness and connection and oneness that is so very often not part of the modern world not part of the mundane that we exist in today and hence the title the shift the movement from that which is so very common in the mundane world the sense of being disconnected with the depth of oneself the sense of being disconnected with the oneness that allows for a deeper and more profound experience the shift back home to that which is of deeper meaning and of more value in the monthly satsangs in in the daily satsangs during this month I would like to highlight various aspects that can help you move to that depth a practice that is very easy for everyone to experience it is difficult to put into words hence why very often I speak on a symbolic level if this is your first time listening to the daily satsangs be aware that the words contain many levels of meaning so besides the very practical advices and very specific ways of understanding the world that are presented in the daily satsangs there are deeper meanings behind the symbolism and very often I quote from poets who use such symbolism to infer something more than words can point at something more than the logical mind can comprehend something more than what the mental aspect of the mind can get around and try to place within some specific form that allows the mind to comprehend what is actually being said very often the journey the shift is to come back to a space that is beyond the mind a space that is beyond the logical the space that is deeper and more profound and that is the space of the heart hence as you listen to the words as you listen to the symbolism behind the words as you create a sense of presence that allows the body the mind the energy of the body the emotions the whole experience of your being to be present to that which is transmitted be aware that such a presence is so very easy to put into practice such a presence is simply coming back to this moment coming back to the space where you can be present to what is actually going on inside of you so that the heart opens up and can allow the sense of transmission that is happening around you to be focused and clear and to make sense and give birth to the wisdom that allows you to understand more than what logic can comprehend more than what the mind can move around more deeply the profoundness of the transmission as you breathe in and breathe out allow this sense of presence to give birth to the wisdom that is innate in every human being that you are born with that is the gift of life that is the gift of being being present to the deeper aspect of yourself the deeper aspects of life the deeper aspects of experience allows you to move through a shift that is called transcendence a movement that allows a space of enlightenment to be present not as an abstract idea but rather as an experience that you can right now be part of as you breathe in and breathe out allow a moment of stillness allow a moment of presence to come back to such an experience as you breathe in and breathe out clear the space that is around you clear the space where you carry so much weight clear the space so that there is a sense of lightness sense of openness sense of connection to the profound aspect and value that is life a sense of being being more being more than what you think being more than what you feel being more and what your belief systems express to you in the different ways that make you a social being being more and that which you perceive as reality allowing an expansion into the sense of presence that gives space to much more than what you can understand much more and what you can perceive through the old paradigms that are very much part of the social structure that is your mind that is your feelings that is your body as you breathe in and breathe out allow for the sense of openness allow for the sense of lightness to give you a glimpse of the luminosity that is the experience of ecstatic life as you open to this beautiful experience as you open to this beautiful transmission that is now present in every aspect of reality that is being transmitted through the love that your heart opens up towards sense a connection a deeper connection to this shift as you embrace this movement as you embrace this transcendence as you give value to the experience of being luminous then your focus becomes so very clear your focus becomes so very powerful that you become one with such a movement and it becomes a movement that in reality is unstoppable it becomes so powerful experience of movement towards that infinite space that is present inside of yourself becomes so powerful that there is no space for doubt there is no space for hesitation there is no space for contradiction there is no space that allows limitation to fester within those social aspects that you've inherited to fester within the body to fester within the emotions to fester within the thoughts behind the thoughts in between the thoughts in between that which gives you life the breath itself as you let go through your luminous presence as you let go through the likeness of being as you let go through the presence to your heart as you let go to the space of love the infinite within that moment expands and becomes much more becomes much more powerful than you can ever imagine you cannot control love you cannot control the space that is ever expanding within the luminous aspect of yourself you must understand through letting go at such an experience invites itself back home invites itself back home to a space where you let go more and more into the unknown aspect that becomes real within you the unknown aspect of love that manifests its potential within your heart as you let go of all that you know as you let go of the social constraints that your mind understands as you let go of control as you let go of the ego that wishes to know understand and enfold every aspect of experience as you let go more profoundly more deeply understand that what you are letting go in letting go of is allowing the space of love to expand the space that is unknown that is only recognized when the heart opens itself to such an unknown beautiful mystical experience where connection to everything makes sense as Saint Kabir has written in his sutra Saint Kabir being an ancient poet who lived many hundreds of years ago speaking of the oneness of love speaking of the remembrance of being speaking of the remembrance of being the love that is one that connects every aspect of life creating