I hope you are ready for the transmission and have created a wonderful space to be receptive and open to all the possibilities and all the potentials that lie deep within yourself.
Just making sure your mobile phone or any technologies that may disturb you are turned off.
Just making sure that the space around you is conducive to allowing for a very still and quiet space.
It's wonderful just to give yourself this quiet moment,
This possibility to remain still and to be totally free of the mundane just for a few moments.
It's okay to let go of the mundane world and to allow for a quiet still journey within.
As you relax and close your eyes,
You relax the muscles of the body and let any tension or any constriction or any worry or stress or anxiety just let that go just through breathing out.
So as you breathe out,
If you notice any tension or if you notice any constriction in the body,
It is very important to be conscious and aware and to let go of such.
So it is more important that you're aware of whatever it is that may be causing limitations,
Stress or anxiety,
Than to actually worry about it.
So as you scan your body or as you become aware of your body,
Become more present to this moment,
It is quite natural to become aware of limitations,
Whether they be physical,
Such as stress and anxiety,
Emotional,
Such as stress and anxiety,
Or even just subtle ones that are in the background,
Part of your personality,
Part of your structure of being.
It is quite natural to become more aware of these.
A lot of effort is spent,
For most human beings,
Is spent on just trying to escape the stress or the anxiety,
Trying to run away from it,
Trying to ignore it,
Trying to sweep it under the carpet.
But we know that this is an impossible task.
We can pretend it away,
But it's still there.
So it still affects the body.
Stress,
Anxiety will still affect your body and still affect the possibility of being still enough,
The possibility of letting go enough to be receptive,
Open to deep and profound meditation.
So as you breathe in and breathe out,
Just letting go.
For some,
This process of letting go in itself is the meditation.
Being in a process of mindfulness or awareness is in itself the beginning of all meditations.
Without awareness,
We simply become active through reactive situations,
Through reactive thoughts,
Through reactive emotions,
Through reactive situations.
So our activity then is simply reactivity,
Rather than a sense of being aware and present to this moment,
To the experience of this moment.
When we understand this,
We understand what the ancients and the mystics have spoken about.
Living in Maya or living in illusion or living in dualism is a description of not living in this moment,
Not being connected to this moment,
Not being grounded in this moment.
As we come to an experience of what it means to be here in this moment,
The meditation can continue in this moment,
Moving to a deeper state where receptivity is the activity.
Not only being receptive to your breath as you breathe in and breathe out,
Being receptive not only to this moment,
But to all and everything within this moment.
Being receptive means that consciousness expands beyond the attachment to this or that,
Beyond the attachment to dualism or to a specific paradigm of thinking.
The mind,
The conscious mind,
Can expand beyond its limited physical structure.
The mind consists of so many layers beyond that which most of us are aware.
Being open allows for this depth of expansion to naturally happen,
Not just with the breath,
But even in the way that you think and the way that you feel.
So it is very important as we become more and more open and more and more receptive,
That your focus is very clear,
So that you don't just fall into a reactive pattern within receptivity,
So that you don't just fall into a pattern of thinking within meditation,
Even if it is a different type of thinking.
Being open simply means that you let go of all preconceived or preconceived structures or ideas.
You open to a rhythm or to a movement that is even beyond your breath.
You may wish to connect to the stillness inside.
Deep breath.
And as you move deeper and deeper,
The stillness expands and expands.
The physical body becomes more still.
The emotions relax and become more still.
The mind relaxes and moves into flow or a rhythm that is within the stillness.
So the thoughts become more relaxed and more still.
Deep breath.
Deep stillness.
Allow yourself to sink deeply into this rhythm of stillness.
It's okay to let go of this and that.
It's okay just to be still.
The mind comes up with a thought or an interesting dialogue or an interesting situation.
It's okay to come back to this stillness so that consciousness is anchored within the stillness.
You may notice the whole physiology of your body begins to align with this conscious connection to stillness.
It is important to keep the momentum within flowing from this space.
So stillness becomes your mantra.
Stillness becomes the space in which you explore and become more and more receptive to many layers of consciousness.
Deep breath.
Let go.
As you breathe in and breathe out,
Notice a little squelch.
A little sparkle of joy that may be present within this still exploration that you are now open to.
As you let go of the space of constant thinking or constant mundane consciousness,
Stillness connects you to sparkle of joy.
You may not notice in the beginning because it may be present within the periphery of your awareness.
But as you continue to be more still,
Allow for the stillness to be the point where you come back to the point that reminds you that you are here present to this expansive state of consciousness and you cross a bridge that we normally don't even recognize as part of our journey.
We normally don't even recognize as part of our potential.
As you notice this bridge,
The journey continues with your practice because it is so much easier once you know that you can cross this bridge to take those steps,
Those aware steps,
To let go of the mundane.
Step onto the bridge and cross to a new dimension within yourself,
To a new space within yourself that is free,
That is aligned with sense of lightness,
Sense of joy,
Sense of all is possible,
All is within reach.
The more you practice coming back to this space where recognition happens quite naturally,
The more easy your practice becomes.
So as you breathe in,
Breathe out,
We will now continue with the Huu meditation.
As you breathe in and breathe out,
Listen to the mantra in the background.
Now for the space to be open and receptive,
Just let yourself go into the vibration of stillness.
