Calum Anniversary Oh And as you get ready for the transmission,
Just making sure all the information around you is still and quiet,
Making sure if there are any devices or technology items that may distract you,
Just making sure that everything is turned off and you're ready for the transmission.
As you relax the body,
Just scanning the body to see if there is any tension or any constriction or any pain or any discomfort anywhere in the body.
And if you notice any constriction or pain or aches or tension,
Just making sure that you create a posture that is relaxed.
You can create this by just looking at the posture sensing if the posture is upright.
And if you sense any tension,
Just consciously relaxing that part of your body.
Usually the tension is located around the shoulders,
Around the hips,
Around the face,
Around the jaws,
Sometimes around the way we breathe.
Just making sure that the body is relaxed and if there is any tension,
Correcting the posture,
Making sure just let go of the worries or the stresses and come back to this more relaxed,
Open-minded,
Receptive,
Physical posture.
Yes,
The posture can be very much a reflection of an open mind and receptivity in itself.
Receptivity is not just a conceptual idea,
But rather it's also a physical expression of openness.
Of course it's conceptual on some level,
But to ground yourself within a deep receptive state,
The body,
The nervous system and the physiology of the body needs to correspond to receptivity,
Which means that there is no tension,
There is no stress,
There is no anxiety that creates a distraction in the mind so that the thoughts become too speedy or the thoughts become too chaotic or too caught up in one thing or another.
Relaxation goes to a very wonderful level of experience.
Relaxation is not just physical or mental,
Relaxation is an attitude.
It's a very open,
Gentle,
Warm,
Embracing attitude that allows for the body to just be here in this moment,
To be present to this moment,
Aware of this moment without the need to hold on to the past or the future.
Right here in this moment,
Receptivity manifests itself as a wonderful experience,
As a meditational experience.
So as you breathe in and breathe out,
Embrace this experience from within the very core of your being.
Consciousness is the very core of your being,
As you allow for consciousness to be more present within your experience,
Your senses,
Your sense of touch,
Your sense of smell,
Your sense of hearing,
Your sense of seeing,
The whole experience becomes much more profound.
As your senses become aware of this present moment,
So does your understanding of the present moment change from being one that is reactive,
From being one that perhaps gets caught in stress or the chaotic stream of thinking that usually accompanies stress or anxiety,
To a transformation that is so very profound that sometimes it goes unnoticed.
You don't even know that this transformation is happening because the experience shifts to such a different level of experience that you forget the stress,
Let go of the stress and forget the stress that was causing agitation in your experience previously.
You just come back to a natural state of well-being,
Of healing.
So as you breathe in and breathe out,
Try to find something better out there or within,
Simply just allow for the natural flow of healing to be present within all aspects of your experience,
Your physical body,
Your mental body,
Your emotional body,
Your nervous system,
The very structure of your being.
As you create such an awareness,
Such a presence,
Just allow yourself to let go.
There is no need to control the awareness or presence to make sure that it's aware enough or present enough in this moment.
Let go of this egoic realm that very often wants to be there before anything else.
The experience happens from here,
Not from somewhere where the ego usually resides,
Somewhere out there,
Somewhere in the future,
Somewhere in the past,
Somewhere within a reference that you are used to.
Deep breath.
There's no need to do anything but let go.
As you let go and come back to this wonderful state of awareness,
Recognize that within awareness there is gentle,
Almost invisible realm of experience happening just as you come back to this moment.
This invisible realm or this subtle realm of experience goes beyond the senses.
You can almost intuitively know that something more is going on than just relaxation and activity of expansion.
So consciousness grows beyond just the level of consciousness that is required to understand what is going on.
Consciousness grows so that it touches the expansive realms of experience,
The experience that goes beyond just the immediate recognition of your surroundings.
Intuition is such an experience.
Intuitively we can connect to the space or the experience within this space and as this space expands,
As we move beyond our little world,
Our little self-aware world and move into the expansive state of awareness,
We become aware of the many worlds that go beyond our self preoccupation or egoic realm of understanding.
We become aware that there are many dimensions to experience.
We can intuitively in the beginning,
We can intuitively communicate to these dimensions or these realms that go beyond the self.
So actually right now on some level,
You may be aware of this level,
Some level that is very profoundly conscious,
Very profoundly active but just within this experience of intuition or this experience of expansion where communication happens beyond our needs or our self-centred thinkings or feelings,
Beyond such there is a space and we may experience this space,
The space or universe for example,
The space of the stars within the universe or the planets within the universe through an intuitive knowledge or knowing,
Connection that doesn't really make sense but we just know,
We have a deep understanding that the planets,
The stars surround this space in a very wonderful way that makes sense but cannot make sense within the framework of thinking that happens in the mind,
Makes sense on some level that's intuitive.
It is the same with all things,
Not just the planets.
We are part of an ecosystem so we are aware of all the little aspects of the ecosystem that communicate to create such an ecosystem.
So even though we are part of this ecosystem,
We are aware of all the parts.
The macrocosm of experience is reflected within this moment.
This moment is almost like a bubble of light that can and has the potential to communicate to all aspects of the space because all aspects of the space that we are connecting to,
All those aspects of the space that we connect to,
It's full of energy and this energy that we are intuitively connecting to is a type of energy that goes beyond the structure of energy that we are used to here in this dimension.
So even though I use the word light,
It's not a physical aspect of light that we recognise with our eyes.
It's the light of consciousness that we are speaking of.
This energy that is everywhere,
Consciousness manifest in all aspects,
Aligns itself with our presence which is a way whereby we can communicate to consciousness within ourselves.
And as we align ourselves to consciousness,
Consciousness perceives all conscious aspects of everything within the space of experience,
Future,
Past or present.
Flow into this focus that is happening right now.
This focus is much more than just your breath.
It is a rhythm that you can connect to,
That your intuition understands.
It's a rhythm of wellbeing that you can expand into when you let go of the perceptions that limit or imprison your thoughts to think in a certain way or manipulate your thoughts to think in a certain way.
So as you breathe in and breathe out,
There is no need to do anything.
The more effort you put into pushing yourself,
The more agitated this level of consciousness becomes because the space gets full of your pushing or your willpower or your egoic need to get somewhere.
And there isn't a somewhere to get to.
Right here,
There is nowhere to go to.
Right here in this moment,
You don't need to get to somewhere else.
So as you let go,
There is no need to even focus on the aspects that are important to let go of because the letting go happens due to the physiology of your body.
And as your body relaxes,
The letting go process becomes a very natural aspect of healing.
So your body lets go,
Understands the healing potential of what it means to let go of tension,
Anxiety or stress or whatever it is that's causing suffering,
And comes back to its natural equilibrium.
This is known as equanimity.
As your meditation comes back to the natural state of equilibrium or equanimity as you come back to equanimity,
Then consciousness fills the space.
And the space then is connected to all aspects of space,
On all dimensions.
So then your meditation is much more than just a self exploration,
Then your meditation is an expression of consciousness.
As you breathe in and breathe out,
Let go of the need to do,
To push,
To change,
To struggle,
To do this or to do that.
Just give yourself the space to be.
Be here right now in this moment.
Deep breath.
Letting go.
Letting go into the vibration of the mantra.
As you breathe in and breathe out,
We continue with the Who Meditation.
Letting go.
Letting go.
Letting go.
Letting go.
Letting go.
Letting go.
Letting go.
Letting go.

Helpfull and relaxing, but the duration is longer than 13min. The talk ends after 13 min, then the actual meditation starts, even though the timer has reached 0.00min...

Wow! There was a lot of information in that relaxing 19 minutes. I particularly liked the bird and nature sounds in the background.