a universal brotherhood such mystical poetry helps us to remember so I will quote from a sutra this is a short passage of mystical poetry that helps us to remember what love is and what love isn't very often through the knowledge of our ignorance through the knowledge of our suffering through the knowledge of our going down a one-way road and understanding that it leads to nowhere we understand where to take our efforts out of where to stop putting our energy into how to reinforce that which is more profound within us and let go of that which takes us nowhere let go of the energy that allows the karmic wheel of suffering to continue within us to continue within this space that we manifest ourselves into the space that we understand to be reality as we pull ourselves back into ourselves as we come back home to a deeper remembrance of who we are as we understand ourselves by deleting the ignorance that confuses our mind remembrance of the beloved creates an inner force that is unstoppable so by understanding that which confuses the mind by understanding that which recreates the karmic wheel within our experience the karmic wheel that takes us to nowhere then we understand how to remember that which is truly important so in a way suffering is a wonderful gift in a way to be part of this manifestation of reality where we tastes life and understand life in its dualistic format where there is what we refer what human beings refer to as good and bad helps us to understand that there is no good and there is no bad helps us to understand that which comes before the good and bad hence why ignorance allows us to make reality to make our truth that which is real within us that which is real as an experience Satya the truth that is in everything potentialized in our experience so we become the manifestos of truth our body becomes the vehicle the temple by which we can experience truth on a personal level on a level that makes sense to the body that makes sense to the emotions that makes sense to the mind we create the space the expanded state of awareness the space where we transcend lower consciousness to higher consciousness the state where we come closer to that which is luminous within ourselves the state where ignorance drops simply because there is no space for ignorance to exist in that which is beyond ignorance that which is your truth known in the ancient tradition as Satya the truth that deletes ignorance that deletes the clouds that confuse the mind as we become more and more aware as we partake more deeply in the shift that is happening right now in the movement that allows us to see everything be aware that at times what you see is the suffering what you see is the pain what you see is that street that you've walked down so many times that takes you to nowhere and do not get overwhelmed by the suffering do not get overwhelmed by the sense that you are going nowhere and that the journey needs to be somewhere better simply be present to that which is going on inside of you that which is going on around you simply be present to the suffering that you may be opening up to simply be present to the space that is you and as you create a sense of presence that which is being present is more than your mind is more than your feelings is more than your thoughts your social personalities it is your heart and the heart present to itself creates the momentum of love that deletes all that is not truth love deletes anger love deletes injustice love deletes all the pains and sufferings that you've inherited in the past that you believe to be part of your present that you believe to be part of your future simply because love does not exist in this dualistic dimension of time love is more profound love is the beginning in the ancient times the beginning was known as on the space of beginning creation potential and as you come back to that space within yourself you come back to the remembrance of what is beyond the dualistic linear way of thinking you come back to something more profound and this something is described in the Sutra in this book which you may wish to read this book is called the songs of Kabir the weavers songs are many names and basically the Sutra speaks about ignorance and it says don't stay don't stay there in the space of ignorance don't get lost in the space of ignorance don't give your energy to the space of ignorance don't believe that the space of ignorance is the space of reality don't stay is the title of the Sutra don't stay the lands wilderness the world's a paltry paper packet a spot of rain will wash it away this world's a garden of thorns snarled and snared we'll perish in pain the world's all tree and tinder kindled it will roast us like sacrificial victims Kabir Saint Kabir says listen my good men and my good women the true master's name is our lasting abode our station our destination what Saint Kabir is saying don't stay in the land of wilderness don't stay in the land of ignorance don't stay in the mind that believes it knows everything don't stay in the place that creates pain and suffering that is just not real it is like a paper packet in the midst of rain the rain of reality the rain of karma everything will wash away and continue to be repeated on many different levels the world that you believe is reality is a garden of thorns it simply creates more pain do not give it your focus do not give it your time let it go everything in that world is simply pain the world of dualism is full of judgment judgment is the reason why the heart can no longer function in its beautiful state of love such judgment of yourself or others or of what you're experiencing creates a world of wilderness hence when you do this you create a fire that is creating a sense of victim out of you the victim that I will speak about more tomorrow and in the next few days the victim that creates a sense of you are lost the victim that sense that senses that the world is too difficult the victim that so many of us identify with Saint Kabir says don't stay in the space of the victim listen listen more deeply listen to the true master the true master is the heart as you listen to your heart that is the space that has no beginning and no end it is the space that is home the remembrance of who you truly are the space and the destination itself may today in your practice may today in every moment of your karma yoga may today in whatever you're doing be a remembrance that you are the destination thank you you
