Tony, it’s time I update my reviews on some of your Gratitude meditations. I have them all in a playlist I call Gratitude Gallery, and I listen to them often.
This is a favorite—they all are—always encouraging me to treasure the day, my friends, the flowers, food, my job, the trees, my neighbors….. the list goes on and on!
If we would stop and recount just a fraction of our blessings every morning,, we would always have a wonderful day, knowing there are still many things to treasure, no matter whether some problems and pain visit us as well.

Thank you Tony this helped me reflect on the days experiences. I noticed the many things I am grateful for that I usually take for granted. Even though I had some bad news today I’m going to bed with a smile on my face & a full heart 🌸
